Health / Re: I'm Experiencing Sleep Paralysis - Please Advice! by Koffiman: 9:03pm On Aug 13, 2013
Ok Op u don't have to be afraid of night time demons or sleep abductors as they are not the causes of sleep paralysis. Certain medications, drug abuse, sleeplessness, mental health problems such as stress and bipolar disorder esp b4 bedtime, sleeping flat on the back, leg cramps and narcolepsy contribute greatly to sleep paralysis. So check if u have one or two of these.
U can overcome this by avoiding stress, especially b4 bed time and being in good mental state. Try different sleeping positions and avoid sleeping flat on ur back. Certain anti- depressants cud also be helpful to induce sleep but on prescription by a doctor. Make sure u have up to six to seven hour sleep a night. Avoid drug abuse.

In addition certain food especially when taken at night help to induce sleep and cure sleep disorders. Diary foods esp warm milk contain sleep- inducing Tryptophan that helps u sleep very well. Other foods that contain tryptophan are honey, egg, nuts, seeds and bananas. Also, carbohydrate foods plus the above foods taken at night help to facilitate tryptophan action.
I hope this helps a lot.

Folks like you will not fail to seize every opportunity to politicize and tribalize the death of their people. Shame on you for playing politics with the death of your kinsmen.

Sadly I can't blame you too much as Ojukwu did the same thing, supervising the death of Millions of innocent children because of his greedy ambition.

cool cool cool

But that is the stark truth. Rochas has been non-chalant to this recurrent issue. On several ocassions he drafted heavily armed security forces to their different camps on getting information of reprisal attack by communities. Yet, he refused to solve problem. He invites hausa/fulani community in every political and social event and treats them like kings, but he doesn't invite yoruba community. All these are tied to his political ambition at the detriment of the people he is meant to protect. Rochas is the problem and solution to this menace.

A site that's already been compromised along ethnic and political lines. It's now a question of the highest bidder between GEJ's PDP and Tinubu's APC.

-Yorubas(Osun) again were reunited, you ibos termed the action as one to justify the earlier ibos deportation.

Tribalism and timidity at its peak.
grin grin

I wish I cud see u in persn to appreciate ur stupidity and immaturity. Osun state governor being a studge of Tinubu and defender of Fash decided to use you to propagate deceit and lies thru Tribune newspaper- Awo's newspaper funded by Osun state govt. Other credible and unbiased newspapers never reported this news except tribune. I'm sure Punch will follow suit..., u know what I mean. Truth is that no amount of face-mending lies or deceit by LASG and her collaborators will salvage this unconstitutional and inhuman act unless it accepts being at fault and apologise to the people involved and Nigerians. The signs of nemesis have already started manifesting- with Fash already loosing his father. More to come.

Obiagu1: Facts:
1. Communication was made between both Lagos and Anambra State governments.
2. Number of persons involved were 14.
3. No date was set for the repatriation or arrangement concluded.
4. Over 70 persons were dumped at bridgehead, Onitsha, their alleged family homes.
5. They were dumped in the middle of the night with no one there to receive them.
6. A crime was committed by Lagos State government against the citizens of Nigeria.

If you support the deportation of persons in the middle of the night many of whom are not from Anambra State, leaving them to their own fate, then I put a curse on you. Let the government of whichever country you are living in arrest, maltreat, torture and send you back to Nigeria for no reason. Amen.

thank you. In addition, can Fashola xplain how an innocent and sane woman on her way frm okokomaiko was bundled and taken away to an unknown place for months all in the name of rehabilitation and re-integration. Can he also xplain why one of the deportees complained bitterly how they were starved, maltreated and kept incommunicado in the so called rehabilitation center. Is this man's inhumanity to man. The bible tells us to love one another as ourselves. Is this a case of loving one tribe and hating the other. Let Fashola and his warriors on NL answer me.

Has Fashola ever deported those yoruba people who troop into Lagos frm Ekiti, Ondo, Osun and Oyo to hawk on the streets, harrass and extort Igbo traders and do all sorts of shady deals on the road. Why all the attention on Igbo people? This madness and obsession has degenerated to a level that yoruba people now see every prosperous Ijaw or Akwaibom man in Lagos as Igbo man and there4, must be pulled down. I hope the Op has answers to my concern.

free2ryhme: Easterners and ritual killings .. Stop desecrating your land with innocent blood .. Their blood cry continuously for vengeance. little wonder your land will never see progress and development

Ur land had long been cursed since Ogboni ritual started in the SW. A land where they kill human beings and sell their parts. A land full of fatal road accidents almost daily. A land where women kill their husbands and vice versa for no just reason. A land where fathers rape their children. A land where school teachers rape school children. All these happen in yorubaland. Go read the news. Is ur land not cursed? Answer me fool.

It is also in land that one Banji murdered a cigarette retailer just cos of #10. He cud not afford to pay for #10 ciga owing to the stark poverty that pervades ur land. Is that not a curse. The minority rich and the oligarch in ur land keep getting richer while the majority poor get poorer and frustrated hence, the incessant thuggery and hooliganism in ur land.

bloggernaija: This guy is far more articulate , refined ,cultured ,opinionated ,principled and knowledgeable than the fella under the rock and his shepopotamus wife.
Anybody wondering why people in the SW are rooting for him should take the above as some of the reason.
His response to the question about dealing with militancy is what you expect from truly educated strong and civilised leader .
You do not reward criminality with gifts.
Saro wiwa ,wole Soyinka gani fawehimi - freedom fighter
Dokubo ,tompolo - criminals

You also see him dance around entrapping question from which would have made him accuse the federal government led by GEJ.

Now
The question is
Why did OBJ ,after having worked with the likes of ribabu , Raphael ndukwe, ekwesili ,amaechi and with nigeria having a lot of professionals excelling overseas ,chose umaru and this "PHD " lecturer (a typical, lazy ,nigerian civil service salary earner with no record of achievement, drive and who lacks the modern outlook required to govern in this iPad age.
Not much different was his choice of associating with the likes of Akala, adedibu ,agagu,Uba etc.
Believe me. If amaechi is pitted against Jonathan. Amaechi will win 10 times out of 10.
If Jonathan likes it or not ,he will become irrelevant like obasanjo once his time is over.
Amaechi will dominate that part of the country just like tinubu .
The fools were busy abusing Soyinka without realising that the man has friends and status in very high places and the ability to use his contact to focus the international press on Nigeria and rivers state.
Even the stupid Abacha lived to regret
The British government has already picked up on the 1 billion dollars Malabo oil racket between GEJ ,Madueke and ikimi

N.B
I Have just shown excerpts of this interview and Jonathan's CNN interview to some Oyinbo friends.
I told them to guess ,"which of the two is a PHD holder"?
Your guess is as good as theirs
The four of them chose amaechi.

.

U can't stop being ridiculous and vague in ur opinion. Do u really know the persn of Amaechi and his antecedents? Have u been to Rivers to see with ur eyes what he uses over #20bn monthly allocation for? Have u taken a look at his authocratic and subjective style of leadership? U need to leave that ur SW and go to Rivers state and then do an investigative study into the issues I raised above, in order be in a better position to talk abt Amaechi. U SWers rely so much on lies peddled about by yoruba-owned media prints and TV for ur analysis and views on the present leadership. So bad.

bookface:

You are not in that League of those who are fit to make a "harsh critique" of Wole Soyinka!

Kongi is a lone voice - a rare badger! He stood and fought the crazy military rulers - both with his might and his pen. Those long days when your fathers and grandfathers hid underneath their beds - Kongi was out there, doing what he knew to do best - fight for posterity!

And you, son of a worm think you've got what it takes to make a "harsh critique" of him? Ko ba idi e!

Where are your fathers? Where are your grandfathers? Who are they? No one knows them, if alive, they are just one of the several millions of Nigerians who came, saw and did nothing - Kongi is still here - bless his soul - doing what he knows best, fighting!

Fighting an utterly shameful and spineless corrupt government, led by a President and a Sheppopotamus wife who are so drunk with power, they now make an ass out of themselves! They will be gone soon like those before them, and posterity will remember them only very little - Kongi, however remains a badger, someone who came, saw and fought with all his might!

He is 79 and full of wisdom. If he wanted, he could choose to pick up mouth watering appointment from the likes of Harvard and Wharton who will fall over themselves to have him. But he's a badger, his love for his homeland is unquestionable. He's shed his blood, tears and sweat for his country, posterity will reward him well for than.

You are not in the league of those who can make a "harsh critique" of Kongi. Not you, not your President nor the buffalo he married. You should do something worthwhile with your life. Don't follow the paths of your fathers or grandfathers whom we know not. Follow the path of the "mad professor" and posterity will write books about you!

And you think Harvard will offer such a public nuisance an appointment. For ur info, his type of African literature is not studied in Most foreign countries. School children in foreign countries do not read his literatures both at home and in school. He is only relevant and popular in Nigerian and there4, shoud try and preserve that honor ang glory rather than being an embarrasment to his admirers.

Real intellectual people are busy out there contributing brilliant ideas and delivering seminars on how to better the world. What we have here is Wole freguenting Rivers State to forment trouble and bad blood among the leaders in return for money. How does he expect us respect him when he has chosen to become a public nuisance.

1. Pastor Enoch Adeboye - For his Humility and Vision

2. Gideon Orkar (late) - For his daring effort to change the system

3. Philip Emeagwali - For his feat in terms of inventing Super Computers

4. Tom Iseghohi - For his excellence in Corporate Leadership

5. Aliko Dangote - For his excellence in business drive.

Who are you own 5 Most respected Nigerians ??

What makes Oyedepo humble. A man who has three jets and a rolls royce when some of his followers are in abject poverty and cannot afford the fees to his school. Is that the concept of humility as examplified by Jesus Christ his supposed role model.

Stop displaying ur ignorance and mental vulnerability to false preaching. You do go to Adeboye, Oyedepo, TB Joshua and the rest to pray for you. So, what is wrong in asking Mary the mother God to pray for one. In the bible, at the foot of the cross, Jesus told his mother, mother behold your son ( John), son behold your mother. In the same bible, at the wedding in Canan, Mary interceded for the celebrants to her son Jesus for a miracle of turning water to wine when they ran out of wine. The history of salvation cannot be complete without Mary, get to ur deluded mind.
