nanizle:I think I agree with you. |
Hisses silently, moves on to a better thread. |
Beautiful family. GMB, your family needs you more than Nigeria does. So you should be spending time with your family and grandchildren rather than campaigning and seeking to be president. |
wordcat:To save the world from sin and eternal damnation. To restore man back to God through his death and resurrection. Whoever believes in Jesus will not perish but have eternal life life. |
wordcat:So convenient for you to say that. But that's not the correct picture. It was a Supernatural conception, no physical contacts involved. The only way to bring to earth the saviour of the world. You have the right right not to believe it, but it doesn't change the truth about it. |
wordcat:I know ignorance when I see it. |
uzolexis:Interesting. |
bukkylois:Let God guide you. There are deceivers out there. |
I met her in church. We became friends. Just friends, serving God faithfully in youth ministry. Later, my heart began to skip abit for her. The mere thought of her brought smiles to my heart. At first, I felt concerned that I was taking the friendship more than I had thought. "What is wrong with me?" I asked myself. I prayed about it. I got the assurance that all was well. I told her I loved her and would want to marry her. Turned out she was convinced about me too. Two years later, she became my my wife and has been so four years now. We have been happy ever after. I thank God for everything. |
God created sex to be enojoyed in marriage. Both premarital and extramarital sex are the devils ideas. It is not what people say about sex that matters, but what God says. #up team no sex before marriage. |
FrancisTony:Thank you joor. I am with you all the way. |
Tell your friend to give his life to Jesus. Let him not trust in wealth but in God. |
I do care. Only perverts and the sexually promiscuous will say they don't care. |
So Abike is now an arms analyst? |
halamadrid8:I didn't know you are their spokesman. Pls tell them to allow us preach there too. What is good for the goose is good for the gander too. |
This is not right. They said no preaching, no hawking on Brt buses. So why do they allow campaign.? |
EbiJUNIRO:Ok ooooo. Suffice to say that s2xual activities are right only in the context of marriage. |
Thugnificent:You sound like some one is forcing you to abstain; that on your own, you wouldn't want to. If you are truly born again as you claimed, you would know that sexual purity is what God requires of us. So why call it indoctrination? Anyway, the following might help you: 1. Decide that you would never do the act no matter what happens. You will be obeying God and reserving your self for your future spouse by so doing. 2. Refocus, or redirect your mind/ attention to something else whenever the urge comes. What you focus on increases. 3. Resist the temptation to be exposed to sexually explicit movies, pictures etc. They will make it more difficult for you to cope. 4. Avoid being alone with a girl in a very private place. Anything can happen if you do. And done blame the devil if you fall. 5. Pray and ask God to help you. With God, all things are possible. |
shomutuski:Good. |
mako007:I think you can do a good story line without indecency in it. Indecency encourages sexual misconducts.... In our clime here the society frowns against it. |
dancok:Sex is good in marriage. It meets a hunger food cannot satisfy. |
jadelyn007:If I were her I would ignore this advice. Adultery is a sin. It breaks marriages. |
shomutuski:Pls stop encouraging her to commit adultery. She wants help with her husband not unholy offer like yours. |
My dear, I really sympathise with you. Sex is meant to be enjoyed in marriage and you have full right to enjoy it. God made it so. Obviously, doing it just twice a month is not good enough. I can imagine how you feel... So unsatisfied. But please don't divorce your husband. And don't divorce him either! I think he is a victim of bad religious sex education. Apart from that, there could also be some childhood experience that has affected his attitude to sex. Pls help him to discover emotional healing. Accept it as a challenge to help him overcome his lack of desir to do the thing always. Like I said, do not cheat on him and don't divorce him either. Humbly and politely discuss your expections about sex with him. At this juncture, both of you should also seek sexual, marital counselling. A good counsellor could help him tackle the rootcause of the problem. Above all, also pray about it. Let me assure you, very soon your husband will be asking for it everyday. It is possible. |
iamphilips:People need to be careful. Not everyone you see in a banking hall is a genuine customer. Some are there with ulterior motives. |
I praise her courage but she won't go far. Apologies to her. The time for a woman Naija president is not now. |
FASHOLA, Buhari took your chance. I would have voted for you if you were Apc's presidential standard bearer. But with Buhari as their main man, I think I know were to put my vote. |
Thanks a lot. |
Ordinary resolution is not enough. If the reason is not strong enough, you can't keep the promise. What reason would I consider strong? 1. That you are now born again, so old things have passed away, including engaging in premarital sex; 2. You are now convinced that premarital sex is a sin against God, so you are stopping the practice because you don't want to continue in sin; 3. That you are trusting in God to help you keep the promise till you get married, not relying on your strenght alone; 4. That you are ready to obey God by staying away from sex until you are married, even at the risk of loosing your current man if he refuses to respect your decision. If you are not sure of any of the above, I doubt if you can keep the promise. May God help you. |
mizjules:You are welcome. |
Yes, I can identify with some of those... It feels old to be old. When you are young, you wish you were older. When you are older, you wish you were younger. Advise: be happy at whatever age you are now. |
mizjules:"The fear of crowds is called enochlophobia or demophobia. A fear of crowds can occur for any number of reasons, but some common reasons are: Getting lost Being trampled or crushed Not being able to breath Becoming ill from touching someone Feeling insecure around so many people you do not know Women experience the fear of crowds more often than men, as with other forms of anxiety. Although most people suffering from fear of anxiety understand their fears are irrational, they feel helpless and unable to control their fear."
