In the ancient days men are perceive as stronger sex, maybe because of their deligent to duties and their responsive to their various endeavors . But in our contemporary society I noticed that most male are now seeing females as stronger sex and men as weaker sex maybe because women are now manning up to duties. I think most believes are based on the fact that women are now becoming majorly the breadwinners in various homes, women are now heading most prestigious posts in many parastatals. Women are now more active being able to confront a problem and dig out an infinite solution to it.
Most men act so foolishly and stupid, they are now losing their coordinating ability and zeal of becoming a well balanced man in society based on his achievements, most men are now living dependently to women. Many of them are not interested and not enthusiastic to achieve, learn,acquire and explore their gifted talent. Now because of their indept laziness, most them believed that all boys are like that, that is the reason why you as male will contest election position with a girl she will beat you hands-down, so long as she is girl and you are a boy. Most boys/girls of this computer age believe that women are more potential than men in all ramifications so they vote for more potent gender which is female.
NOTE: Potentiality is not by physical strength or shouting or having sex or abusing women verbally or sexually but by conscience ability to coordinate within your environment.

Rivers State have a very big land mass of which majority of it are underdeveloped rural villages, but Anambra has a very small land mass of which majority are urbanised and semi urbanised villages that is more than ahoada and gokana.

Guy no matter how big portharcourt is you can never compare Rivers State and Anambra State. portharcourt is not up to 3% of Rivers land mass even if it is up to 5%, the rest 95% of land mass still contain many typical urbanised village which is not like that in Anambra.

Anambra should be after Lagos, remove portharcourt which city again exist in Rivers State, sentiment apart.

All this South South Igbo act so mumuish and foolish, The northerners doesn't know anything called Ikwere, that's why you guys fall victim most.

cutting taxes will nerve help Anambra, The Government should tax this men and use it to put up more better development. This businessmen when they make it in Anambra they will established and pay higher taxes in other states like Lagos, Abuja and even river state.

No, it is not a variant of oya and oria. Maybe it is in your place, but for the wider Igbo-speaking peoples (or at least the groups that I know), the words are two different words. Uya is sorrow or suffering.

In the Southeast, people also answer Uyanwanne (Sibling's sorrow/suffering) and Onwubuya (Death is sorrowful), and they make the distinction between Uya and Oria/Oya. I never saw Orianwanne or Onwubuoria.

When I was in Nnewi, I heard people saying 'Ebezina uya' which means in their dialect 'Stop sorrowing/stop weeping'; for them 'uya' (sorrow) is different from 'oya' (sickness).

We are just like an average person Igbo person, you meet our people in every part of Igboland and outside Igboland but you may not know that he or she is from there unless he or she gives you an in-depth explanation because we speaks Igbo, answer Igbo name. We travel by boat or by land to ONITSHA, we are closer to ONITSHA and Asaba

It depend on the part of kogi Igala the person speaks, like Southern Igala(Ibaji) we understand it and they also understand us. But for Northern Igala like anyimgba, Dekina I don't understand at all even though I know that it is that they are speaking.

I just made a new friend who is from the Igala speaking part of Anambra. I can't remember the exact place now but she says it's close to Anam and surrounded by water. By seeing her the first ting that comes to mind is Igbo. Even when i asked her which tribe she was, she said Igbo. It's not until i started digging that she made it known that she's from the Igala speaking part of Anambra state. But she still has the Igbo approach towards life and i think if Igbos and Igalas from Kogi were to go to war, she would side with Igbos. She just seems like your typical Igbo person. I'll really like to visit the Igala speaking part of Anambra to really see how it is over there.
