Fremantle: Good morning Guys and Happy New year to y'all.
So, I drive a 2009 Sienna, recently the vehicle has been acting abnormal, what I mean is, at exactly 120km/h the vehicle starts to vibrate, the two front wheels, this issue came up last week, I thought it was the tyres as new tyres were bought since the old ones were already bad, but that wasn't the problem.
Inspected the brakes and rotors but they're all OK. Today again on my way to Keffi the issue started, the funny thing is, at 110KM/H no vibration but once you hit 120KM/H the car starts to vibrate without applying brakes, the vibration only stops when you take your foot off the throttle pedal.
One more thing when the vibration started at 120KM the check engine light started blinking, I parked checked the engine and took off the positive terminal for the battery for 1min', plugged it back and the check engine light was gone.
Had to turn back home (in other not to stress the engine) doing 70km - 80km and the car was OK.
What could be the problem, I don't have a scanner at the moment. Good morning sir, you’re not far from Abuja, if it’s okay by you, feel free to schedule an appointment so we can properly diagnose and fix this issue. 07034581213 |

Alaka96: Hello my fellow automobile enthusiast, i have the following question 1 what is a borale engine and half engine what parts does it contain ? 2 can i repair a 2az engine that throw a rod and break the engine block ? 3 Price of tokunbo 2az engine Canada/USA version and Japan version. Some minute after i start the car before driving out, i rev/raise the engine and suddenly i heard a loud sound and switch off the engine to check, behold the engine block was having a hole and i found the connecting rod outside the engine. Summary of the whole story, engine threw a rod and broke the engine block. You should buy a JDM engine. It’s more expensive than the US spec and also hard to see, but it is more reliable than the US. Avoid 1AZ rebranded to 2AZ. Those are very very common in the market. If you’re in Abuja, feel free to contact me if you need my services 07034581213 |

Is Fram a good alternative? I don’t know your location, Fram is a good aftermarket part, but ensure you get your parts from reliable sources. |

WycliffeSMB: Okay....My car doesn't burn oil...the exhaust is very clear and colourless ...it doesn't smoke atal. Just some leaks under the engine which I intend to fix today or tomorrow...
I wouldn't wanna use any oil outside the recommended grade.(5w-30). Pls suggest a good filter that can go with Mobil 1. Stick to OEM Honda Filter. I used to have a few lying but I doubt any still remains at the moment. |

I have checked the charging system and seems normal. Please expert, any idea of how this EPS sign can be totally and permanently stopped....Thanks Probably your EPS is going bad |

Everbryte: Thank you for this expository. I was born in Oron, (did secondary school & University in Uyo) but you can't believe that I have never been to Oron - I don't know Oron. I kept procrastinating until insecurity caught up within the polity
I keep saying I will take a trip to Oron; your write up is just the motivation that I needed. Unfortunately, I just returned from Akwa Ibom (Uyo)
Oron is a "Must visit" Thanks I’m not from Akwa Ibom. However, my mother is from Uyo, my wife is from Uyo, I did my Masters Degree in UniUyo, my son was born in Uyo, I have a few properties in Uyo and I frequently visit Uyo. Please, you need to visit your kingdom. It’s a lovely and serene place to be. |

nesphil: I must commend you Kingreign for sharing your experience on this trip here with us.
I've used that route in the recent past for up to ten(10) good times via speed boat.
I can tell you my experiences and how risky the trips were as at that time, either due to the nature of the speed boats, or the nonchalant attitude of the coxswain or the seastead.
In fact, in one of those 10 times, our speed got spoiled in the middle of the water and we were at the mercy of God and that of the current and waves until God brought one empty speed boat our way and we were trans-shifted into the boat, and we made our way back to Oron where we came from.
Another terrible experience was when I traveled from Oron to Tinapa for a training workshop, in the middle of that water our speed boat nearly broke into two, and water started gushing in, one of us had to take a scooper and scoop water out of the boat throughout the remaining part of that trip, everyone was scared and only pray that we made it to land safely, and thank God we made it to Tinapa safely. This was my last trip via this route, and that was in 2017.
But with this Ferry Service, I believe it's much safer to use this route from now henceforth.
I have also used speed boats and ferries to cross from CMS to Apapa several times in Lagos. You’ve got tons of experiences with water transport. I’m jealous of your good and lovely experiences, but the rather unpleasant experiences, I don’t want |
