How many cases or policy reversals has serap won?
Always court cases or statements but I have never heard them having won a single case or the goverment forced to reverse a bad policy.
So where is the advocacy?
It seems you don't really understand why such causes are funded nonetheless. undecided

$6.3 Million in Journalism and Media Grants to Advance Accountability and Anti-Corruption Efforts in Nigeria
MacArthur announced today more than $6.3 million in journalism and media funding to advance anti-corruption efforts in Nigeria. The grants are part of the Foundation's On Nigeria grantmaking, which seeks to reduce corruption by supporting Nigerian-led efforts that strengthen accountability, transparency, and civic participation.

The nine grants announced today are a continuation of the Foundation's efforts to strengthen investigative and data-driven journalism in Nigeria and to reinforce the role played by independent media and citizens in revealing and documenting corruption. The grants will support a range of projects, including trainings for journalists on investigative field work and data-driven reporting, assistance for independent media organizations working to develop sustainable business models, and new broadcast platforms to increase the reach and effectiveness of investigative reports.

↪Just because he got back home late and rushed to the kitchen as usual to eat and I said, why don't you buy anything along? Not even pure water and you're rushing to the kitchen to eat? Do you know if we have anything to eat?
Out of anger he came to me and held me by my neck. Almost strangle me.
I felt so terrible when my first child came and wrapped his head around my head telling me ''sorry Mummy''
After that incedent, I sat down, and imagine how selfish and wicked mother I was, chosing this man over myself and my two children. If I suffer and die here, who will be there for my kids? So, I choose my kids.
Thank your stars instead that you did not become another mumu Osinachi! She is food for worms all because she refused to allow her brain to speak sense to her mind. As for waving a different flag during protests, it is not a crime. They should go after the supposed sponsors, not the poor people if they feel there are ulterior motives behind the waving of the flags. undecided

Recall that Democracy is Government for the people by the people. Well, if the people had not relinquished their power at some point, why are they demanding it be handed back to them naw? While the people were busy sniffing religious and tribal fumes— literally submitted themselves over to suffering and shege by it—, they lost track of their power and place in their democracy. PoliticsRe: Federal Government’s Power Subsidy Soars By 151% To ₦‎633.30 Billion by Kobojunkieee:
SmartPolician:
According to NERC, the increase was attributed largely to government’s policy to harmonise the exchange rates while also issuing a policy directive that end-user customer tariffs remain at the rates that came into effect in December 2022.
“Due to the absence of cost-reflective tariffs across all distribution companies, the government incurred a subsidy obligation of N633.30 billion (90.57 per cent of total Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Plc invoice) in Q1 2024 (average of N211.10 billion per month). Across 2024/Q1, this represents an increase of N380.56 billion (150.56 per cent) compared to the N252.76 billion (average of N84.25 billion per month) incurred in Q4 2023,” the regulator stated.

EFCC grills Hajj commission chair over N90bn subsidy]
Probe N90 billion, scrap NAHCON, let states organise Hajj, Gov Bago tells FG
“There is need for the National Assembly to probe these funds (N90 billion Federal Government subsidy to NAHCON for 2024 Hajj Operations).”
“NAHCON is not helping matters. Our Federal Government is too big to be worried about Hajj operations, these are supposed to be Local Government issues and not even State issues. State Government should be able to organize pilgrimage and get Agents from the private sector who will do these things the best way as other Countries are doing it.”
“People paid N8 million for these operations directly before even the subsidy and they got only $400, this is ridiculous. What is $400? Somebody paid N8 million to NAHCON and you come and give them stipend of $400 to run themselves for one month?
“There is no reason why Hajj operations should last beyond two weeks. You bring pilgrims for 40 days; you leave them here, some 45 days, it’s ridiculous, because of racketeering in airlifting, in handling of cargo and other things.”

why is a religious organization employed to distribute food? We all know that they will discriminate against those who are not part of their religion. There should always be a separation of religion and State. Let the govt distribute their palliatives via non-religious organizations and the CAN can use their own money to give out whatever they want.
Now, some mumu will think that it's the CAN that's feeding them not knowing that the food is from the State or Fed.
That is the commonsensical thing that should have happened here but somehow your government still handed the palliative rice to CAN, a religious and private organization. The fault is with the government for doing that in the first place. undecided

How did CAN get its hands on palliative meant instead for the people of Nigeria? CAN does not represent the people of Nigeria. undecided
