I think you could. But you have to have a copy of the biometrics receipt.

My primary address for my application was in Nigeria but ended up sending my passport to Ottawa.

Use IQAS. With them, you evaluate just the LLB Certificate and they grade it as a 'Professional Degree/Masters'. Just ensure you have the patience of the saints as they could be frustrating
