Me, i will never engage a housemaid,true. A house maid is a high risk.
If you must engage a maid, do a background check. Check with the Police, collect references and she must have a guarantor to sign a documented guarantee. Do not just pick a maid on the street. Many do not have even the photographs of their maids.Too bad!

needs, the viability of marketing strategies, and the farmer’s production capacity and knowledge.
U expect anyone to commit N5k monthly for 20 months just like that?

The steel feeders should be hung from the roof to prevent the chickens walking in it and soiling the feed.
The plastic water drinkers should be elevated above the floor to prevent the chickens dirtying the water
If you are targeting Christmas 2014 for sales,it is obvious from the picture that the broilers are not well fed if the picture was taken on November 22
