The state independent electoral commission must be proscribed so that the independent national electoral commission assumes the conduct of election into electoral positions at the local level too. If this is done, then we can say the local governments are autonomous and third-tier governments in Nigeria.

They are probably using the org. as a covert op for receiving funds in the name of LGBTQ+. There's no way they have been operating there as an LGBTQ group.
