IBE KACHIKWU AND OTHER APC LEADERS IN DELTA NORTH ARE NOT COMMITED ENOUGH OR THEY DON'T HAVE THE STRENGHT TO OPPOSE AND REDUCE THE PDP RIGGING MACHINARY IN DELTA NORTH. IF NOT, APC SHOULD DO NETTER THAN THIS IN DELTA STATE. THERE WERE REPORTS OF MASSIVE RIGGING IN DELTA NORTH AND DELTA SOUTH WHERE ATIKU GOT THE FIGURES. EVEN WITH THAT, BUHARI STILL GOT ABOUT 37 PERCENT OF THE VOTES OWING TO THE RESULTS FROM THE LGAs IN DELTA CENTRAL. OGBORU AND OMOAGEGE HAS DONE WELL FOR BUHARI. KUDOS.
