No, we are not under the law but in Christ. BUt Bible shows that Christ never outlawed tithe, just as He never condemned tax paying.

Read again the story you referred to understand it better than you did. Jesus wouldn't have paid tithe if he believed it was wrong to do so. So is tithe. It isnot wrong to give it.

It doesn't matter what popular opinion is, I recognise God's word above all. And God's word says that sex with anyone aside your spouse is sin. Of course they have been paying the fees to the Switches before and after Sanusi removed the charges as you said. But the removal became a burden which the banks couldn't accommodate anymore. So they had to cry aloud to the CBN, hence the reintroduction of the hafge but with some favourable conditions.

Good banking service can't be free. ATM charge is a service charge. Banks pay millions to Switch service providers on a monthly basis to provide ATM service to their customers. So they have to at least recover the cost, if they can`t make profit on it. But if you don't want to pay the charge, you have the following options:

1. Don't use ATM at all
2. Use only the ATM of the bank that issued you the ATM card; you may be charged if you use other banks atm
3. Don't use ATM card to withdraw cash more than 3 times a month. Charges apply from the fourth withdrawal.
