Good afternoon romancelanders .
My name is segun am 39 years old in relationship with a 34 year old lady living far from me in another state in South West here
She is a single mother of 2 and she is a widow ,she lost her husband 4 years ago and am a single father of two as well so I met her on Facebook and she told me all about her and we both accepted to date each other since I met this lady she has been so caring and romantic and all that but what is giving me concern is that there is this her particular neighbour leaving In her flat in the Same compound.
The neignor is a married man with 2 kids and living with his wife but he live upstairs while she stay downstairs so whenever I visited this lady and the neighbour Is around she will shut me up and tell me to be talking silently and moreso if i want to make calls at times and am talking she will run to where I am and cover my mouth with her hand that she don't want her neighbour to hear me that she does not want them to know that she harbour a man in the house .
I felt so worried and concerned so one day I sat her down and ask her if there is something BTW her and the man she said no that even the man is a pastor that she just don't want then to see her with any man now and I ask her why she said if I Bleep up later that to bring another man again to the house will be a shame for her and that is the only reason but I find it hard to believe and it kept me wondering.
Because sometimes ladies might be funny and what amazed me most is that the people beside her shop around that area already knows me with her as her fiancee but just this only one neighbour she is hiding me from and this last weekend I went there ,we both hold our hands and strolling out on the street when she sighted her neighbour car coming towards us she immediately drop my hand left me and run to hide beside a tree .I was like what's the meaning of all these that are they the one feeding you..she said no that she just don't want them to see her with any man for now and she have vowed to me that there is no relationship BTW her .am tired and am suspecting something funny but I need advice should I stop this relationship for now till I found out or I should continue am so tired and disgusted about this attitude please give me good advise and no insult plsss

I have a few questions for you though.

1. Why not forget about this naija certificate?

2. Why not learn a skill like blogging or affiliate marketing that pays.

3. Why let this woman believe that unical is the reason you aren't successful in life?

You mean there is now an acceptable excuse for failure?

4. U are making matters worse by blaming the system.

5. Ur attitude let's me know that u will be a dad or mother that shifts blame and tell his kids why he didn't make it in life.

6. Why not turn the situation around.
Last time I checked, nobody gives a damn if unical passed you . Nobody cares.

I don't have any job for you. Even if I do, this attitude of blaming something as a reason why you have not progress is a BIG turn off.

My suggestion
1. Get out of your mother's presence and think fast. Calabar is a good place.
Think of what to do even if u don't have certificate.
2. Learn online skill. For free on YouTube. I can't suggest any because I sense u like to give excuses.

Pity that woman and wipe her tears.
Meanwhile, ur certificate issue can be resolved by prayers to God.

boss you are genius, you spoke just like my brother.. I had issue in school since 2020 and I have well to do brother who reside in UK, instead for him to help me with the certificate, he asked me to going and learn work, now I'm learning barbering...
He said he want me to have more experience in life, which I'm learning now cus you know know what it takes when a supposed graduated learning barbering.

Good day Nairalanders, so this morning I woke up very early to see a friend in order to conclude a deal with him. I was at his place before 6am and we spent over 2hours before concluding our deal. As I was driving back home I noticed I was hungry and the only thing that was on my mind to eat was jollof rice and chicken 🐔 🍗.

I called my wife and asked her how long will it take to prepare the jollof rice and chicken, she said at least three hours that she need to go get chicken that none is left in the refrigerator. I told her I can't wait that I have to branch an eatery, but she still got to prepare it, because it's my favourite food she said ok. She said I should just take bread and tea when I return why she make preparation for the meal that's what she and the kids took this morning. I said no, she knows I don't like taking bread and tea, I can't even remember the last time I took such. She said no wahala.

I branch one of the eateries and ordered for jollof rice and chicken the girl served it and I noticed it was small so I asked her to add to it she said that will be two portion I said no problem. I collected coke and water and asked how much she said 5k 5hundred. I was surprised, it's been a little bit long I ate at any eatery because 95% of food I eat (especially when in town) is from home, my wife is very good at cooking so it does not really make me fancy eating outside. A portion of rice #1500 (×2) chicken #2000, water and coke #500. Naija which way how the average man on the street go take survive nah?

Sorry for the long write up on top jollof rice and chicken matter . How is the eateries in ur location is it this expensive?
