Actually Nigeria Identity Management Commission NIMC has described the correct order for personal data collection and storage for ease of retrieval and sorting. It is SURNAME, FIRST_NAME OTHER_NAME. That is the acceptable fornat for documenting everybody in all institutions from government to academics to Medicals and every platform. But in personal introduction and informal to less formal settings usually when surname may not be mentioned it is usually FIRSTNAME SURNAME. In order to differenciate these two formats to not confuse a data entry officer, a comma comes after the SURNAME if using the first instance format. |
Although we might easily presume that this new directive is the perfect solution to magically end the road traffic accidents. It is so far from it and rather unfair. Folks in construction would be terribly hampered by this development, why because heavy duty trucks are relied upon for delivery of equipment and material resources and critically even when on time-bound deliveries. Traders and people in supply chain will cut losses as they won't be readily competitive in deliveries and so many instances. An ideal solution especially to menace of falling containers would be to proactively enforce safety buckling and latching of said containers properly to the flat bed carrier trucks especially from the wharf, this would go a long way to imbibe this culture in drivers for other transitioning. Again, the road safety and Vehicle inspection service should simply be doing their statutory roles rather than targeting naive unsuspecting drivers for extortion. The recent container mishap should have been sighted and apprehended for inadequate safety checklists by these officers had they been doing their job before such unfortunate incidence. The 6 - 9 directive will only easy traffic situations for office and school commuters and that I guess is not the real solution to these spate of accidents. |
Educative piece. Better on the preventive rather than remedial. |
Dude is a creative artist. He Can easily represent ideas in real life. He's got that knack for problem solving as well. He'll go on to be a civil engineer or mechanical engineer. Let's wait twenty years... he'll be on some ground-shaking project, of course leading the design engineers. Bravo young man. |
ignis:Thanks madam... I longed for that reply All them Chinko devices, look deeply camera resolutions are overrated, screen displays and casings are really low grade, batteries degrade sooner than reasonable. |
Those engineers back then will be thoroughly embarrassed and amazed even, were they to dispatch 64GB microSD, only half a century later. |
Danyl:Oh ok... thanks |
O.k Danyl how is your experience on their servers, also customer relations and support? Perhaps I'll acquire a domain through them imminently. I've experimented with a few free webhosts, you might wanna check http://www.000webhost.com It's very good and hasn't failed me. Though initial setup may take a couple days |
I did a who is search on them, they seem to be a group of Indians running the show, they however also have UK business address I didn't yet do a trace on their IP but my guess is their Servers may be in the UK. http://whois.domaintools.com/domainking.ng domainking.ng I'll presume is part of the larger domainking.biz They have the cheapest domain name registration as I can yet find especially com.ng |
Nigerians are an ubiquitous lot. You get to find them anywhere, everywhere. In fact a particularly highly industrious tribe with excelling trade attributes are whom you find more all over the globe, perhaps only less the Antarctic. It is quite jokingly said if you dont find these lots in your vicinity, that area is not liveable...Lol |
Google drive usually cuts it for my docs I used to keep projects-in-progress in email Inbox. I have a desktop HDD from older "sandbox" which holds music and movies. Pics hardly backed up, not yet designed a backup plan for that though esp. those hi-res on phone. |
Let's call that "CALCULUS" ENGINEERING ANALYSIS. It's the all encompassing toolbox for problem solving. Modules include Convolution theory, Second order non-linear differentials, Advanced Matrices (Choleski's & Gaussian) etc. FLUID MECHANICS Pressure equations from Pascal's law is applied in advanced Hydraulics Engineering to facilitate Pipeline Water Supply Schemes, Open channel drains, canals, Reservoirs, Water Enbankment etc. STRENGTH OF MATERIALS modules introduces Forces, Stress, Moments of Inertia, Torsion, Shear, Deflection in materials and structures. ENGINEERING MECHANICS..Magnitudes of forces, Support reactions, Resultants, Vectors, Tension/Compression. . More Later... |
Now that would be "Deeper Life-Sanctioned" Ajuwaya code....lol |

That's the follow up to Mama Patience's talk... I will rather KILL myself than commit SUICIDE. |
Lagusta:Upon adequate compression they self-ignite at the "flash point". |
@Poster Have you done the arithmetic of possible credit points attainable in an additional semester, cumulatively divided by your total number of units since inception? Factor in the unfortunate incidents of late assignments, ill health in exam, lateness to same, inexplicable undesirable grade outcome? You're prob'ly in some state / fed. uni, some nasty staff with terrible attitude could as well hang your NYSC mobilisation later on, inadvertently maybe, but you can't tell. Just graduate and launch out to life. Heck what's 2-1 when you already got brains and smartness? Some employers will not bother to ask your grades you know? They might just ask some intelligent questions and you impress them and you're hired. Don't delay. I would graduate in your situation. I did anyway. |
And I watched this video yet over and over, Except it was a doctored version, I find it was caught by some CCTV cam That structure collapsed, agreed, In a controlled manner Even if construction handling was poor, Buildings don't just crumble under five seconds, NO! There surely is steel rebar reinforcements that bear enourmous tension within concrete structural members viz slabs, beams and columns. Also, foundation inadequacies don't fall buildings in a sudden failure pattern as viewed, NO! Somebody google "Leaning Tower of Pisa" ...leaning since some 800+ years. The seven-storey structure been leaning since inception. Leave that aircraft part, It didnt drop any explosive, Even if it did, it couldnt have achieved such a finetuned implosion by dropping. That structure collapse screams Implosion All I'm saying is a structure only yields with very conspicuous attributes - deep cracks, buckling columns, sagging beams, hogging slabs, sinking partitions, leaning walls. Not a 10-second hollywood grade action. . . . ....Next story abeg |
Whu do I have this feeling SPACEGOAT is perhaps re-YUZEDO... ![]() |
Most Nigerian graduate are really unrealistic in their quest to secure jobs. When I finished school, I was doing test with oil firms but I later realized that the queue was just too long so I decided to do something about it. I went for experience believing that if I get it, I would not have to stand in queues to get an oil job. I started with small firms that paid me as low as N13,000 a month. In such firms, I was everything. After 6 months, I would resign and move to another firm. As I moved, my experience increased and my money also increased. Today I am grateful to God that I work as a consultant now, fully qualified and still moving higher. N13,000 is not up to my tithe now and age is still on my side all thanks to God.I will soon move to that oil firm which I desired for years ago as an experienced hand. Also, most Nigerian graduates do not understand the terrain. You as a Nigerian graduate is competing with a foreign graduate (LAUTECH graduate against an Oxford graduate) who has a better edge than you, so you must work harder and know something he does not know. So stop blaming corruption, think global and work with that mentality.
Bros. I liked your post, except you mentioned LAUTECH and fell my hand big time. I'm an alumnus. ![]() Now therefore, go ye and ask for forgiveness from Dear God..lol!! |
Dawatech: if you restore your computer to factoryOh really...I thank you now therefore. Hence I better get the ailing bluetooth working, plus remove the frustrating Win. Activation Technologies nagware. |
^^^ @Dawatech Pls kindly enlighten, I have a 500GB HDD Dell laptop which I previously partitioned win. ("C" to 15GB and a large " "400-plus GB for my main storage..I did an unofficial win 7 ultimate upgrade and b. tooth has refused to work.. I wish to restore to factory default but fear it might mess my partition scheme and perhaps expunge all my digital life. I have no spare disk to copy the 400plus Gig. Movies and stuff and don't wanna lose it either. Your advice is needed pls. |
What does BB10 have to offer to make use of the increased processing power, ram and storage? Just music and videos
Thank you!! Lady...Gbam!#CertifiedAndroid |
jobgetter: @Kobenol thanks.Pls simply put, whats the sms activation code for the 2+1 plan.Hope the speed is not very poor? Now sincerely I hate this part where you're asking the obvious again. Read my first reply VERY WELL, you'll find there are several "2+1" subscriptions viz: BB unlimited, BB complete, BB Social etc and each subscription code is listed accordingly, even there are weekly and daily variants as well say 3wks and 3 days) e.g you want 90 days BB social 3GB 2400Naira, send "bsm3" to 440 ...or 90 days BB unlimited 6GB 3000Naira, send "bbum3" to 440. The net speed will vary according to your area. It's not too bad in my Area (Ibadan) though MTN beats them I dislike MTN itself except when I get to browse free on their network. . p.s 2+1 means you pay for 2 periods and get a third free.. |
jobgetter See the below, never mind the formatting I selected the text on mobile platform. ~~BB 2+1 offers~~The "sms" activation usually works unhindered, you use Airtel's default gprs settings i.e apn as "internet.ng.airtel.com" However, I heard some sims (though I never encountered) would still not gel upon subscription, a work around to this is to subscribe for 10mb for 100bucks on top the BIS, then exhaust so the data a/c resolves itself. Hope all the above jargon helps.... Still on still I don't quite feel Airtel's internet speed, MTN tops far more...#JustSaying |
I never resson blackberry...their OS is the whack of the century.. If you want a really powerful devise, iOS is it... However Android rocks and rules my world by reason of its flexibility. If you're wondering which data plan...Airtel BIS plans cuts it clean especially the 2+1 variants. e.g 6Gb 90days for 3k...best deal in town. |

to 15GB and a large "
"400-plus GB for my main storage..
