I woke up this morning to an alarming topic on front page about EFCC sealing GTBank's building in Wuse 2 and I have to say both the original post and ensuing comments depicted an alarming level of ignorance.

So every beautiful orange big building you see now is a GTB building GTBank has only three branches in Wuse 2, one by Kiss FM, one at omega plaza and the one by Ap plaza, check the bank's website for a list of all its branches and see for yourself if this building will be listed as one. It's truly unfair to be misinforming the public this way, all in the name of sensationalism. This is the sort of misinformation that sends people to jail in saner climes.

Brother, I won't totally agree with that person. You must above all else, ensure you get your degree first whilst you probably learn other things on the side. Life is a gamble but you can't gamble on making it in life by dropping outta school, it's totally insane!

I was born and bred in Lagos Nigeria. i am over 30 but swimming in poverty. i attended a university in Ogun state but i dropped out due to the loss of my mother who happened to be my sponsor back then. My father died before i was 4years old so i had no one to fall back on. I am the only child and life has been so cruel to me. I have no job at hand. My fathers family has taken possession of his property at Agege Lagos because they insist my mother had me for another man due to stories i'm hearing for the first time since my parent's demise. The story of my life is so wide, bitter and depressing. The moral of my epistle is that i need a casual job to survive. I am contemplating suicide at the moment and i almost drank sniper insecticide today. This is my last attempt at survival before i do the needful on my existence. Nairalanders please help me find any legal job be it unskilled labour. I have tried and tried but to no avail. Pardon me for been incoherent. I am a depressed soul waiting to see if my life can have a second chance.

This one day old Baby was found abandoned by her mother at birth at Feruke Bello Street, Tanke Area Ilorin.

A resident of the area, Elder Alegbe found the baby in the early hours of Monday, November 2, 2015 whilst taking an early morning walk. He heard the sound of the baby crying and went into the bush to further investigate.

Its sad that people can be so callous as to abandon such an adorable creature, even after you carried it in your womb for 9 whole months. The baby has since been handed over to social welfare.
