Even if they are not chokers people act like they were not leading 17pts and 15pts in the back to back losses of game 6 and 7 (without CP3) whereas they were losing by 12 and 5 or so with him in games 4 and 5 that they ended up winning.

People forget that the games 4&5 were won by a total of 5pts and we had the possessions to actually win. And that was prime Rockets. Their best ever.

Exactly, and we are forgetting that the Rockets barely made it thro the WC Finals. What's the guarantee that they will get to the finals this year. Make we dey watch..

A basketball fanatic I met one time told me to go back and watch the games especially the playoff games MJ lost and marvel at his greatness. I did and my goodness, so many games that never got the notoriety because he lost them.

We have argued this topic numerous times since the history of this thread and it has lost steam for me and maybe that is why I will not write so much about it. Anyone interested can scroll back and read through.

You can look up the schedule on nba.com. The all star game will be shown on KFS (Kwese free sports). If you are in Lagos, you should be able to get that station, you can search for it with your normal antenna, unless you have Kwese Tv. Kwese have gone awol but there is still free to air sports on the useless decorder (Kwese free sports and 2 others) and they show at least 5 games every week (they show select games randomly during the week and a game every weekend). So just search for Kwese with your normal antenna and in Lag, you will get KFS and watch some games live from there. I have the useless decorder tho and its just free to air now so I just watch most games there and stream the rest.

Well Nigerians parents may not understand sports . (Even my parents especially my mom used to persecute me for playing basketball. I haven't played in over 5 months now)Like in the case of Anthony Joshua.

Embiid, Siakem is that rare case everyone is talking about. But they were already in the US so the environment and system makes it easier for them to develop quickly and with dedication and determination, but it's very rare. Its good you have started early tho. I had this discussion with a friend's younger brother who is 25 and still hoping to make the NBA. Dude's good tho, but as we were watching the Sixers-Nets game, I just listed the whole players he's older than and why making the NBA is near impossible. But from this discussion, I will have to talk with him to consider the suggestions made by @Roland17 and @SmooshCHN but I still doubt he is talented enough tho

A lot of teams have made significant jumps recently. Teams like the Nets, Suns, and Magic have really improved. I remember telling the house to watch out for the Nets this season especially C.Levert before he went down injured.

Na Suns own dey surprising pass. Booker came back from that injury stronger and with extra ginger.
It's all PG13 & Kawhi for me this season. This has to be the most unpredictable season, anyteam in the Western C could still miss the playoffs.

Pop and Kawhi achieved a lot together when Kawhi was healthy and his heart was still with the team. The tide changed after both fell apart and there is absolutely nothing you can do when modern NBA superstars want out.

Your right sha.. But this commentator just said Embiid and Siakem started playing Basketball at 17.. If that is true, I really respect them, especially Embiid. But there's so many Embiid's and Siakem's playing for fun in Africa.

Just save your money and don't bet on any team in the present NBA. You even get luck say this season you still fit predict, last season was weird at this stage. At least you should pick some games that you are 90% sure for a win, not a game like OKC/Kings (Kings dey mad form and Fox's balling out of his mind), same with Pacers & Hornets and Memphis... I knew they would win yesterday

That's the problem with GSW..
