The Adeboye’s family need to get this man off the podium. Old age is already setting-in.
Why do you folks say this nonsense all of the time? Will his stepping down from the podium change the fact that RCCG celebrates him and his brand lies(lies he has been feeding the RCCG crowd for well other 40 years) or something? undecided

That is absolute nonsense!🙄🙄🙄

Opening a store with your own money for someone who probably had no business skills, to begin with, with no proven guarantee of success is same as taking on a dependent. You can't make that fact disappear because you tried to polish her image up with a store. undecided

Why is the lady's character dubious? All that the OP's story reveals is that the lady does not have great money skills and nothing else. Where do you get the dubious character from? undecided

🔥 Why Revival Fades in This Generation – A Wake-Up Call for Christians
Have you noticed how today’s generation is no longer hungry for God like before? Churches are full, yet hearts are empty. Worship is loud, yet lives remain unchanged. Revival starts… but doesn’t last.
This powerful new video explores the hard truths many don’t want to admit:
➡ Why spiritual fire dies so quickly among young people
➡ How social media and distractions are suffocating genuine hunger for God
➡ The real reason why the Holy Spirit seems silent in this generation
➡ And what we MUST do now — before it’s too late
If you’ve been praying for revival, or wondering why it fades so fast, this video will shake you, convict you, and awaken something deeper.
the same people who sold you all on the idea of revival now telling you lot that it fades...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

➜he loved the girl and he never cheated, nor ever flirted with any other. at least we all know all our secrets. "i intend to set up a business for her, and i budget about 10m for it "these were his words. he opted for a hair(wig)niche for her somewhere around unilag Akoka.
i was miffed and skeptical at the same time. To my mind ,i felt peter never know all this naija lagos babes, they go show you colour wey no dey for crayon soon. but again, he's about to get married to her in months to come aso, it's no effort in futility i persuaded myself to take a chill pill. He handed over 5m to her at first to scout for the shop and initiate the importation of a few hairs from Vietnam as she claimed. 2 months later, peter who traveled down to the south East in preparation for the traditional marriages that was to come up in august 2024 .arrived lagos..
"Amara, how far with the 5m , how far have you gone with the search" behold. her response was heart stopping and could break sweat from the skin a person living in iceland. our dear future sister in law allegedly bought an iphone 15 pro max from the money and could barely account for the rest. I convinced peter to let go off her. she will end up being a liability , which was his greatest fear .
I am afraid you gave your friend very terrible advice there. Your friend was very much aware that the woman he had dated and planned to marry would turn out to be one he would have needed to bankroll for pretty much all of the marriage financially. He wanted a woman of that kind—one who would like as his dependant, aka liability— and that is what you now robbed him of. undecided

Technically, all you did was just ruin his relationship with Amara, who may have actually loved him. His next woman is likely to be another liability though. So, I don't see why you are out her patting yourself on the back, though. undecided

Possession of pistons IS NOT illegal in Nigeria given that individuals are able to obtain a license to carry arms in that same country. Having a toy gun is also not illegal. Also, the law is against the use of guns(or toys) in robbing or terrorising. Again, is the man in the car terrorizing or robbing anyone? lipsrsealed

What the other poster (pansophist) said makes alot of sense and the reality of this living abroad stuffs. The analogy also fits the Situation right, a Amukoko dweller that is given accommodation by a relative at Ikoyi.
✓ If you are a rightfull thinking person with some degree of shame and concience you should not feel too comfortable living with them eventhough your host never complained. But the guest that has no shame will even be more proud than his Ikoyi host for living in Ikoyi.
These are all suppositions based on personal delusions and not facts. undecided

You only need to visit the local cemeteries here to realize that some of them contain the graves of Nigerians who lived and died here, the graves being cared for by their family members. The care homes here also have long-term Nigerian residents. That should cause any sensible individual out there to realize Nigeria is not the only home for Nigerians. undecided

2. People should feel ashamed of living in countries where they have been allowed to make their new home. Are you certain you are alright in the head at all? 😩😩😩

The reality of life abroad for you is not and will never be the same for others. It is just that simple. I have met Nigerians who have been here for generations and never been back. Visit the local cemeteraries and you will find names of Nigerians who died here, their graves still cared for by family members. Again, Nigerians are not robots that you should conclude they are like you and live as you do. undecided

➜Lol
There is actualy little to no truth to what the other poster claims as there are many Nigerians who have lived abroad for generations and could never feel at home if they were to move back to anyplace in Nigeria. I met quite a couple of them when I myself arrived — people who, for one reason or another, chose to abandon Nigeria, and have no desire or yearning to head back there. Every year, millions of people relocate from their original homelands, and many of them for good — they make a new home in their new country where they then proceed to live out the rest of their lives without ever returning to where they came from. I fail to understand why, when it comes to Nigerian immigrants, some other Nigerians would rather insist that a Nigerian cannot have a home other than Nigeria— a falsehood. It simply does not make sense to me that anyone could continue to reason that way even after the much we have learned of how the world works. undecided

grin And some can still be ungrateful with yoyr Providence. Partnership means mutual responsibility. If you want equal voice, bring equal effort. If you want to be heard, be ready to help. We can't keep pretending that "partnership" is just a fancy word for "benefit without burden." The relationship dynamics in many Nigerian homes are in desperate need of honest conversations like this — because until we redefine what partnership really means, one party will keep carrying the load while the other sits on the throne of entitlement. No be by gender, abeg — na who dey show up, dey supposed get say.
A woman should be grateful that she is having to submit to the man in marriage in return for the man footing all of the bills? Are you people OK at all? undecided

What gets me all of the time is the fact that many of you still can't see what has been right in front of you all of this time. If you want your woman to contribute to paying the bill, simply give up to right to be head of household. Give it up, and you can have your woman instead as a partner or thereabouts in the union. It is that simple! 🙄🙄

The only reason it seems theoretical to you is that you refuse to open your mind to its existence. For instance, people with high emotional intelligence — aware that emotions are more or less brain signals, not orders or instructions— understand that the mind has to be in charge of all of the decision making if they are to rationally navigate their internal and external environments. Many of these people I have personally observed chose to adopt for reasons best known to them, and they navigate their treatment of each child based on age, development, personality type, etc., rather than emotionally induced parameters. Children raised in this sort of setting are likely to develop better mentally, socially, and emotionally. undecided
