Hi all,

I am post ITA and currently uploading documents on my Express Entry profile so I can submit. Under which section do I upload my IELTS TRF?

The company has online presence (including a website that has my name and profile). The HR person dropped her email which is @the office's dormain name. I see no issues.

those documents can't help you because they can be forged anyways. All you need is the reference letter and salary inflows in bank statement( if you work in a less known company or one without online presence). t

As i have worked at Just one place for 6 years, I'll upload my Work Reference Letter, Letter for offer of employment, Last promotion letter and last pay review letter. I don't want any stories that touch

Takes time o. But once they ackonwledge receipt of your application, it doent take a month to complete

okay, so it was not evaluated as professional degree. And did you have to evaluate LLB as well? How much did you pay for transcript in law school and how long does it take? Thanks while I await your response.

Hello people, I have 28 days left to submit. POF settled with 100% gift from my dad, however i want to add my Stanbic Pension. Do they accept it?

1. For my POF (family of 3), I got 3 million from my dad (I have the transfer receipt) and intend to fund the remaining using proceeds from the sale of a property of mine. Would the Deed of Assignment (Duly Notarized and signed by all parties) including the Receipt of Sale be enough? ;
2. I have issues with the arrangement of names on my documents eg on International Passsport and IELTS TRF, i used my middle name as first name while on ALL other documents, my first name is the first name. Would an Affidavit cure this defect?

Asking these questions because I don't want any problems with my application. I look forward to your answers, and thank you in advance.

ECA reports for my wife and I out (I got the equivalent of Masters Degree from IQAS), my last IELTS was LRSW 8.5,8,8,6.5. Wrote another with MOD last Saturday and patiently waiting for the result so I can update my profile and get ITA

I would love to help you. I had 7.5 in writing in what I felt I should drserved 8. You already seem like an intelligent person; so, coaching you should be an enjoyable job. Send me a private message if you are interested.

Except you don't really need to max your education CRS points.

I will suggest that EVERY LAW GRADUATE go for iqas.

Wes will give LLB+BL ; 2 or more certificates while iqas will give ONLY LLB; professional degree/masters(NO need for law school transcripts wahala).

It's slow,but the best if you need additional CRS points

I am doing both IQAS and WES. UI sent my transcript to IQAS since February 8. Still no acknowledgement from them, and as I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket, I am using both ECAs. whichever comes first, fine

Best of luck o. The writing wasn't bad... There is a technique you have to follow especially for Writing 2 (Paraphrase the topic in the first paragraph, your thesis statement and all in that same first paragraph. Going ahead to give reasons for agreeing or disagreeing, examples, recommendations, conclusion). Your Lawyering skills won't do much for you... Just familiarize yourself with the IELTS writing technique.

I also aim to be in the pool by May/June, so I can get PPR hopefully by December and sign out January.

Wawu! I'll continue to wait for IQAS. They take about 100 days to acknowledge receipt and that's when the 15/20 weeks processing time begins to count.

Lol, I think you should do WES too sha, considering they'll grade your LLB and BL as (Two or more certificates). Time is of the essence, and if you have spare funds, do WES too. IQAS's silence is doing my head in, and I doubt i want to keep relying on them
