I just saw it as an interactive session, I expressed myself freely
Questions where asked one after the other and I was given adequate time to answer before moving to next question,

Which ever, I got same invite about 2 weeks ago, though I leave in Kaduna but I didn't go for the interview...
Scared it's a marketing job with no basic salary.

LEADWAY PENSURE
is the pension arm of LEADWAY group

And their pay is mostly 100 & above, with good work environment.

It's the insurance arm that mostly base marketers on commission

I will give more update after the test on Monday

Much later after the second virtual interview, I received a call to confirm my availability for a written test, I confirmed my availability and the test was scheduled for Monday (5/7/21) morning.

Today I logged on to team & had the interview with the head of HR,
Just before the head of HR rounded up the interview she checked through my cv & said I have to take a test (aptitude test) since my post NYSC working experience is barely 5yrs,

On Monday I had the interview over microsoft team, the interview panel compromises of 4 people, who took turns to asks me various questions,

I think I passed this particular interview, because I got a call on Wednesday to prepare for another interview with the head of HR on 1/7/2021

Even though no one responded to my question, I still feel obligated to drop updates here as the topic might be relevant for someone someday

Please I need help with something, I have an interview with Leadway Pensure, which has been scheduled for next week.

I do not have phobia or something, I just need advice and suggestions on how to be well prepared for the interview, I am use to online MPR (monthly Performance Review) with my current employer, but this is a whole new level, as it's my first virtual job interview.

besides other things being double checked did they move the cranks shaft sensor pick up ring by any chance ? the chance of it being moved a bit is high and might affect your gear ration on the gearbox
