Rivers State did not seize Igbo properties but federal government of Nigeria under Yakubu Gowon. Panel that foreclosed the properties was headed by Yoruba man with members from Ijo, Hausa, Fulani and Kanuri.
Don't mind that Abagworo - con things. How could Rivers people solely seize Igbo property without the aid of the agents of divide-and-rule?

Watch out for what this unprepared summit with Abagworo as Op of the thread shall turn out to be - political campaign for .

Abagworo:
Rivers State not South-south seized Igbo properties as a war booty.
And what do you gain by reopening a healing wound just at the beginning of this your thread? Yours Truly remains suspicious of this summit posted by Abagworo of all persons who does not see anything wrong in what Rochas Okorocha does.

To be seen as presidential material, Okorocha has been creating diverse civilizations in Imo state, as he has been using the federal allocations of the 27 lgas of Imo state to build projects of his fancy, including 8-lane streets in Owerri where they can be easily seen, while other once-growing cities in Imo state deteriorate and diminished in importance.

There is no economic justification for Okorocha's relentless creation of diverse civilizations in Imo state - a state where the state capital is now a million miles ahead with development infrastructures more than any other locality in the state.

A divisive tactic and comment. Oga face your front and match to your region. You can not divide us again we are very much wise now, we've forgiven south south and have forgotten the abandoned property issues. Igbos don't dwell in past, the past has gone and we're facing today and tomorrow. By the way, the properties by now must have been too archaic for someone to claim.

Are we clamoring for compensation from federal government for the properties and lives they destroyed during the Civil War, No. So what's the big deal about the 20 face-me-I-face-you apartments Ijaws claimed with the help of the Federal government masterminded by the Yoruba figure?

Oga, there's joy in unity and oneness, we are more united now and we are moving ahead as one body. If you don't like it Pls hug the nearest transformer around. Don't remind us the past cos we don't need it.

God please bless south south and South east and give us more unity.

My suspicion: this summit may be Gov. Okorocha's assembled to denounce Biafra and agitation for Biafra;

because Okorocha is gunning to become president of Nigeria.

Anything Abagworo has signature of Rochas Okorocha, the governor who governs his state capital and his village, at the expense of development for rest of his state.

It is very dangerous to criticize Buhari because his followers worship him like a god and are very blood thirsty.

Buhari's Followers worship him like Maitatsine in Kano.

Maitatsine's followers are responsible for the Kano riots that lead to the death of over 2000 people in Kano.
Even when Buhari was not in office as president, Buhari worshipers sucked blood of innocent citizens, more than Maitatsine did. It is a question of Islamic zealotry associated with Buhari.

Well, if the northern Islamic bigot presidential candidate is contesting against a southern Christian candidate, these Kaduna and Agatu Christians are most likely to vote the northern Islamic bigot for president of Nigeria.

That's what Nigeria's north and south relations are. The most merciless type of killings of easterners fleeing far north during the pogrom took place in the Middle Belt areas

As you can see, the next presidential election is just some few months away, and it is becoming clearer, that the incumbent president...Buhari is going to be re-elected unopposed, going by the inactivity on the part of the supposed opposition elements.

In any democratic settings, those who choose to vie for the highest offices, always show their hands early especially when you are contesting against an incumbent.
Take for example, as early as 2012, political watchers had already known, that Buhari was going to contest against Jonathan. Again Trump started campaigning for the office of the POTUS as soon as , Obama was sworn in for the Second Tenure, and so many other examples..

But back here, it seems Nigerians in Unison have decided, to back Buhari for the 2nd Term, in the interest of Justice, Stabillty and Fair play, aside the giant strides he has accomplished within 2 Years in office.

Please drop your picks with reasons..
If Nigeria were to be truly a country, Buhari would have resigned from office before now, talk less, your suggestion for Buhari to contest for re-election in 2019.

This Orlu -Akokwa road dualized by Okorocha, it fails frequently between Orlu and Ogboko junction.

After many years the road cracked to near impassable status, Udenwa govt reconstructed the road via federal government.

Without Orlu urban drainage completed by Imo state government, there's still risk the road may crack.

If Okorocha government had tarred even 30% of Orlu urban roads and drainage system, Imo state by now would be having a second large city to be proud of.

Orlu area is where the population of Imo mostly resides. Orlu urban lga has the largest number of voters, compared to any other lga in Imo.

Okorocha builds whatever modern he likes in Owerri, Abagworo and co. advertise on the social media, only a tiny fraction of Imo state applauds, if at all any applause;
Okorocha and Co. wouldn’t ask themselves: why?

Otimkpus and sycophants of Governor Okorocha make matters worse for the governor. They don't give the man feedback on what people he governs think about him.
In Owerri, Okorocha builds 5 very closeby inland roads, bypass roads, tunnels and flyovers where traffic lights would have been completely okay. But Okorocha scrapes the roads in Orlu and Okigwe and abandons them since 2012.

What type of government is this? With the public outcry, yet Okorocha's Otimkpus and Sycophants parade these as Imo state's development.

Gov. Okorocha,

rains are coming again. You promised bewidered Ogboko women last December that 2017, you shall face the repairs of roads you abandoned in Okigwe and Orlu since 2012. Today, no scratch of road repair in Orlu and Okigwe.

If you become president, will your government not do same thing you do in Imo state - scrape the roads of some cities, abandone them to feed dust to citizens for years, then return to Abuja to demolish existing Abuja streets to make them 8 lanes?

Rochas Okorocha is not a politician. A politician does not put up to 95% of his government's development projects in one local government area, like Okorocha has been doing in Owerri Municipal.
Doing so he satisfies a tiny percentage of Owerri who praise him, but 95% of Imo curse Okorocha for neglecting their localities of origin.
