1. A child does not explicitly have to hear his dad say the words, "I am your father," before the child comes to believe that the man who has been raising him from his birth is his father. This need you have for explicit declaration of status by way of the statement “I am God, worship me” may be a rule for Islam, but it is not a rule anywhere else.

To answer your question, yes, Jesus Christ of Israel, by virtue of comparing Himself to YHWH, declaring that He is the Word, the Truth, and the Eternal Life of YHWH, essentially declared Himself to be worshipped by His followers, who in turn would receive Eternal Life from Jesus Christ of Israel— the salvation/redemption Israelites needed from the curse of sin and death which they had incured by their disobedience of the Law. And the only way they could obtain that was through their trust and obedience to Jesus Christ of Israel, the Law of YHWH in the nation that is the Kingdom of God.

The prophecy that was given by YHWH to come through the line of Jesse declared that an Eternal King would come to reign forever over the throne of Israel. And through that King, all of Israel would be saved.

2. According to the Injeel, YHWH is God, the Father of Jesus Christ of Israel. YHWH is greater than Jesus Christ of Israel, and Jesus Christ of Israel does the Will of His Father, YHWH. So, the Father sent the Son into the human dimension to have the human experience and die the human death. And after He experienced the human death that was created by His Father, YHWH, in Genesis 3 vs 14 - 24, Jesus Christ of Israel raised Himself from the dead after 3 days in the grave(paradise is the grave). 🥱🥱

43. But why do they come to you for judgment when they ˹already˺ have the Torah containing Allah’s judgment, then they turn away after all? They are not ˹true˺ believers.
44. Indeed, We revealed the Torah, containing guidance and light, by which the prophets, who submitted themselves to Allah, made judgments for Jews. So too did the rabbis and scholars judge according to Allah’s Book, with which they were entrusted and of which they were made keepers. So do not fear the people; fear Me! Nor trade my revelations for a fleeting gain. And those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are ˹truly˺ the disbelievers.
45. We ordained for them in the Torah, “A life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth—and for wounds equal retaliation.” But whoever waives it charitably, it will be atonement for them. And those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are ˹truly˺ the wrongdoers.
46. Then in the footsteps of the prophets, We sent Jesus, son of Mary, confirming the Torah revealed before him. And We gave him the Gospel containing guidance and light and confirming what was revealed in the Torah—a guide and a lesson to the God-fearing.
47. So let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed in it. And those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are ˹truly˺ the rebellious.
48. We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but His Will is to test you with what He has given ˹each of˺ you. So compete with one another in doing good. To Allah you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences. - Quran 5 vs 43 - 48

Was Mohammed's Allah fooling us all when he supposedly made the above claims regarding the Torah and the Injeel? 🥱🥱

3. I am not here to argue for any religion. But I do find it interesting that even though in Quran 5 vs 43- 48 above, Mohammed claims Allah gave both the Torah and the Injeel to the Jews and then to the Christians. Are you insinuating that you, in fact, disagree with Allah, given the Christians— this is from the Quran and not from me — the Injeel in fulfilment of the Torah? 🥱🥱

4. That is interesting. Paul never actually said his letters constitute Scripture. So, I can't actually fault him for any of what the religion of Christianity turned his letters into. However, the fact that Allah sanctions the Christians in his Quran and went as far as to quote from one of Paul's letters, though, leaves me questioning whether Mohammed's Allah knew that the letters of Paul(and the letters of all of the other disciples), which the Christians follow, were not, in fact, part of the Injeel at the time Mohammed encountered the Christians. 🥱🥱

Can we please get back to the main issue here, which is the original claim you made regarding Abraham and the hanif, or of him being a hanif from whom the supposed monotheists that predate Islam in the region are descended? I am tired of the numerous segways at this point. Nothing in the artifact or the inscription says anything regarding a hanif or Abraham.

4. I don't see any reason to do that since there exists more than enough evidence to suggest that there were Jewish settlements in the Himyaritic kingdom long before the idea of Islam hit Mohammed's mind.
