In December of 2003, Joyce Vincent died of an apparent asthma attack in her north London flat. The television was left on. The mail continued to be delivered. Her rent was set up to be automatically deducted from her bank account. The days rolled by and no one noticed she was gone.

There were large trash dumpsters on the side of the building next to her unit, so the neighbors never thought much of the smell emanating from her flat. Eventually, Joyce’s bank account dried up. Her landlord sent her letters of collection. These letters, like the others, simply fell into the stacks scattered about her floor. They went unanswered. Finally, with more than six months of overdue rent, the landlord got a court order to forcibly remove her from the premises. The bailiffs broke down the door, and it was only then her body was discovered. By then, it was January, 2006, more than two years after she passed away.







In that time, nobody ever came looking for Joyce Vincent. No family. No friends. No co-workers, not even neighbor knocked on the door to see if things were all right. Nobody called. Nobody checked in. imagine not seeing your neighbour for good two years and still not be concerned about him or her. She was 38-years-old when she died.

3-month old baby, 3 others killed in Benue by suspected Fulani herdsmen

Suspected Fulani herdsmen Tuesday killed a 3-month-old baby and 3 others in Ulevkaa, Guma local government area of Benue State.

According to an eye witness account, the herdsmen saw a Toyota Picnic vehicle driving along the Uikpam - Umenger - Gbajimba road.

They pretended to be passengers and waved at the car as passengers.

When the driver became suspicious of those who bid him to stop, he increased his speed.

Sensing that the driver was not ready to stop, two other herdsmen who were stationed ahead started shooting at the car.

A bullet hit a three - months-old baby through the chest and scattered his ribs.

One of the bullets went through his mother's lap and burst her muscle from the other side.

The baby died on the way before reaching the hospital in Daudu, while the mother was still alive as at the time of this report.

Not done yet, the herdsmen attacked another Commuter who was identified as Terver.
Mr Terver along with his wife were seized and slaughtered and their remains dumped by the road side.

A firewood seller identified as Solomon Kumaiin, who was on a motorbike was also killed by the herders.

A driver in one of the vehicles that was behind the Toyota Sharon quickly turned back and went to the nearby village known as Uikpam, which houses an IDPs camp and military checkpoint.

The soldiers quickly mobilized and went to the scene of the attack to convey some of the victims to a Clinic in Daudu community, Guma local government area of Benue State.

As at the time of this report, the remains of the victims were deposited at a mortuary in Daudu, while the survivors in the Toyota Picnic were receiving treatment in a clinic in Daudu.

What is really going on so no hope for this country anymore and we still have people supporting this government omo the problem of this country is not the leaders but the people it self cos we always forget very fast shame on you all I promise your children won’t escape such kind of death
