I know some churches and Pastors who now gives fasting as a punishment to their members when they go wrong. I also heard how a Pastor died while attempting to fast for 40 days like Jesus did. With the way he died, do you think Jesus will congratulate him on the day of rapture for attempting to equal his record? Must we fast just because Jesus fasted?

The only reason you Christians fast— starve yourselves of food — pretending you do so in the name of a God who made clear almost 2700 years ago that He does not need your starvation-diets is that you have all sold your abilities to reason to the religion men and women whom you have installed over yourselves as gods, authors, and finishers of your faiths. 4. I see what you are trying to do here, but I think you are very wrong. You are attempting to separate God's very own Spirit of Truth from the person of God. The problem with achieving such an idea is that you no longer have the same God. if God is separated from His Spirit of Truth that would mean there is no longer a Truth element to the person of God and He ceases to be the same God.

I think Paul is more right here in his assertion than you. Jesus Christ said NO ONE— implying no human or being apart from God, the Father — knows. The Spirit of Truth is part and parcel of who the Father is. (You remove Him from the Father and what you have is an image/idol of the Father, of lesser quality than the Almighty.) so cannot be considered in this case to be an entity detached or separate from the Father Him. In the very same way, even the Spirit of Eternal Life cannot be detached or separated from the person of the Father, the Spirit of Truth also cannot.
