Where is Buhari?

Buhari is absentee president. That can only happen in Nigeria. Because northern Nigeria restructured Nigeria politically when they created 20 new states and hundreds of lgas in ONE northern region but created only 17 states and lesser number of lgas in the TWO southern regions. From the 20 states, Fulani-led northern Nigeria draws overwhelming political representation to manipulate Nigeria as Fulani wants.

Truth is that in a federal country where distinct groups joined to form one country, land mass is never used as criterion to create new states or provinces from the old ones.

In fact, after Abacha created the last batch of states, there should have been more states and lgs in the TWO southern regions than in the ONE northern region.

Nigeria as restructured politically by northern soldiers is a huge fraud, that's why even a cow from the north can beat the best and most qualified presidential candidate from the south, so long as Fulani wants the presidency to be in the north.

That's why Buhari can function as absentee president.

So long as Igbo and Yoruba do not cooperate and knock off Hausa/Fulani tight grip on Nigeria, what can the minority tribes like these detained men do?

Oil Companies have their Headquarters in Yorubaland, instead of in Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa or Abia states. The Chief Execs and higher cadre employees of the oil companies are mostly Yorubas.

So Yoruba destabilizes any form of unity between Igbo and non Igbo groups in the southsouth, in a bid to make the Igbo and non-Igbo of the southsouth to never cooperate for Biafra, so that the status quo must continue.

You wanted to complete this road to International Market Orlu which former govts and business orgs built in Orlu; a market that now employs up to 7000 people, with more than 60,000 visitors a day. The next and only road to the market can hardly cross a car and a lorry at the same time.

But five years running, Okorocha refused to build the road to the market; but instead builds 8-lane streets and 1,2,3,4,and 5 Inland Roads in the state capital, inland roads very close to one another, even sparsely used and where nobody lives in. Does that encourage business?

The governor further directed the state ministry of Works to assess the cost of drainage and asphalting the road leading to the area.

According to him, “We don’t have to tell anybody to invest at home; anyone who has ear, let him hear. Why do we have to develop Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt and other places? We should always think home.”

In his response, Proprietor of the hotel, Benbella Anachebe, SAN, said he decided to build the hotel at his hometown to boost tourism and develop the area.

He said, “I have built a hospital, a road, a church and now a hotel to help develop my hometown. The church was built as a way of showing gratitude to God as well as to serve humanity.

“The hotel would be providing subvention to the hospital and the church. It is not all about money.

“Ndigbo had a sad experience after the civil war where we lost our properties and businesses. Anybody who has read the history of abandoned property does not need to be told that home is the best place to invest.

“Your property in your hometown is secure. Develop your hometown where you have a guarantee of a lifetime ownership of your property or business.”

Has Gov. Okorocha agreed to build road and extend other govt infrastructure to Mbari Okporo Leisure Centre in Orlu, Imo state? Mbari leisure centre is about twenty times the size of the new Hotel in Aro Ndizuogu. An Igbo man from Lagos sank huge sums of money in building the Okporo leisure centre, but no good road leads to the centre.

Bringing business down east entails that govt does its own part to extend govt infrastructures like road to the location of the business.

A few years ago, Igbokwe said his son would not go to northern Nigeria for National Youth Service Scheme.

That was at the earliest stage of Boko Haram violence and Sharia. Boko haram latter ballooned.

If IPOB banishes Igbokwe from Igboland, then Yorubaland shall be the only place Igbokwe can move freely in.

Please have mercy on Igbokwe, because his utterances do not show that he is completely okay.

This is Rochas Okorocha in 2010 telling people of Orlu that if not the University Teaching Hospital established in Orlu, there was nothing else Imo state government had in Orlu.

But last October, the same Okorocha established a committee to relocate the same teaching hospital to Owerri, after he had done everything for five years to deny life to the institution.

“A three-person committee comprising the Attorney-General of the Federation, the National Security Adviser, and headed by the Vice President, is to conduct both investigations ”.


I said it from Day One: this committee was set up to hide who owns the looted money.

As for President Muhammadu Buhari, corruption has many definitions before him, depending on who is being accused of corruption.
