2007 Rav4 (AWD) Rear Beam replacement.
The Vehicle had a RL side collision an this resulted in the tyre on the RL side to assume a large negative camber. The owner had replaced most control arms and it didn't correct the anomaly. Instead, it caused the car to be dangerously unstable, quickly destroyed tyres and shock absorbers. The beam was replaced and this corrected the anomaly

Brake system was utterly rubbish and slowed the car quite late and after covering some meters. The vehicle had an ineffective brake system, and the park brake was disconnected.
The brake system was diagnosed and the culprit found to be the Servo unit and brake master cylinder. Which was replaced, and the car regained braking efficiency. The parking brake was reconnected and adjusted to proper figment.

P0137 O_{[size=3pt]2[/size]} sensor Low voltage B_{[size=3pt]1[/size]} S_{[size=3pt]2[/size]} a working sensor with same part number was purchased and reinstalled. Car was scanned and code cleared. Car was test driven for 300km and no code apeared.

The HVAC knobs for the dual zone temperature control dial on the avensis having a mind of their own and could randomize any settings instead of the user's desired settings.
It was removed, the mother board cleaned, copper contacts cleaned and reinstalled again. HVAC dual zone temp control dial became functional again.

It does. I know aircrafts have anti skid systems, but a lot of times, landing in extremely wet conditions or snowy tarmacs (contaminated runways) affects the handling and conditions of the plane and the pilot must be extremely careful or else the bird may go into a skid (you'd not wish it happen)

As a dealer I can tell you that 99% of them who come for these vehicle preinspection always want to strike a deal and get a cut, whether car is good or bad, mostly once I see a client bring them I just know the car is as good as sold unless you don't agree to their terms

Mr Valarinz, the truth be told, I've worked with chief Gazzuzz and his boys on several occasions concerning pre-purchase inspections. They're very transparent and honest.

He might be right. However, I'm not convinced the oil shortage is a factory defect in the '07 Camry. I think its the abuse the owners subject the engines to. I think its a cheaper alternative to try the recommended oil before thinking of outrightly buying a new engine. Besides, till you actually examine the engine you can never know for sure if the OP is actually giving the right diagnosis

It is a manufacturers defect. Infact, that engine is way to defective to be called a Toyota product.

Your corolla's temperature gauge is okay, the engine temperature is just at the right range for optimal engine operation. If you remove thermostat or run the fan directly, you'd start a slow yet sure process of destroying the car engine.
As for the vibration on high speed, check brake pads and discs, and other suspension components.
