Like?

Any tips? Cos I also have an oily skin like yours?
Separate sponges for body and face.
Don't use hot or scalding hot water for bathing use warm water
Don't scrub your body like you are scrubbing back of pot.
Use soft sponge
Change sponge regularly
Don't use oil based cream, rather water based
Use lotion sparingly since you have oily skin

Do you know your body could have different skin types. Like you leg dry skin, face oily
So observe

Tohmey:
Hello dear sis. . .
you have to help me out my own
I have a very degree of sensitive skin most especially on my face, and whenever i use any soaps on my face it irritate and next thing i see is breakout all over my face, i have many soaps e.g tetmosol, tura. . . b4 and yet no solution
So a friend of mine just recomend me to start using black soap(he recomend DUDU OSUN soap) so the very 1st day i used the soap i notice like serious burns & breakout instantly of which i inform him about the effect am seeing. .
And he said as time goes on it will stops.
But right now i have used 4 of the soaps and breakout is becoming worst day by day.
For creams i use JOHNSON BABY LOTION(U.S.A) which they wrote "it's suiteable for sensitive skin" and i dont have any problem with the cream.
BUT I THINK SOAP IS MY MAIN PROBLEM
If there is a solution on how you cure yours, please do share with me
THANKS IN ADVANCE
Wow!!!!

To be sincere I didn't do much.
I got tired of using different soaps and creams even though most were recommended for sensitive skins. I have used papaya soap,Kojic, even liquid bath name them...

Then I started making my black soap myself. Couldn't again cos of time....

Some things that helped me were

Scrubbing occasionally
Diet
I stopped drinking carbonated drinks, I don't use sugar.
I avoid stress( anytime I am stressed my face is rough).
I reduced sun exposure after 10am.
I use only black soap and Nivea fairness.(before it was pko, Shea butter or coconut oil)
I always have that around.

Just be conscious of what you do.
Be observant to know what works for you.

When you get it that's all.

Family › Re: Parents Of Todddlers, How Do You Get Privacy For Intimacy by kinah(f): 4:54pm On Jun 05, 2023
Escapist:
It's a family friend... but, no. There are other rooms but the 3 of then sleep in one room as the child is still small.
Toilet

Back then while we are growing up.
Couples use toilet for their rendezvous.
Spacious backyard
Unroofed decking.

They come out late at night, midnight to be precise in the name of "there is heat, we want to shower"

So the couples should be creative....

That's the fun of it.

We that lives in two bedrooms flat are complaining too.

Escapist:
How do parents who share the same room with their young toddlers manage to make love without being noticed?

Asking for a family friend.
We do the do when she is asleep.

Now it is work./brainstorming.

Once she woke up, due to my noise(I am a screamer).
She can open the door now.

She almost caught us on Friday morning, while she was looking for us.
I had to hold the handle of the door. To finish the work....

So now
We occupy her, and we do quick before she realizes that we ain't there.
If it is in the room, hub will quickly go out to meet her, while I recover.

If it is at night, we leave the room where we sleep together.

Bathroom

Laundry

For the goat meat, I washed and marinated with;
Salt
Seasoning cube
Fresh thyme
Rosemary
Basil
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Curry
Habanero (hot pepper, fresh)
Lemon juice, optional

I mix in the above spices into the washed meat and allow it sit for about 1hour. I proceed to steam the meat of low heat for about 20mins or so. I added more water (not too much) and boil at medium high heat.

When cooked (soft), I fried in hot groundnut oil.

For the pepper sauce, I used;
Hot pepper
Onion
Garlic
Tatashe or shombo.
Blend the above together, roughly. I had more onions I sliced.

Fry the sliced onion in hot oil. Add in the pepper mix and fry till it is well cooked. Add in your spices; Maggie, curry, thyme, etc.
Finally, add in the fried goat meat and mix together on low heat.
Is basil also scent leaf huh

Catfish is not healthy for consumption.
I shouldn't be an occasional meal.
It should also be properly washed and cooked.

The dried one is more healthier.
