These are dubious bible versions that sort to change the true meaning because the translators DO NOT like what the original message says and chose to change it to give it their own acceptable meaning. That is why there are DIFFERENT English translations of the bible each carrying the agenda of the publisher. That is a know FACT. There is a very different meaning between disaster and evil. Filled with sorrow is different from repenting. Which is the actual translation of the verse?

Everytime you bring these same verses and I have always interpreted and explained them . This is the obvious conclusion : You don't want to accept my explanation. This is very fine with me . Like I told the other guy , there is a type of theism -maltheism/dystheism - that posits that the nature of the creator is an evil one and it still accepts that God exists .

A deist can also posit that God may derive perversive pleasure from creating the world that is prone to evil that's why It does not intervene.
