Please everyone in the house good evening. Please my Acura TL 2004 is consuming fuel more than I can bear n it thru check light which I scan. The following was the result:
1)p0172 -powertrain system too rich (bank 1)
2)p0175- powertrain system too rich (bank 2)
3)p0453- powertrain evaporative emission control system pressure sensor high input..
The mechanic said that I have to replace my injectors and I don't seems to agree with that. Please what is the solution to this problem. I don't have money to through on part .thanks

Your car is consuming way more fuel than it should, did you do any recent repairs or modification on the car?

Why Sir?.My opinion about the 2GR engine used in the V6 Camry 09 is that it is an effective engine without too much wahala so far u carry out routine maintenance.Why do u prefer the Honda accord ?

The 6sp auto was a night made even the 13pin 5sp auto was another transmission which is notorious.
The Honda v6 VCM had a better mileage, faster, more torque and power on demand, and the transmission was built well.

Both the i4 & v6 versions of this particular model of Camry are very reliable cars.Routine maintenance, use of OEM recommended parts and defensive driving will keep you away from the mechanics .

I won't advice anyone to buy a V6 Camry but a Honda evil spirit V6 withVCM

Follow the picture I uploaded, if it doesn't work, take it to a techie and let them check under the truck for the components in the picture I just uploaded. Also, the truck use a Diff fluid, it should be checked too. Where's your location?

My Honda civic 2000 has 235000 on odometer and still run like new, the most impressive things about it is ac and better fuel economy.
So in a nutshell maintainance is the key not low mileage

If its a toyota with a 2AZ-FE or 1AZ-FE, then it should be a serious cause of worry.

ive not come across a lexus lx460 before, but ive seen an lx470 and lx570.
That said, all lx are permanent 4wd trucks in which the driver could switch to 4hi or 4lo modes via a fly by wire switch.
If your lx is a 570, do check the flip switch on the centre console arond the driving aids area.

Not always true, a 3L i4 will consume more fuel than a 2.5l V6

Bros, calm down, you are over pricing a car that's old Nigerian used. This similar car I bought for a friend in Umuahia for 1m on 16th December, 2015. The car was just 16months old and was really clean inside out.
I'd rather buy an Optima, Camry or Accord 2010 for same price quoted by you than the Lexus ES300/330 (my opinion).

Its unfortunate what you've been seeing were devalued cars or accidented cars.

People may not take this from him but he who knows how the naira has free fallen and knows the intricacies of car importation, clearing and sales would agree.

1.I change new engine on the car after that mechanic suggest we should use oando gear oil which I bought it in they station after everything we went to test drive the car is moving but can't select all the gear and the speedro meter is not counting,the ABS light is showing,today I called electrician to run scan on it which he said the ABS is bad so my question can ABS make gear not to select well and as he said once the speedro metre count that the gear will select pls house help me I'm very weak about this car.the old engine was smoking although I bought the car from someone then I decided to change new direct tokumbo engine. Nurey and others pls help
