The justices are right to dismiss the case because at the time it was instituted, it was clearly a party affair. The difference between then and now is that the elections have been held and those that contested can legally challenge the nomination of candidates in all other parties as the are now directly affected, having contested the same election with those patties. So the APC touts saying this will affect Peter's case are simply illiterates
