=never to think because you saw the lord face to face, have different spiritual gifts,, saw visions, dedicated to the things of God - then to begin to feel that you have arrived, and that you no longer need teachers or advice, and then be puffed up in your heart. This can lead to total destruction in one's life (God forbid!)
=be diligent, in servicing the Spirit gifts God has bestowed on you or else you might lose them gradually if you lack understanding concerning them.
=without obedience to the holy spirit there can be no genuine progress in the part of your God ordained destiny .
=you can be greater than you think.
=If you will ALWAYS move FORWARD either spiritually or physically, then YOU MUST ALWAYS TAKE STEPS.
=be a BOOK HUNTER, and always hunt for books that can change your life for better, spiritually, and physical. (I love this)
=If you must live, and overcome temptation Then you must keep on reading the word of God (Bible), and listening to SERMONS FROM OTHER PREACHERS, MUST BE CLOSER to your heart the way your eyes is closer to your nose. (don't joke with listening to sermons from preachers who are TRULY out there for God.
=if you must be persistent in prayer, then you must HAVE A DEFINATE TIME, AND SET AN ALARM TO BEAT THAT TIME ALWAYS.
=at every Junction of your promotion (especially spiritual promotion) there will be trials and temptations so you must know how to deny your self some things you always crave for.
=intercession is very important, and powerful. It is a powerful operations that can usher you into things you least expect. And can lead to different dimensions. BUT YOU MUST BE PERSISTENT,VIBRANT, AND DELIGENT.
=God doesn't dwell alway IN FIRE, EARTHQUAKE, SMOKE OR LIGHTENING. He also dwell in silence, and stillness, When you life seems to be still, everything is quite, and there seems to be no shout that could point to the presence of God in your you, then you should know that he can choose to speak by a small still voice, and to speak even while he is silence. He sees your tears, knows your pain, he knows that nobody knows what you going through but only you. He knows because he dwells in you.
=Never come to a point where you think you are above any temptation, for the scriptures says "let him that think that he stand let him take heed LEST HE FALL I took this scripture for granted and the results are not good. And one of the reason was because I was prideful, and trusted in my own strength. But it is written. "Woe to the man who trust in the arm of flesh " We are the circumcision that worship God in the Spirit, HAVING NO CONFIDENCE IN THE FLESH. I failed in this area, and I paid heavenly for my foolishness.
=never take the the inspiration (inspired thought) of the holy spirit for granted, They are worth more than gold, they could be the blueprint, and map through which you are to live a whole year or decade. NEVER TAKE THOSE LITTLE LITTLE THOUGHTS THAT COMES INTO YOUR MIND FOR GRANTED IF YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE INSPIRED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT. write them down and WORK towards their fulfillment .
=be dedicated to the Burdens the Spirit put in your heart, because you might not know where there will lead you or from what evil they will save you.
=don't cut off every body from your life. Make effort to build relationships with men, and keep your friends (the good ones) for some of them are gifts and very important .
= try ALL YOUR POSSIBLE BEST TO GUIDE YOUR HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCE, because out of it flows the (every) issue of life. Be conscious of the kinds of thoughts that you allow to flow your heart, and dismiss every thought and imaginations that are not in conformity with the mind of God even if they seems to favour you or your position. And always renew, and feel your mind AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WITH THE WORD OF GOD DAILY. Hmm. When you meditate on the word of God its more than just reading. It's like building a wall around your destiny, for little foxes are seeking for entrance, and many people have allowed them, and now they are paying a price that might take a lifetime or the whole of eternity to pay. There are things I might not want to share concerning this, but a battle for our souls is currently going on, and many are about to fall , and many are already fallen. darts are currently being fired and if there is no shield to pull them down the soldiers would be wounded BADLY .
THIS last one IS one of THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OUT OF ALL THAT I HAVE SAID. THE MOST CRUCIAL, MOST SENSITIVE, AND MOST EXPENSIVE.

Watch out for emotions that could lead to self- pity, self - condemnation, depression, and feeling that you are inferior to others, you are wasting your time by choosing to walk with God, that no body would want to marry you(for those who are not yet married) if you keep chasing after God, that you are trying to be self- righteous (whereby you are only trying to manifest the righteousness of God that is within you)
Watch out for YOUR OWN - SELF (that you do not become the enemy of your progress Watch out for the little things that are NOT NECESSARILY IMPORTANT TO WATCH OUT FOR. watch out to see if you are still putting on your helmet of salvation, sword of the Spirit, breastplate of righteousness, belt of truth, shoe of peace,and shield of Faith-for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, and spiritual wickedness in the heavenly places.

Sometimes the manipulations the enemy might planned to bring our ways might differ, according to what they perceive to be our weaknesses. Your own weakness may be lying, Mine might be anger, Another person's might be keeping malice. This has been my approach. Today, out of many siblings, 3 are out, 1 is physically in mentally out in many ways. Sadly, I lost my mum. I never got to present my findings to her and though at the time I felt it was important, it did not matter anymore. Our relationship had improved greatly over the years.
She was this woman that would engage me in conversion about religion, we would discuss at learnt and I believe she had picked one or two things from the conversion as I did similarly. There was no bad blood anymore, no threat, just normal conversation that when we become exhausted, would simply rest. She was the opposite of my dad who had learnt to avoid as much as possibly any conversation that included the bible or religion. But it is all fine.
It does not matter anymore. I do not think there is any gain in presenting my printed works to him, it was meant for him and my mum. A lot has changed over the years and losing his wife of more than 3 decades, he finds comfort in his beliefs irrespective of how wrong they may be. Advanced in age and having spent a greater part of his adult life in this belief and religion, I would be creating a serious cognitive dissonance in him and I belief he had experience it at some point during the times we speak. It would be highly insensitive on my own part.
Because if it turns out his beliefs and religion is not true, then he would have some tough realities to face. First, he will have to admit the entire community of religion is wrong, this would tap into some hefty issues around trust, loyalty and credibility. Second, he will have to admit his behavior towards those of other religion was unjustified. This would have a big impact on his self-image, especially considering his belief that it was the best decision joining this religion as a youth when his contemporaries did not. And thirdly, he likely faces going through the same persecution, shunning, contempt from believing members as he had done to others, which taps into his idea of safety and security.

One needs no motive to ask for the holy spirit baptism. The holy ghost baptism is a divine protocol that was set in order by God for the regeneration of the Fallen my. It's like asking an hungry man what is motive is for eating. He simply ate because he was hungry.

1. Get a an exercise book and name it "BOOK OF PRAYER REQUEST ." Write "I WANT THE LORD TO BAPTIZE ME WITH THE holy spirit AND FIRE (not just holy spirit alone but HOLY SPIRIT AND FIRE) as your first prayer request. The reason for this is to register it in consciousness, and keep a track record of your progress in prayer.
2. Create a time when there would be no one to distract you while praying.
3 . Take your bible and meditate on this scriptures for at least 1hour Luke 3:16 [16]John answered them all by saying, I baptize you with water; but He Who is mightier than I is coming, the strap of Whose sandals I am not fit to unfasten. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
And also. Acts 2:1-4 [1]When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. [2]And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. [3]Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4. After meditating Then start praying immediately, and make sure you exercise faith (not just have faith but EXERCISE THE FAITH YOU HAVE) and pray very brutal asking the lord in prayers to baptize you with the holy spirit, AND FIRE (make sure you say "HOLY SPIRIT AND FIRE)
confess this words while you pray : Say ," HAS MANY HAS BELIEVED IN HIM HE GAVE THE POWER TO BECOME THE CHILDREN OF GOD " and keep confessing till it happens.
Sing this song - COME HOLY SPIRIT COME LIKE THE DAY OF PENTECOST, COME DWELL IN MY HEART, AND MAKE MY HEART YOUR DWELLING PLACE, JUST LIKE IN THE DAYS OF THE APOSTLES COME HOLY SPIRIT COME AND GIVE ME YOUR POWER"
make sure you sing that hymn continuously after praying.
Now after all doing these SIT DOWN SILENTLY WHERE YOU PRAY(after praying) TO RECEIVE THE BAPTISM, if you didn't receive it while praying.
If nothing happens the first day continue praying the days after, and don't be discouraged but keep asking in faith.
And when the holy spirit comes on you the first thing you will know is that
You will begin to gradually turn around As if a force is turning you. It would be as if your building is shaking.
Then YOUR BODY WILL BE ON FIRE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTROL YOUR SELF FOR SOMETIMES,
the next thing again is YOU WILL START SPEAKING IN TONGUE (automatically) WITHOUT YOUR WILL, then after sometimes it would stop, The next thing you will feel is PEACE THAT SURPARSES ALL UNDERSTANDING.

Son of man is a term applying to Human beings whose life reside in the blood. Ezekiel was called that name too, he was human with blood, when Jesus was on Earth he bear that name as human with blood.

One needs to MORYIFY THE FLESH by denying oneself things that gives the flesh pleasure.
One needs to STAY AWAY FROM SOCIAL MEDIA for sometime. Do away with any device that can give one easy access to immoral content that are on the Internet - like Android phone, laptop, computer ETC.
MOST OF ALL ONE NEEDS TO BE CONCIOUS OF THE VOICE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, AND ONE NEEDS TO WALK IN OBEDIENCE TO THE COMMMANDS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
ONE NEEDS TO STAY IN ALIGMENT WITH THE MIND AND WILL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
One must continue practicing these things even if one find his or herself still practicing the immoral act Because sometimes the results won't manifest immediately. So one needs to be patience, and always persevere till one get the desired results. I hope this will help.

The church I attend teaches that b4 you can be baptized in the Holy Spirit, you'll have sanctification experience ( the removal of the nature of sin)

There is no need to be contentious over this, if Jesus is the same person as Jehovah then we need an explanation on the quoted verse but if there is no one who can explain other than their usual "you can't understand because you don't have holy ghost" then let holy ghost teach everybody.
