HealthPregnancy Without Tears: Is It Possible To Give Birth Without Pain? TRUE STORY.. by Knetpro(op):
It is the general belief that there is no pain that comes close to the pain a pregnant woman goes through at childbirth.

They are probably right.

But, come to think of it...

Is it possible to give birth without pain?

OR, put differently...

What is the best way to give birth without pain?

Quite frankly, pain is a natural part of the childbirth process.

According to scientists, no one can eliminate pain completely during child delivery.

However, the degree of pain can be controlled or minimized by doing 2 simple things before your date of delivery.

To buttress this, here is the true life story of Mrs. Caroline Nma, a healthcare practitioner.

TRUE LIFE STORY OF MRS. CAROLINE NMA, A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER

Mrs. Caroline Nma is a registered nurse / midwife and currently lecturing in a School of Nursing in the Southeast of Nigeria.

She got married back in 2016 and she is a mother of two lovely children – a boy (four years old) and a girl (two years old).

Mrs. Nma was once a first time expectant Mom, perhaps as you are right now – very excited to have gotten pregnant a few months after her wedding.

However, she had a first-hand experience of childbirth trauma during her first childbirth that lasted for almost a year after. According to her, it is not something that she would wish for any woman to experience.

As she narrated in her new book, giving birth to her first child was a hellish experience.

Like any pregnant Mom normally would feel as her EDD approaches, she was both wishing that the cup would pass over her and at the same time so scared of the painful obvious that she had no idea how to escape.

After all, no one likes pain; and she had heard many frightening stories about pregnancy and childbirth like you probably have done; stories of lost, injuries and pains.

So, it is to be expected that she was almost scared to death of her delivery date.

Not knowing what else to do, she started intensive prayers and kept praying until delivery day, even while in the labor room.

However, despite her many prayers, her worse fears finally came to pass.

She suffered the worse pain ever as she was given several episiotomy cuts that left her in anguish and pains.

Mrs. Nma had a 3rd degree episiotomy cut, and for months, she was in pains.

It was so painful urinating let alone talking of making love with he husband. It was that bad!

And it took up to six months before she could feel herself again.

Of course, she could not make love with her husband for that long.

She even would have lost her boy due to stress of protracted labor pushes.

Thereafter, she vowed that she was never going to conceive again because she felt God doesn't answer prayers.

All these happened to her despite being a nurse / midwife.

So what we are talking about doesn't respect certificates.

By the way, an episiotomy is "a cut (incision) made in the tissue between the vaginal opening and the anus during childbirth. This area is called the perineum. Although an episiotomy was once a routine part of childbirth, that's no longer the case."

Research upon research revealed there was no cure to the challenge.

And that was how she and her husband began researching further to see if there was any way to prevent the problem.

The only thing they found people were doing at the time in a bid to preventing the problem was to engage in perineal massage.

But, unfortunately many still get injuries at childbirth after doing perineal massage. So, it was obvious that perineal massage wasn't just the solution – more was lacking.

According to her, all that perineal massage tries to do is to help widen the pelvic so that the baby can have easy passage.

But, just that was never enough. So they went into more in-depth research.

And, after over a year of intensive research, they discovered 2 simple things that any pregnant woman can do at home before delivery which can help you enjoy the joy of childbirth without life/marriage threatening injuries.

It was these 2 simple things that she did during her second childbirth that helped her have the safe delivery of her daughter without episiotomy cuts even when her girl weighed more than her boy in that first pregnancy which almost left her with depression.

Would you love to know these 2 simple but CRUCIAL things that you must do to eliminate every chance of childbirth injuries...

And deliver your baby in good health and condition for both mother and child?

If so...

HealthPregnancy: Shocking Report About A Man Who Lost His Pregnant Wife To Childbirth by Knetpro(op): 6:23pm On May 19, 2023
Are you pregnant?

If so, here is something you need to give serious attention to.

I was reading an article the other day on the website of the NIGERIAN HEALTH WATCH and it was about a man that the wife gave birth with injuries and the hospital didn't have the common drug to control the bleeding.

By the time the man returned from where he went to check for the drug, the wife had passed on.

Just imagine!

No wonder a joint report by WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF and World Bank revealed that Nigeria is among the top 4 countries with the highest maternal deaths estimated at 58,000 yearly, and about 150 daily.

These are women dying only from childbirth cases like episiotomy.

What is episiotomy?

According to medical experts, "an episiotomy is a cut (incision) made in the tissue between the vaginal opening and the anus during childbirth. This area is called the perineum. Although an episiotomy was once a routine part of childbirth, that's no longer the case."

For years, an episiotomy was thought to help prevent larger vaginal tears during childbirth. Experts believed an incision would heal better than a natural tear.

The procedure was also thought to help preserve the muscles and connective tissue that support the pelvic floor.

Today, however, research suggests that routine episiotomies don't prevent these problems after all.

Here are some established facts about episiotomy after years of research by experts.

FACTS ABOUT EPISIOTOMY

FACT #1: Whether your baby is 3.5 or 1.5, in Nigeria you are not totally free from getting episiotomy.

FACT #2: Whether it is your first time or fifth time experience with childbirth, the possibility of getting vaginal injuries still remains.

FACT #3: Doing recommended pregnancy exercises ALONE will not exempt you from suffering vaginal injuries at childbirth.

FACT #4: Choosing a highly rated hospital does not guarantee you will have it easy with childbirth if you don't also master how to engage yourself in the areas we have carefully highlighted in this course.

FACT #5: Bleeding is the highest cause of maternal death and tearing or episiotomy is a major cause of bleeding at childbirth.

FACT #6: Healthcare providers seem to care less about what happens to you since they can blame it on anything and go unpunished.

FACT #7: Though prevention is said to be better than cure, some complications that come with childbirth have no known medical cure. Thus, their prevention is the only right thing to do or one should get ready to face the consequences.

Consequently, there are 2 important things you MUST DO back home and 2 other important things you MUST DO on your next and last visit visit to the hospital.

To ensure that you push out your baby easily without cuts, tear or episiotomy.

Would you love to know these 4 simple things that you must do to eliminate every chance of childbirth injuries?

And deliver your baby in good health and condition for both mother and child?

If so...

Family[MUST READ] Oh Angela, Why? Why, Angela, Why? (A Short Story) by Knetpro(op): 7:29pm On Nov 02, 2022
Note: This story is taken from chapter 17 of the new mind-blowing book on marriage by Motunrayo Omonoteje titled:
"Why Marriage? The Ultimate Guide For Finding Your Soul Mate, Tying The Knot, Succeed And Make Your Marriage Last For Life!"

D-day, August 19, 1988, came and they travelled as planned to London England leaving their 5 children behind. They had taken them to stay with one of John’s junior brother named Michael. Before then, John had applied for his 30 days annual leave in the office where he worked as an accountant. Angela too had also done the same at her office where she worked as a clerk. The reason was to have ample time to spend together on their marriage renewal in the land of the Queen in London, England.

On arrival, they rested for one straight week without leaving their hotel room. During that time, they did nothing else other than eat, sleep, watch TV and have sex. It was so surreal that Angela couldn’t believe that she could ever have the golden opportunity of travelling to the white man’s land and spend as much as a whole month there. She had to pinch herself intermittently to make sure she was not dreaming and it was all real. Of course, it was all real alright.

While John shuttled back and forth between their room and the hotel grounds at intervals of 30 minutes to an hour in between their sessions together, Angela never left their hotel room for even a second all through that one week. During those times he moved around the hotel grounds, John had a chat with the hotel staff. Consequently, he was able to learn a lot of things about the town and its history. He also got one of the hotel staff to order a printed tour guide for him which was about the best places to visit in the town. Within minutes, the tour guide arrived and he paid for it.

Back with his wife at the room, they meticulously went through the guide and created an itinerary of places they would visit for the remaining period of their stay. For the second week, they settled for 2 different tourist spots. Among them was the British Museum which served as home for many treasures from the past. They also picked out the Richmond Park which had free-roaming deer, ancient trees and rare wildflower species.

For the third week, the lovebirds decided they would go out and see the marvelous views of the river Thames and the City of London in Greenwich Park. They also decided they would visit Trafalgar Square to see the famous fountains and stone lions.

They decided to save the best for last. So, on the fourth and final week, Mr. John and Mrs. Angela Ughedegba decided they would round off their tour with a visit to the Queen and witness the spectacular performance of the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

And that was how it turned out. They followed their itinerary to a tee and had a mind-blowing experience of their lives which they did not fail to capture in beautiful, glowing pictures.

Then the last day of their visit to London came. John had carefully avoided bringing up their departure throughout their stay in London. The reason was because Angela was so happy and excited at their adventure in London that he did not want to ruin the fun for her. But, like all bad things, all good things must surely come to an end sooner or later. After all, nothing is permanent in this world (if only our greedy politicians in Africa would realize that!).

So, in the evening before they were due for departure, John brought up the subject.

Thinking of the best approach to use, he finally thought it was best to go straight to the point without beating about the bush. Standing before her, he began: “Angela...”

She did not allow him to complete the statement. “Don’t tell me it is time to go!” She responded.

Sitting upright from her lying position in the double bed of their hotel room, she looked at him with her eyes wide open like that of a child. She knew this day would come and had been preparing herself for this ultimate reality. It was too good to last and she kept wondering if she was really prepared to give up all these luxury and go back to Nigeria. Honestly, she was having so much fun that she began to see herself like Alice in Wonderland, the character in the movie she had seen while in secondary school in the 70s.

Looking at her with eyes wide opened, John felt she was like a 5 year old kid who was about to be told that her favorite toy had been broken by accident. He could just visualize in his head baby Angela screaming at the top of her voice while preparing to throw a tantrum that could not be pacified: “What happened to my toy, Daddy?”

Sad as it was to admit, Angela did not look any different from a 12 years old girl despite her fully formed mature body. She was like a 12 years old girl in a 27 years old body. It was as if the death of her father had stunted her growth mentally and psychologically. But, as much as he hated to do this to her, he simply had no choice. They had come and they had seen to their hearts’ content. But had they conquered London? Of that he was not sure. Now it was time to go.

“Yes,” John said. “It is time to go. We have come to London to see the Queen like I promised. And though we did not actually see the Queen, we’ve had enough fun to last us a lifetime.”

“Do we really have to go, John? Can’t we stay here?” She implored.

“No, we cannot.” He replied. “You have your job and I have my job. We cannot just run off and abandon our jobs just like that. We will be sacked without any compensation. Besides, we left 5 young children back in Nigeria, remember?”

“We can bring them here later on when we are fully settled.” She suggested.

“When”, he asked. “And how long would that be?”

Rather than answer his questions, she was instantly by his side. “Please...” She begged.

By then he knew he had to be firm. He withdrew his hand from hers roughly and said, “Cut it out Angela!” For the first time since their marriage 10 years ago, he found himself shouting at her. “We have to go back to Nigeria and that’s final.”

Angela stepped back touching her cheek and rubbing it as if he had actually hit her. Then she went back to lie down on the bed.

With her back turned to him, she said quietly: “If you really want to go back to Nigeria, you are very free to do so. But you will go back without me.”

John looked at his wife lying there on the bed with her straight back and determined expression on one side of her face. It was as if he was seeing her for the first time in his entire life. She had suddenly become a total stranger as if overnight. This behavior was new to him and he was at a loss at how best to handle it.

He tried to reason with her, still finding himself shouting: “Stop all these crazy talk, Angela! What will people say if I went back alone?”

“People will always talk. What they will say doesn’t bother me.” was her instant reply.

It was then he knew it was futile to reason with her. So, he let her be and went to bed telling himself that she would have a change of mind in the morning. He didn’t sleep much that night.

In the morning, John got up early and woke up his wife.

“Yes, what is it?" She responded harshly without turning to look at him. “If it is about travelling back to Nigeria, I have already told you. You can go back alone if you are so bent on going back.”

“What about our children – Elvis, Marvin, Gloria, Kelvin and Gina? Don't tell me you want to abandon them in Nigeria.” He tried to appeal to her motherly nature.

“My dear, those children are old enough to take care of themselves.” She said, reminding him. “I lost my father when I was 12 years old, remember? I did not die.”

He was stunned at hearing that. He couldn’t believe that this was the same woman he married 10 years ago. Angela who used to be very loving and caring had suddenly become so insensitive and heartless. What had come over her? He wondered.

But just for the sake of looking at all sides of the issue, John paused and thought for a moment about her suggestion of staying back in London. Was it really possible that they could stay back in London and bring the children to join them later on when they were fully settled? It was not a bad suggestion just that they had not planned to reside in London permanently. It was easy for Angela to say but there were so many things that needed to be taken care of.

First, how would they get money to pay their bills without work? They needed a resident visa and work permit for that. They only had tourist visa which would expire in 6 months. After then, what? They would become illegal immigrants unless they were able to obtain a resident visa before then. What about the five children they left back in Nigeria? How would they cope? Who would take care of them? They were presently living with his junior brother with the agreement to hold them for one month. How would they feed and take care of themselves? They would become an expensive burden to maintain on his brother Michael if they did not return or, in the alternative, send money for their upkeep. All these could easily be taken care of if he had enough money. But, of course, there was no such money that could take care of his expenses until they find work in London and start earning money.

All considered, staying back in London was simply out of the question. That could be worked out with convenience and peace of mind for everyone concerned at a later date, but not today, not now. Yet, Angela was not seeing it that way.

He knew he had to soft pedal with her and use a different approach. So, he went and lie down beside her on the bed and began caressing her. “I can’t leave without you.” He said.

“Then stay.” She sat up and held his hands. “I don’t want to lose you like I did my father. I love you so much.”

“I cannot stay.” He insisted. “At least not like this. If we decide to live here, we have to do it properly.” He said.

“Then you must go,” Angela withdrew from him and laid down again. “But without me.”

“Darling, remember all the good times we had together in Nigeria throughout our 10 years of marriage. Do you mean you want to throw all that away?” He asked.

“I am not throwing anything away. It is you who is seeing it that way.” She responded.

“Tell me you are joking.” John said.

Angela faced him and looked at him straight in the eyes. “Have I ever joked with things like this?” She asked.

Looking at those set and determined eyes, he saw deep inside her and he instantly knew he had lost his wife to the beautiful city of London. This was far worse than losing his mother to the cold hands of death. His mother had died at the age of 45 years leaving only her last born as a tender baby behind. But, in the case of Angela, she was turning her back on 5 children whom he would be forced to raise alone – the eldest being 9 years, while the youngest being a little over 2 years of age.

Suddenly, he found his weight was too heavy for his legs and he crumpled into the nearest chair close by him. After staying like that for about 30 minutes without any word between them, he finally summoned courage and got up. Without looking at her any more, he began gathering his things and packing his bag. No further words were needed. He had said all he needed to say. Like the Apostle Paul in the Bible, he had fought gallantly but he had lost with all his dignity still intact.

After he was through with packing, he went into the bathroom to have his bath. He decided to shave first. Looking at the mirror, he could not recognize the old face which stared back at him. He had aged considerably within the last few hours that he found himself imagining the life which laid ahead of him back in Nigeria. He furiously pushed the thought aside and went on with the business of tidying himself up.

An hour later, he was through and on his way to the airport. He did not as much as cast another glance at his wife all through that time. As he was about using the elevator that would take him from the 3rd floor to the ground floor, he tripped and almost fell. He had to hold on to the side of the elevator door to prevent him from falling. He also found that the nagging pain which had ached him for 8 years following his mother’s death was back like a malevolent spirit that had woken up from a deep slumber.

As he journeyed back to Nigeria, there was an uneasy feeling at the pit of John’s stomach. The one thought that kept reverberating all through his mind was: “Where did I go wrong? Did I make a mistake by taking my wife on a trip to London to give her a treat to make her feel special and loved? Is it a crime to love your wife and want to make her happy?” But there was no one who could provide him with an answer or console him for his loss. His co-passengers on the flight were all immersed in their own troubles, worries and concerns. He found himself suddenly beginning to worry about what the future held for him and he quickly pushed the thought aside.

Getting to Nigeria, he couldn’t tell his children and anyone the truth about his wife. He only told them that she had some things to handle back in London. But as the days became weeks and extended into months, tongues began wagging amongst his neighbors that his wife had abandoned him in London. It started in whispers, but after a while, they did not even bother to speak in low tones any more – whether he was around them or not.

His children too also sensed that their mother had abandoned them. Their neighbor’s children were already mocking them openly. They also got the same treatment in school as the news had also spread to their classmates.

So, his third child Gloria, named after their grandmother, approached her father one day and asked him: “Daddy, is it true that our mother abandoned us in London?”

“No, of course not!” He replied sharply.

Then he looked at his other children who were also there when she asked the question. They were all looking at him with eyes revealing their utter disbelief at his answer. So, he took the girl Gloria on his lap and said: “Listen, children. Your mother loves you very much and would not do anything to hurt you. But, know that she will not be around for some time. She has some things to do in London and would soon join us. So, do not listen to the things our neighbor and your classmates are saying about your mother.”

As he said that, John suddenly had a flashback of the conversation he had with his wife back in London just before his departure and he found that the tears were beginning to well up. Not wanting his children to see the tears, he dropped Gloria on the chair he had been sitting on and got up. He almost fell in the process and his children were all instantly by his side.

“Daddy are you ok?” His eldest child Elvis asked.

Hiding his face, he impatiently wiped off the tears.

His children were not fooled. “Daddy, are you crying?” asked the last born Gina.

Suddenly, he found that he could no longer speak. He tried to speak, but the words refused to come out. But, worse, he found that his feet could no longer hold his body and he crumpled on the floor. Alarm growing in his mind, he discovered with dismay that he had suddenly lost the use of one part of his body.

His eldest child knew there was something seriously wrong with their father. So, he instantly raised alarm for their neighbors to come to their aid. John was rushed to the hospital for medical attention. The doctor at the hospital carried out his diagnosis and found that John had suffered from a terrible stroke which had paralyzed the left side of his body. He stayed in the hospital for one full week before he was discharged.

John never recovered fully from the stroke. To make matters worse, his office sacked him after he was absent from work for 3 whole months straight as a result of his ill-health. Things became very difficult for John because there was no more money coming in to take care of his children and his health. Thus, he was left at the mercy of his brothers, friends and neighbors. He later died exactly 5 years after the ill-fated trip with his wife to London at the young age of 51 years. His oldest child was 14 years and the last child was a little over 7 years old at the time of his death.

After John’s death, his brothers and other family members came together and arranged for his burial. They agreed that there was no need prolonging it because he was a young man when he died. So, they fixed the burial for the following two weeks.

The scheduled date for the burial came and the ceremony went on according to plan. The occasion was well attended by friends, family members and even John’s former coworkers because John was a good man who was kind and benevolent in all his dealings with people. But, his former wife, Angela, was nowhere to be found. She had not even bothered contacting him again to ask after their children. She practically behaved like someone dead. Even her own mother had not also asked after her grandchildren for once up till John’s death and burial.

It was a very sad ceremony. People kept shaking their head and muttering among themselves: “Oh Angela, why? Why, Angela, why?”

But, of course, the person they were talking about was thousands of miles in faraway London, England. And like she told her husband in London, people will always talk. Their talk did not bother her. Of course, it did not. After all, she had to be aware that they were talking about her for her to be bothered about it. But she was not.

So, there you have it. That is the story of John and Angela Ughedegba. You can now go ahead and provide answer to John’s heartbreaking questions: “Where did I go wrong? Did I make a mistake by taking my wife on a trip to London to give her a treat to make her feel special and loved? Is it a crime to love your wife and want to make her happy?”

Family[MUST READ] Beautiful Ami, The Three Friends And The Greedy Business Man by Knetpro(op): 11:19am On Oct 03, 2022
Once upon a time, there was a man named Adamu.

Adamu was a prosperous and wealthy man.

But, he was also unscrupulous in his dealings.

It happened that Adamu had a lovely daughter named Ami.

Ami was so beautiful that even at the age of 3, suitors were already seeking her hand in marriage.

Among the many suitors of Ami were three good friends and neighbors named John, James and Matthew.

However, their friendship became sour as a result of the young girl Ami.

They all wanted to marry young Ami for their sons.

And, Adamu, being a very unscrupulous man and despite his stupendous wealth, did nothing to discourage the three friends.

Rather, he continued to encourage them.

And that was how Adamu began collecting money and gift items from the three friends.

As the years went by and young Ami continued growing and getting even more beautiful, so Adamu continued collecting money from the three friends and giving them false promises.

Eventually, Ami became 18 years of age.

It was at that same time that the young prince by name Adelola who was just 25 years of age wanted to get married.

As the heir to the throne of his father's kingdom, Adelola was about to be crowned king in place of his father who had just passed on.

But, the law of the land forbade anyone who was a bachelor from ascending the throne of the kingdom.

So, he needed a wife superfast.

He did not just need any girl for a wife. He needed a virgin.

So, he sent word out through his messengers to his people to help him search for a young virgin for marriage.

His men went out and eventually came across the young girl, Ami.

They made enquiries and were directed to her father, Adamu.

So, they went to see Adamu and told him the message from the king-in-waiting.

In all fairness to Adamu, he initially told Prince Adelola's messengers that his daughter was already betrothed to be given out in marriage.

Then the messengers who had already heard all about Adamu's devious ways, asked him: "When, to whom, and how come she is still in your house?"

Adamu was taken aback by the questions.

He paused as he did not know what to tell the messengers.

"Well..." He began, then stopped.

In his mind, he vividly pictured the angry faces of the three friends when they would learn that they had been cunningly deceived all these while.

Prior to the arrival of the messengers of Prince Adelola, Adamu had been having nightmares since Ami turned 18.

The subject of his nightmares was how to handle the three friends who had been paying him money and other gift items for the past 15 years.

Now, the king-in-waiting had come into the picture to complicate things for him.

Then he recapitulated and thought to himself: "Is this a complication or a solution to my nightmares?"

And he sat bolt upright as the implication of the prince asking for his daughter's hand in marriage hit him like a thunderbolt squarely in his medulla.

“Oh my!” He thought to himself. “This is the perfect solution I have been looking for!”

So, he spoke up: "Emmm, actually, I promised Ami's hand in marriage to someone. But, since it is the king who needs her, what can I say? All hail the king!"

And that was how Adamu gave out Ami's hand in marriage to the young prince.

Of course, the three friends were outraged when they heard about the matter.

"So, Adamu thinks he is smart, abi?" James said to the other two. "Well, I will show him that I am smarter. Let us pay him a visit and teach him a lesson or two!"

And the three friends stormed Adamu’s house and demanded for a return of their money.

Adamu appeared unnaturally calm as he told them: "Calm down. I will give all of you every penny I have ever collected from you. But, you have to come back in 2 days to enable me raise the money."

James instantly objected. "No. We will do no such thing! We want our money here and now."

Then the dubious Adamu decided to pull his weight a little. He said: "What you people fail to realize is that the king of this autonomous kingdom is now my son-in-law and I can tell him that you fellows are disturbing my peace. And you know what that means. I said come back in 2 days, so come back in 2 days!"

The friends looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders.

They were licked and they knew it.

So, they made to leave. At the door, James turned to look at Adamu and said: "Make sure you keep to your promise or you will not like what will happen to you. Even the king will not be able to save you!"

His friends were already out the door. But, as he made to leave, Adamu called him back. "James! Please closed the door and come have a sit. Your other two friends can go."

So, James came back to sit directly opposite Adamu.

"See, James. I know I have wronged you. But, put yourself in my shoes. What would you have done?"

James replied: "I would not have collected money from three friends for the same girl. I would have told them to wait for the girl to grow up. That is what I would have done."

Adamu sighed and said: "Anyway, what is done is done. Let us think of a way to profit from this."

"I am listening." said James.

"You see," He began. "Like I said earlier, the king is now my son-in-law. You know what that means, don't you?"

"No, I don't. You tell me." James replied.

"Alright, let me explain."

Then Adamu went on to explain to James how he could get anything he wanted in the community - job slots, contracts and other considerations - through him as the father-in-law to the king.

The scale in the eyes of James instantly fell off and he saw just how important Adamu had become in the community.

And he also forgot about all the deceptions and false promises of Adamu and agreed to work with him to achieve all his ambition in the palace.

Additionally, he promised to talk to his two friends to calm them down.

That is how Adamu and James became a pair and began ruling the community as surrogates to the king, while the two friends of James were left to lick their wounds and count their losses.

This is the true life story of Kovwo Oteje, a Nigerian entrepreneur.

It all started on a Sunday, 21st April, 1968.

A young man in his 30s was anxiously waiting outside the door of the small room which the community midwife used as her "labor ward".

He had brought his wife, Dawn, to the place the previous evening as she was in severe labor pains and, from all indication, she was due for delivery. Due to the haste with which they had left the house, he had not eaten any real meal or had a proper bath since he brought his wife there.

Though he had returned home in the night and came back first thing that morning, he didn't think of getting anything to eat. The one thought at the back of his mind was to get his wife and the baby home in one piece as quickly as possible.

After having waited for hours again that Sunday morning with seemingly no end in sight, now he was "fit to walk up a wall" in the words of the thriller maestro, James Hadley Chase. But just when he was beginning to wonder how long more he would have to wait and how it all would end, the midwife came out and announced:

"It's a boy!"

The young man jumped up and danced about with pure, undisguised joy while the midwife looked on with amusement on her face. But he couldn't be bothered. She would not understand. At last he had become a father to a bouncing baby boy. Suddenly, tears of joy welled up his eyes as he reminisced the events of the previous two years before this day.

He had come across his wife, Dawn, at a religious meeting and was instantly attracted to her. Dawn was a teenage young girl of about 16 years of age, fair in complexion, with average height and an attractive well-proportioned body. Mr. Smart Oteje, on the other hand, had always been a slim black man of about 6ft in height. At the sight of Dawn, he had falling "head over heels" in love with her.

However, there was a problem. The father of the girl, Mr. James Ughedegba, would not hear of it because he had lofty plans for his daughter. As the only girl in between seven boys, he felt a special kind of love for her. And he wanted to sponsor her education to any level possible. So, when Mr. Smart Oteje began frequenting his house in search of his daughter, Dawn, he was mad with intense rage. And he would literally carry a machete to chase the young man out of his house, screaming after him:

"If I see you step your feet in my house again, I will design your body with tribal marks that you will keep remembering the day you chased a girl all throughout your life."

But, fortunately for Smart, he had an ally in the mother of the girl, Mrs. Gloria Ughedegba. Unknown to him, she was glad that a young man was asking after her daughter and already basking in the euphoria of giving her daughter out in marriage and becoming a mother-in-law. So, she would call the young man aside when she was sure her husband wasn't looking and encourage him not to give up in his quest.

And do you know one thing about women?

They always get what they want. Some would nag and become quarrelsome. Some may even go to the extent of depriving their men of sex and refuse to cook meals in the house. While others would resort to subtler means. But, whichever method or tactics they use, women always get what they want 99% of the time.

I may be right or wrong, but I think I am close enough.

So, Dawn's mother was able to somehow maneuver events and persuade her husband to let the young man marry their daughter. Eventually, the father's dream of sponsoring her daughter through higher education was jettisoned and Mr. Oteje succeeded in marrying the woman of his dreams.

The warmth of the midwife’s touch on his cold hand brought him back from his brief sojourn into the past. "Come and see your little boy", she urged. Thereafter, he followed the midwife into the room. As he entered the small room, his eyes scanned the room quickly until they came to rest on his wife sitting upright on the only bed holding the bundle of joy in her arms and supported by a pillow that had seen better days.

The following day, they were back home. And a week later, Mr. Smart Oteje held a small party to celebrate the arrival of his baby boy into the family. The parents of his wife, the Ughedegbas, were among those who attended the small ceremony.

Giving a short speech, Mr. James Ughedegba, his father-in-law, officially welcomed Mr. Smart Oteje to his family.

"You are now a member of my family." He said. "As a matter of fact, you have become the eldest among all my children. Please forgive me for anything I have done to wrong you in the past and let's bury the hatchet."

Mr. Smart Oteje got up and embraced his father-in-law. Thereafter, they sat down like long lost but newly found friends to drink and make merry. After all, Mr. Smart Oteje had given him something no other person had given to him all his life - his very first grandson. Mr. Smart Oteje, on his part, had also gotten his first male child - an heir that would hopefully pilot his family long after he was gone.

Both men congratulated themselves on their good fortune as they drank and made merry to their heart's content.

So many names were given to baby Oteje. Divine. Precious. Blessing. Gift. And so many others. However, one name which would follow the boy all through his life is the one from his grandmother, Gloria.

Ekpanatakovwoovworejerenhen.

The literal meaning of that name is: "as somebody is told, he does not become like that". Or, put differently, the name simply means: "nobody becomes exactly as he is called".

Other children were to follow in quick succession later on, another boy and 4 girls - making a total of 6 children in the family.

However, tragedy struck a few years later with the passing away of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Gloria Ughedegba at the young age of 38 years. It was as if she had a premonition of her death and wanted to see some of her grandchildren before passing on. It was only young Ekpanatakovwoovworejerenhen and his few months old brother that their grandmother saw before she died.

FamilyTrue Life Story: The Boy Princewill And His One-word Command by Knetpro(op):
One fateful day in April 2018 just before my 50th birthday, I was in the company of one of my "boys" by name Princewill and the subject came up. Though 15 years my junior, he reasoned like someone who was much older. And despite his youthful exuberance on most occasions, I valued his association because he reasoned along the same lines as I did and most times could even complete some sentences for me.

Princewill was a firstborn son himself and he was having challenges in his finances. Additionally, he had also been married for over one year without seeing his wife become pregnant throughout that time. So, he became worried and did not want to end up like I did.

To make matters worse, his wife had also become cantankerous, quarrelsome and contentious. But, I did not feel sorry for him because here was someone who had dated at least 10 different girls within the space of 15 years and prided himself at being a "player" without any love for the girls. The good, the bad and the ugly, fair, dark, chocolate and even multi-colored - just name them - Princewill had dated them all. And some of these girls had gotten pregnant for him too. The one-word command he was always telling them once he was told about it was "remove".

The last relationship before he got married was the most painful of them all. This was the longest of all his relationship (about 5 years) and they were already living together like husband and wife in the same house. The girl by name Antonia loved him greatly that she could not stay for one whole hour without seeing Princewill - unless, of course, he travelled out of town. And in that case, she would call him every 30minutes to find out how he was doing.

So, the girl as usual got pregnant for Princewill. In his usual characteristic carefree manner when he learned about it, Princewill repeated his one-word command "remove". Antonia had already removed two previous pregnancies at his command. But, this time, she begged and begged Princewill promising that she was ready to manage with him and would not put any financial pressures on him. But, Princewill was not having any of that “drama”.

Antonia could not understand Princewill's behavior. It was not as if she was ugly. She was a very beautiful girl, at least 6ft in height (a head taller than Princewill) with full hips and waist that could arouse lust in even the most disciplined preacher. Though widely sought after by different young men who were more handsome, she had decided to pitch her tent with a short unattractive man like Princewill. But, like someone possessed and blind at the same time, his lover was insistent on the removal of the pregnancy. So, against her wish, she had it removed.

As she was undergoing the abortion, she shed tears because she knew it was finally over between her and Princewill. She was already 27 years old and was not ready to continue to waste her time with an unrepentant player who was clearly not ready to settle down. It was after she was gone that Princewill's eyes became opened. Then he went in pursuit of Antonia who had travelled back to her parents' house in Port Harcourt to try and plead with her to return. But, he was unable to see her. She had left a strongly worded message with one of her siblings that on no account should they reveal her whereabouts to Princewill.

So, with nothing left to do and now eager to put his playboy life behind him, he decided to go back to his old flame, 30 years old Philomena who had just completed her degree program and was about going for Youth Service. Fair and also taller than Princewill, she too was good looking but not as attractive as the ebony black Antonia.

Looking at her, one would wonder what she, like Antonia, saw in Princewill that made her agree to his proposal. But, one may never know what makes women agree to the relationship and marriage proposals of men. Maybe it is because women admire men who are courageous and bold. In any case, within a month of going back to Philomena, they were married. And that was when the problem started.

As we sat there at our regular hangout reminiscing the past while sipping some local palm wine with some fried meat, we discussed the issue at length and concluded that the only solution to our problems was to get the help of a prophet who was competent at handling spiritual issues of this nature.

Princewill said he had already discussed the matter with his mother who immediately showed him a place in the next community outside our station, a distance of over an hour with a bike and about 45 minutes with a car. It was a church and they usually held deliverance service every Wednesdays.

So, we agreed that we would go to the community on a Tuesday and pass the night in order to be able to see the General Overseer first thing the following Wednesday morning before everyone else. And that was what we did. By 6pm on Tuesday of the following week, we were on our way to the town in Princewill's old motorcycle. On arriving at the town, we got something to eat then found a hotel where we shared a room and passed the night, The hotel was about 10 minutes bike ride from the church. By 5am the following morning, we were up, got ready and off we went to the church.

We arrived at the church before 6am and...

BusinessAn Evergreen Business Anyone Can Do Without Stress by Knetpro(op): 5:23pm On Sep 13, 2021
These days of skyrocketing prices everywhere, you do not need a soothsayer to tell you that you need a side income business to survive the hard times.

And it does no matter whether you are a salary earner or not.

Your takehome can no longer take you beyond the bus stop in our modern day Nigeria.

Personally, my salary is never enough to take care of my own personal needs.

But, thank God for my side income businesses, I can conveniently provide for the needs of my family.

One of such side income businesses is the beauty and cosmetics business.

Why do I recommend the beauty and cosmetics business?

Simple.

1. The business is evergreen and is never out of season.

2. You can never run out of customers to sell to.

3. You do not need a college degree to start the business.

4. You do not need a trailer load of cash to get started.

5. You do not need an office space or office personnel to operate the business.

6. You do not need generator and its attendant expenses to operate the business.

7. Running cost of the business is almost zero.

Honestly speaking, next to foods and health businesses, the beauty and cosmetics business is a business that I will recommend to anyone - ANY DAY, ANY TIME.

It is time to think outside the box and stop depending on your monthly salary while complaining of no money, day in, day out.

FamilyThe Barber And His Small Business - A True Life Story by Knetpro(op): 7:55pm On Apr 17, 2021
James is a barber who is very good at his job.

He has been into barbing for the past 10 years.

He decided to open the barber shop after completing his secondary school education because he had no one to sponsor him further.

His parents were very poor and could barely afford the basic necessities of life, like food, shelter and clothing.

Being able to see James through his secondary school education in itelf was a miracle.

Therefore, he didn't want to impose any more burden on them.

As the first in a family of 6 children who had the responsibility of taking care of his siblings, he knew he had no choice but to start fending for himself without any further ado.

So...

He simply opened the barber shop and gave the business everything he had.

Now, after doing the business with strong determination and focus, hyper vision, dedication and consistency for some 10 years plus, he has become so successful that people visit him from near and far to have a haircut for themselves and their children too.

But...

The cost of running his small business was giving him sleepless nights.

His expenses on fuel, oil and repairs of his small "I be like my neighbour" generator was eating heavily into his profits.

Believe it or not, he was spending an average of N25,000 every month on fuel, oil and repairs alone, excluding wages for his 2 employees and rent of the shop he was using for his business.

So...

He decided to do something about it.

He was already contemplating buying a new generator 3 years ago when he discovered the MTN Lumos Box.

He sat down and carefully studied the benefits of using the MTN Lumos Box compared with his "I be like my neighbour" generator.

He found that:

1. The MTN Lumos Box operated without any noise.

2. The MTN Lumos Box did not need constant fueling, oiling and repairs.

3. The MTN Lumos Box can conveniently accommodate his ceiling fan, television set, 2 clippers, charging of his phones and even laptop.

The only expense he needed to run every month is a subscription of N8,000 for the use of the Box.

He thought to himself: "That is a small amount to pay compared with the average generator expenses of N25,000 every month."

He quickly did the sum in his head.

Subtract N8,000 from N25,000.

That amounts to N17,000.

N17,000 additional income every month!

Multiply that by 12, it gives you N204,000.

N200k additional income in one year!

Remove that from the cost of buying the MTN Lumos Box and he would still be left with N160,000 as additional income for the year.

"Wow! This is it!" he exclaimed loudly.

James immediately purchased the MTN Lumos Box without any delay.

And that is what he has been using to power his appliances and charge his phones and laptop for the past 3 years in his small barber shop and laughing to the bank every month.

Now when you see James and ask him: "How is business going, James?"

Beaming from ear to ear, he would happily reply "God is good, my brother!"

I visited James barber shop recently to get a haircut.

After the haircut, I asked him about his source of electricity.

"What are you using to power your appliances, James? Is it solar power?"

"No o!" he replied, "It is the MTN Lumos Box."

I looked around the shop and accessed all the appliances that was powered by the box.

"Wow!" I exclaimed and asked him about the cost.

He told me it now costs about N40,000 and it would cost me N8,000 subscription to use it every month.

Thereafter, he patiently explained how he maximised the usage of the box every day.

Then, he continued:

"The MTN Lumos Box is very good for workers who go to work from morning till evening. During that time, it would have enough time to charge to full capacity for use throughout the evening."

I didn't need any more convincing.

I was sold.

I asked him how I could get it and he explained everything to me in detail.

Then I responded: "Do you know what you've just done? That's networking! Will MTN know that you have just promoted their business?"

"For where!" he replied. "Do you know that over 20 of my customers have purchased the MTN Lumos Box through my recommendation?"

I exclaimed: "Wow!" and continued:

"Now, just imagine that MTN paid you N3,000 for each of the over 20 products that was sold through you and they also paid you N400 for each of the monthly subscriptions for those purchases, do you know how much you would have been making?"

I paused to do some mental calculation before continuing:

"You would have made at least N60,000 for the initial sale of the products. And now, you would have been making an additional income of at least N8,000 on the monthly subscriptions by those persons EVERY MONTH!"

"Wow!" he responded. "That's a lot of money simply for doing nothing!"

I explained further: "That's network marketing and we do it every day. A friend is suffering from toothache, you recommend the salt solution and a change of tooth brush and toothpaste. A stranger approaches you to look for directions for the best hotel in town, you happily direct him there without thinking about it or getting paid for it. And the list goes on and on."

He concurred and said: "Yeah. That's true. And as for this MTN Lumos Box, I would have made a lot of money by now because I would have been actively promoting it to my customers. As a matter of fact, I would have designed a notice inside and outside my shop advertising the MTN Lumos Box."

I agreed with him: "Yes, you would have made a lot of money not just for yourself, but for MTN too. it would have resulted in more sales of the MTN Lumos Box as more and more people, looking for opportunity to make an extra income on the side, eagerly join and promote the product."

I concluded: "Unfortunately, just as it is with the manufacturers of other products that we buy, use and recommend to other people every day, there is no such reward system in place."

I paused for a brief moment before continuing:

"But do you know that there is a Global Brand with presence in 190 countries that has such a reward system in place for people like yourself who are interested in earning an extra income on the side?"

He was interested.

I was about to respond when another customer came in and distracted us.

But James simply motioned for one of his workers to take care of him.

Like a rat who could smell where the meat was kept in the kitchen, his intuition was telling him that there was a lot of money to be made from this business.

He urged me to continue.

So I continued:

"The name of this international company is Longrich Bioscience International and it was established in 1986. Their major business is the manufacturing of various daily consumables and household products. At present, they have over 2,000 products and over 50 of those products are in Nigeria."

'Some of their products include daily consumables like toothpaste, bathing soap, body cream, roll-on, mouth freshener and others. They also produce nutritional supplements too."

"Incredible!" James said.

"Yes." I said. "Longrich International has been in Nigeria since 2012 and they have transformed so many people's lives within just 9 years of their operation in Nigeria."

James eyes widened with interest.

I continued: "Let's go back to the MTN Lumos Box once more. If it is Longrich International and you recommended 20 people to purchase their products, here is what will happen..."

"1. You will get paid a commission on the initial purchases of those 20 people who bought their products through your recommendation."

"2. Those 20 people instantly become joined to your network and you will also get paid on the repeat purchases of those same people if they purchase products EVERY WEEK FOR LIFE."

James mouth opened wide in amazement, but I continued.

"3. This is the best part. If those 20 people bring in other people, you also get paid on their purchases too EVERY WEEK for as long as they continue to purchase Longrich products FOR LIFE."

"It still does not stop there. When those people refer others, and those they refer go on to refer others, you continue to get paid as more and more people join through your network TILL INFINITY EVERY WEEK FOR LIFE!"

By this time, I noticed a complete change in the countenance of James.

It was like that of someone who had just won a jackpot at a lottery.

He only had one simple question for me and that was:

"You said Longrich International has been in Nigeria for 9 years, right?"

It was more of a statement than a question.

I nodded my head in the affirmative.

"How come no one told me about this business all these years?"

I didn't have an answer to that one.

I just looked at him with sweat beads of excitement gathering on his face.

"But, not to worry." I assured him. "You have not lost anything. You can start now and still get ahead very fast."

"As a matter of fact, the best time to start is RIGHT NOW because there is a US / Canada all-expense paid travel incentive promo going on as we speak which will come to an end on 23rd of May, 2021."

"There is also a Brand New "Cha Cha" Tear Rubber Car Incentive Promo going on side by side with the US / Canada Travel Incentive Promo which will come to an end in July this year. If you decide not to travel, you get paid N1.5m cool cash and the least car you can also qualify for is N3m."

"The beauty of this business is that you can use the SAME NUMBER OF POINTS to qualify for both the US / canada Travel Incentive, Car Incentive and also earn a regular income every week."

I concluded: "Now, show me any other business that can be as sweet as that!"

"There is NONE!" James exclaimed and asked: "How much for the registration?"

I responded: "Registration is free, but you need to purchase products up to 60 points to qualify to participate. That amounts to about N45,000, depending on your product selection."

"You mean I will be given products up to the amount I paid?" he quizzed.

"Yes." was my instant response.

"In other words, I am participating in these double incentive promos for free?" he wanted to be 100% sure.

"Yes." I repeated in the affirmative.

His final response was electrifying.

"I AM IN! Let's do this on Monday morning."

I left the barber shop with intense feeling of satisfaction deep within me.

I now had the final solution to my incessant expenses on running my generator at home.

The most annoying thing is the constant increase on the price of engine oil and even fuel.

Yesterday, I went to buy a litre of the Power Flo engine oil and the sales girl told me: "N1,800 for Super and N1,700 for the other one."

That was the same engine oil I bought less than 3 weeks ago for N1,400, and less than a month before that for N1,100.

Now, they've added another N400, yet again.

Imagine that!

I was visibly annoyed, but I had no choice but to buy the engine oil as I needed it to run my generator.

As I paid the sales girl the money, I told her angrily: "Tell me the price has gone up to N2,500 when I come to buy again."

She replied: "It is not we that is increasing the price o. It is the manufacturer. Our own is just to buy and sell."

I left the shop feeling upset and angry.

Now all that nonsense is going to come to an end with the purchase of the MTN Lumos Box.

I wanted to go and purchase it right away but it was already too late in the day to do that.

James on his part had gotten another business opportunity that is guaranteed to transform his life and those of his future generations forever!

As I got into my car, I ruminated over the discussion with James at his barber shop.

"A closed mouth is indeed a closed destiny. Just imagine if I had not told James about this business opportunity." I thought to myself.

"It is truly amazing who would respond positively to this business opportunity."

I switched on the ignition of the car, put it into gear and drove away with a feeling of accomplishment for the day.

HealthRe: Are You Trying To Conceive A Child? If So, This Is A Must Read!!! by Kome Itoje by Knetpro(op): 12:13am On Mar 28, 2021
If you have been trying to conceive a child for some time now without success, the story of Mrs Titilope Ejimagwa will surely encourage you.

Back in 2010, Longrich Bioscience International, a global brand that was established in 1986, wanted to extend its operations to Nigeria.

So they approached Mrs. Titilope Olubisi Ejimagwa and offered her the opportunity of spearheading their business launch in the country.

Without hesitation, she turned them down. Undeterred by the negative response, the Longrich officials presented her with their sanitary pad and panty liner as a gift from the company.

Coincidentally, Mrs Ejimagwa had been married for 10 years without having children.

According to her: “I went through hell not having a child. But because I am a happy type, people didn’t know that I didn’t have a child. However, my husband was much more concerned about having children than I was. He will be crying at night, ‘God please answer us. You know I love children, God give me children’ he would cry and pray while I was deep asleep.”

But little did she know that the gift of Longrich’s sanitary pad and panty liner would mark the turning point in both her marital life and her network marketing career.

She accepted the gift and began using the panty liner and sanitary pad.

She also gave some of the panty liners to her father who had kidney problem and would urinate on himself due to the problem.

Before then, the father was using diaper to avoid the embarrassing situation of inadvertently soiling himself with urine. He too began using the panty liners.

Mrs. Ejimagwa continues: “I used the liner and the pad, and I got pregnant. I was like what? Can this actually be real?

“So, I disappeared and came back to Lagos when I was seven months gone. I did not want other women to experience my experience and since I found a solution, I was determined to share. I did not even ask for a bonus.

“I was angry at the situation and was determined to share the solution. Then Alas, they called me and said: ‘Madam, give us your account number, you have a bonus.’

"I honestly didn’t understand how that happened because it was not my focus. So I told them I didn’t do anything, I only bought what I needed and kept on telling people and doing a demo.

“I was giving sanitary pads and doing demo everywhere.

"So, I didn’t buy so much, there was no repeated purchase from me and they were telling me I had money. How come? I asked how much the money was and they said it was a bit over a million.

“I was shocked. I gave them my account number and the money came in. The rest again, they say is history. You are not just using the products; you’re also making money from it."

You should explore various options available if you really want to travel to Canada. My 2 cents though.

Getting Canadian visa should not be a problem if you have the right information regarding how to go about it.
FamilyHow I Effectively Resolved A Nagging Problem At Home by Knetpro(op): 8:21am On Mar 06, 2021
Did I ever tell you that I am married?

Yes I am.

Wiith children.

A boy and a girl, age 2 and 4.

I look forward to getting 3 more in the nearest future.

The downside though is that I am the sole breadwinner of the family.

My wife is not working.

So...

All the homefront expenses is on my meagre salary of less than N100k/mo.

At N400 to the dollar, that is less than. $250/mo.

I recently sat down and did some calculation of my monthly expenses.

1. Baby Diaper
2. Baby Powder
3. Baby Oil
4. Sanitary Pad
5. Toothpaste
6. Toiletries
7. Body Cream
8. Bathing Soap
9. Roll-On
10. Shampoo
11. Conditioner
12. Etc

I know that some of those products lasts up to 2, 3 months or even more.

But since it is my wife that does all the shopping for the home, I simply give her N15,000 for the daily consumables every month.

But that does not include money for foodstuffs and her own pocket money which is N40,000 and N5,000 respectively.

So, the budget for the monthly expenses looked somewhat like this:

1. Daily Consumables N15,000
2. Foodstuffs N40,000
3. Wife's Pocket Money N5,000
4. Fuel for Car & Gen. N20,000
5. Rent N12,000
6. Miscellaneous N 4, 000
TOTAL EXPENSES N96,000

That expenses profile left virtually nothing remaining for savings or investment.

And that has been the pattern since the last 5 years now.

Though my wife has been complaining lately of how costly things are in the market, I simply paid deaf ears to all her complaints.

Reason being that she knew what my monthly salary was.

And we had previously sat down together to draw down the expenses the same way that I have tabulated it for you above.

To be honest with you, I was highly uncomfortable with the state of my finances.

I knew things had to change otherwise we may not be able to cope with the economic situation and our standard of living may plummet.

The possibility of even having any more children seemed highly unlikely giving the present state of things.

Bills were increasing with each passing day.

Yet income remained stagnant in the same place it had been years ago.

So, I began praying frantically for an improvement in my income level.

Then a few months ago, God answered my prayers.

Did my wife secure a job?

No.

Did I receive a raise in the office?

No.

Did I secure a higher paying job?

No.

So, what happened?

Well...

You know our God work in mysterious ways.

Though my monthly income did not receive a boost, a friend of mine named Michael presented me with an unusual opportunity.

I refer to the opportunity as unusual because I had never seen anything like it.

It involved turning my monthly expenses of N15,000 on my daily consumables into an investment.

How?

That was the question I asked him too.

"Simple", Michael patiently explained.

"You just need to switch from the store where you normally purchased your daily consumables to the one I use and you will get rewarded for the smart move. That's all."

"You know me Kome that I used to have frequent fights with my wife over lack of money. But since I discovered this wonderful scheme about 3 years ago, my financial situation has taken a turn for the better."

I could only nod my head in complete agreement.

And that is because I could see the glaring change in the lifestyle of Michael, a fellow civil servant who used to be broke all the time.

So, I immediately took Michael's advice and switched to the store he had been purchasing his daily consumables from so that I too could benefit from their regular promo, discounts, generous bonuses and commissions.

Though I still spend virtually the same amount of money on my daily consumables every month, it no longer was an expenses.

It became an investment, an asset, with the capacity to generate additional income.

At first, my wife complained about the switch.

Why would she complain?

That is what I was curious about too.

Her explanation was that the daily consumables from Michael's own store was far costlier than the ones she had been buying from the other stores.

She complained: "Just imagine buying Sanitary Pad for N1,500 instead of the regular N400 I have been buying before now. The same thing go for other products too."

But I was having none of that.

I simply told her: "Let's try it for just one month. If the products are not as good as the ones we've been using, we will simply switch back to the other stores. Sounds good?"

She had no choice but to agree.

And that's how we have been using the daily consumables from Michael's store for the past six months now without any further complain from wifey.

Now, I look forward to being able to earn additional income from my daily consumables like Michael has been doing all these years.
BusinessHave You Ever Felt So Hungry That You Feel Like You Will Not Survive The Next 5 by Knetpro(op): 11:21am On Feb 27, 2021
Have you ever felt so hungry that you feel like you will not survive the next 5 minutes?

That is how I felt last Saturday when I left the venue of our association's emergency meeting.

The time was 6pm in the evening.

We had just closed from a very important meeting which lasted for 5 hours.

I left the meeting feeling completely exhausted, famished, short-tempered and irritated.

Why?

There was no provision for food or drinks at the meeting.

The meeting was an emergency one which was not supposed to last more than 30mins max.

However, due to the heated debate we had on some weighty issues which could tear the association apart, the meeting dragged on till it was too late to make any arrangement for refreshment.

As the meeting came to an end and I headed out of the venue, I was famished almost to the point of death.

I was in no condition to go home in that state.

I just didn't have the strength.

Much worse, I may even get home to meet nothing to eat at home.

And that would worsen my already ill-tempered state.

I knew I had to take some refreshment and fast too before going home.

So, I staggered along with the little strength left in me until I came across a provisions store.

I stepped into the store and barked at the shop attendant:

"Please give me a chilled bottle of coke, mortuary standard and quickly too before I faint".

The shop attendant hurried to the fridge and bought me the bottle of coke.

I practically dragged the bottle away from her hand and gulped it down.

As I sipped the coke like a prisoner who had just been released from a 10 years sentence, I felt my strength gradually returning to me.

I eventually got home that evening and, like I suspected, I couldn't find anything to eat in the house.

My wife who had also gone for another social function before leaving for the market was still in the kitchen preparing dinner.

And that was how I stayed for another 2 hours with just the coke and water before I ate dinner that evening.

Honestly, I will never forget that day as long as I live.

Has something similar ever happened to you?

How did you handle the situation?

Did you take a bottle of coke like I did to suppress the hunger?

If so, how did you feel as the mineral water coursed through your veins?

Relieved, right?

And you simply forgot the hunger until food was ready and you were able to eat.

Not so?

Frankly speaking, that single bottle of coke on an empty stomach is literally a life saver.

That is how you feel when you use Longrich products which are made from natural and organic components with virtually no side-effects whatsoever.

Each of Longrich products solve a pressing problem which people have…

Much like a chilled bottle of coke solves a nagging pang of hunger when you are so far away from home and you do not like the idea of eating outside your house.

Take, for instance, the Longrich toothpaste.

Dorcas Ngomu battled with bad breath for a very long time.

The foul breath was so bad that it did not go away no matter how many times she brushed her mouth in a day.

But all that ended when she began using the Longrich toothpaste.

The Longrich bamboo charcoal soap also solved her black heads problem on her nose and side of her face too.

According to Dorcas, "the Longrich toothpaste and bamboo charcoal soap are both a life saver" to her.

What is so remarkable about these products is that they are unique and over-deliver on their intended uses by the manufacturer.

That is why they are loved by all and are in high demand.

The same thing goes for the health series and nutritional supplements.

They are simply something else.

To buttress this, let me narrate the testimonies of some people who have been blessed by the powerful effects of the products.

Mrs Titilope Ejimagwa was married for 10 years without having children.

But all the insults and unbearable pain came to an end after taking the Longrich panty liner and sanitary pad for about 3 months.

Her father who also had kidney problem at the same time used the Longrich panty liner and was equally relieved of his embarrassing problem.

What about Tessy who suffered from fibroid for over 15 years which made her look like a 7 months pregnant woman?

All her fear of surgery and fibroid came to an end when she took Longrich Cordyceps, Sanitary Pad, Panty Liner and Alkaline Cup.

I could go on and on narrating one success story after another of one health issue or the other which our Longrich products have solved in 9 years of coming to Nigeria.

Like that chilled bottle of coke which serves as a life saver and effectively drives your nagging pang of hunger away, Longrich products are indeed a life saver.

But don't take my word for it.

When you are done reading this post, visit Google and type in the following search terms:

Longrich products testimonials

Then do your own research and look for JUST ONE single complaint about any of the Longrich products not leaving up to expectation.

And come back here to post it as a comment to this post.

If you are able to find any genuine and reasonable complaint about any of our Longrich products, I will apologize to you public and by phone for misleading you.

I will even dash you 5,000 naira on top for wasting your time.

That aside, let me inform you that the price of Longrich products will go up by at least 40% come tomorrow Sunday, 28th February, 2021.

What this means is that our toothpaste which used to be sold to members at N1,600 will be sold for at least N2,240.

And Cordyceps which used to be sold for N30,500 to members will be sold for at least N42,700.

So, if there is any of the Longrich products that you would love to buy, do so RIGHT NOW and SAVE UP at least 40% of the price increase.

FamilyHaving Trouble Conceiving Or Getting Pregnant? by Knetpro(op): 1:02pm On Aug 01, 2020
Having trouble conceiving or getting pregnant?

You may need to change your sanitary pad and use a panty liner.

Let me tell you a short story to drive the point home.

This is the story of Mrs Titilope Olubisi Ejimagwa.

She got married for 10 years without having a child until she discovered a solution to her problem which ended her many years of childlessness and misery.

Now she has 2 children, a boy and girl.

Let me allow Mrs Titilope Ejimagwa narrate the story herself:

"I went through hell not having a child. But because I am a happy type, people didn’t know that I didn’t have a child.

"My husband loves children. My husband was much more concerned about having children than I was. He will be crying at night, ‘God please answer us. You know I love children, God give me children’ he would cry and pray while I was deep asleep.”

But eventually God answered her husband’s prayers through an international company that wanted to establish a presence in Nigeria.

Mrs Ejimagwa continues: "They came looking for me and gave me the sanitary pad as a gift. I told them I wasn’t interested. They said “Just take it as a gift”. I said okay, let me go and try it. I used the liner and the pad, and I got pregnant. I was like what? Can this actually be real?”

“So, I disappeared and came back to Lagos when I was seven months gone. I did not want other women to experience my experience and since I found a solution, I was determined to share.

"I didn’t see money at the beginning. There was no up line to tell me that I was making money, so, I did not even ask for a bonus. I was angry at the situation and was determined to share the solution. Then Alas, they called me and said: “Madam, give us your account number, you have a bonus”,

"I honestly didn’t understand how that happened because it was not my focus. So I told them I didn’t do anything, I only bought what I needed and kept on telling people and doing a demo. I was giving sanitary pads and doing demo everywhere.”

Family[MUST READ] COVID-19: 9 Simple Ways To Protect Your Family From The Pandemic by Knetpro(op):
The coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) is a highly transmittable and pathogenic viral infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2019 which was discovered on 31st December 2019 in Huwei province in Wuhan, China.

Concerned about how to protect your family during this pandemic?

If so, here are 9 simple ways that you can protect your family and yourself during this pandemic.

1. Stay at home / Adopt Social Distancing

If you are the outgoing type and you find it difficult to stay alone, this is a good time to learn how to become an introvert. You can take an online course on that if you find it a huge task to adopt. As you do so, you need to remember that it is only the living that socialize. The dead do not.

2. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene

Wash your hands frequently with soap under running water and teach your children to do the same too. Also, avoid touching high contact surfaces like door handles, stair rails and tables. Always ensure you clean these high contact surfaces frequently with soap and water.

3. Ensure your mouth and throat is always moist and never dry

Drink warm water frequently at least every 15 minutes. The Longrich Alkaline Cup can help a great deal in this regard.

4. Avoid wearing a face mask unless you made it yourself

There are videos trending right now warning people about imported face mask found to be positive of the coronavirus disease. So, if you must wear a face mask, make sure it is the one you made yourself or provided a tailor with your own cloth to make for you.

5. Restrict movement of your hands

Avoid touching your face (nose, ears, or mouth) and high-contact surfaces like door handles, stair rails and tables during this pandemic. A simple strategy to use when you are outdoors is keep your hands in your pocket more often.

6. Heat your clothes after each use

Put your clothes in the sun immediately you return home from wherever you went. It has been reported that the coronavirus can live for up to 6 to 12 hours on fabric. So, putting your clothes in the sun for at least 2 hours before taking them into the house will kill the virus.

7. Avoid getting too close to someone coughing or sneezing

Maintain at least one and half meters distance between yourself and anyone that is sneezing and coughing.

8. Rest well and exercise regularly

Do not use the sit-at-home period as excuse to watch television and movies all day long. Ensure you sleep for at least 7 hours a day and get enough rest. Also ensure that you exercise to break out a sweat but don't over do it.

9. Boost your immune system

You will need to adopt a strict regiment of taking in food supplements to boost your immunity and enhance your body's natural defense against the coronavirus and all other diseases during this pandemic.

Some Longrich products that can help prevent infections and boost your immunity greatly are as follows:
