What are the genders of the different dogs, age.... What was the order in which they joined the pack. Was there an established pack leader as older or more dominant temperament dogs joined the pack. How did they join the pack. How where new pack members introduced and what changed for old pack members. What rules are enforced as pack began to enlarge how where this rules enforced if any. Questions that need to be answered to find a way through.

I'll be glad for you to elaborate.

However I believe that the strategic assets that confers the most competitive advantage is that which is not easily imitable by competitors in the industry hence variance sector wise. The knowledge based view has placed capabilities at the top of strategic assets ladder. Interchanged with technology they are top dog strategic assets in my view.

Technology is a strategic asset and so confers competitive advantage. It is not necessarily the most important. Different markets /industry will weigh in on the different strategic assets to enhance their competitive advantage.

I can't remember how I came about it. It's prepared locally. Soya beans, millet, groundnuts, fish (dried or smoked), some egg shells for calcium. The soya beans is roasted and the chaff removed of course. Ground nut too. All is blended or ground to almost fine.It is prepared just like semovita. There's a market woman who gets all that done for me. I just call her when I'm about to run low and she will have about 10 -15kg ready for me in 3 days.
Of course I have some chicken parts, goat or sheep entrals or canned meaty chunks to throw in when I feel like. With that she good to go.
Then there's always some dry dog food around to change things at least once or twice a week and when one doesn't feel like doing the prep.

Where did you get the feeding dogs raw leads to violence. Even uncontrollable violence. I'd like to learn.

1. Visit your PFA, pension fund administrator with your certificate and request for your statement of account.
2. If you notice non remittance by the firm, write to PENCOM office in your state attaching your statement, employment and disengagement letters. They will take it up and if that firm failed to remit they will be made to and even face a penalty. They don't joke.

She was actually yawning. She was roused from a nap as I snapped away.
She does have her favorite meals Ive noticed. Though she will take others you would notice the level of enthusiasm.

Jade is now five months old. Feisty, loves to go on walks, playful. A bit stubborn but will obey commands when I insist. Loves meaty chunks. Will do the blended mix of millet, groundnut, soya beans and fish. It must come with a dash of meaty chunks or chicken parts or she will eat and let you know something is missing.
