Left Lagos 2016 for ABEOKUTA

I have never regret the decision. Except probably for buying stuffs from Lagos island or oshodi. Now ABEOKUTA is gradually becoming a hub for commodities if you can navigate well. All my family are still in Lagos. Talk to them to relocate but none is willing

I got home late yesterday because of what the rain did here in Lagos, so I was unable to take dinner. I woke early this morning with a pang of hunger so I had to eat at a nearby restaurant as early as 7.45am

I had planned on eating something "fishy" this weekend so around noon I got croaker fish (the new cocaine) from the market along with pepper and other "stuff" to give myself a treat.

I lost almost half of the croaker to frying while I cooked the rest fresh. When I couldn't wait for the stew to get done I had to go pick one of Chimamanda's collection in my possession and read while I slipped my beer.

As soon as the stew was done, I just had to put off the second phase of the gas cooker that was boiling the water I was supposed to use for pasta. I just couldn't wait to cook any pasta again so I had my fish stew with ponmo and the croaker head with my Heineken

What happened?
Is it that you did drain the water completely from the fish or you didn't put enough oil for frying,?
