Have I been professional?

An old friend reach out to me to help design a bi-fold handout for a memorial service and a couple of other things for the service.
I accepted the request although for sometime I had stopped designing articles that are about death because of the emotions and memories of my father's death they stir up.
losing a loved one is up there on the list of the hardest things a person can go through, not everyone makes it out unscathed.

I know I didn't, we all grow at different paces and heal differently too. My prayers go out to the family. cry

You did good, I don't think you loved the guy in a relationship kinda way, if you did anyway you should check that you are not subconsciously running from relationships due to your previous experiences. Love isn't all that good, who knows your ex and the other girl may truly love each other yet you got hurt in the process.

What I'm saying is that you can't save everyone. If you find someone you truly love and see a future with don't be afraid to go for it, sometimes old things have to be torn down for something better to sprout.

One thing people don't know is that most of these story's in all the religious books were nothing but secret messages the elites of that time used to communicate with each other. The masses took them as literal but the chief priests knew the meanings behind them.
