This is just my personal observation but for a while, I've observed this trend and can't really tell why. Even car owners or drivers, as soon as they stepped out of their vehicles, one of the first things they go for is their phones on their hands.

This is a global trend and not just among Nigerians along. Though, it's called handset as most persons will argue, the meaning of the word "handset" doesn't necessarily mean holding it all the time. Handset simply means a "Mobile Phone".

I don't understand why you quoted these verses, Matthew 5:20 and Mark 8:15 has nothing to do with Christmas or birthdays. Jesus was only talking about hypocrisy. He was warning us not to be hypocrites like you and your other cult members. You and your cults are always boasting like the pharisees.

You guys are always trying to force us to believe that you are saints and you are always behaviouring as if your belief is the most noble, to the extend that you don't see anything wrong in forcing your beliefs on others. We Christians are not like you, we don't force our beliefs on others. When we go for evangelism, we don't add or subtract from people's doctrine. We ask people to repent and come to Christ, it is after people have converted and became Christian that they start following the Christian doctrine.
How is my love for Christmas your business? Am I forcing you to celebrate Christmas or am I a member of your cult? Why are you trying to force me to follow your doctrine?
