M7even:First of all I don't see anything that makes VO comprehensively better than Boniface. In this regard I ABSOLUTELY see no reason why Boniface can not start a game before VO. That doesn't mean he is better just brings something different. I don't think the number 9 spot is the exclusive preserve of one player alone which for you is VO. In the last AFCON I probably would have started at least one game with Moffi because he Moffi brings something different. There were times when VO direct play was too predictable and sometimes you need something different. |
benji93:First of all over the years style and presentation become clearly identifiable, of everybody here. Sometimes you don't need to actually check ✅ the writer before you know who it is. Do you really think I will use the diction "Lookman no get talent" Believe what you like |
TheGoodJoe:If you know Finidi you will know Ogbuefi Drive GRA and who I might have visited there . |
Nomyth:Quite a few said actually lower. Brendan Rogers is not going to talk down his achievements as Celtic manager, he is going to hype it and exaggerate matters. Below comments from two managers and a player.
|
Joebie:Help keh They were so grateful that they tried to end his contract well before the season had ended and illegally as well in April. He went to AFCON even before he left he was already out of favour. He was suspended and banned from club training. He played 19 games all season not sure how many starts. And you say he helped them get promoted 😳😳 |
charlesemeka85:That level is too high for him. Maybe he should get to English League two other better still let him find relevance in the retirement league of Turkey |
typicalgamer:Dribbling and skills is not the singular attribute of PEAK performance. So what exactly do you mean he peaked and performed better than Lookman and VO.❓ |
Philosopher1979:The problem with your proposition like many here is you look at players in isolation. So he improved but what did his direct rival do in comparison Pulisic, go backwards.❓ Pulisic played 35 games in Seria A this season and scored 12 goals 🥅 Chukwueze scored 1 goal from 24 games. Can you see 🙈 how your analysis of progress and improvement is 🥺🥺🥺🤔🤔 |
Joebie:No he did not 🚫 Huesca on arrival from Porto B sent him out on loan with great haste. They valued him so much he was the second to the lowest paid player in the club. He was so good they tried to seel him for €300k Euro 💶 but nobody wanted him. In desperation they tried to terminate his contract illegally and you think he was pivotal to Huesca progression. Huesca never got promoted to La Liga so how could he have helped them to get promoted 😳😳 |
codemaniacs:Actually Lookman did not get into football ⚽ via the academy route. He was playing Sunday league football ( grassroots) and Charlton Athletic FC needed a local low level team to use for practice. They then played a game with this local team and one player stood out . His name was Ademola, he then got signed to the academy at age 17. Shockingly beyond all expectations he was in the first team barely 10 months later. When God opens your road nuttin can block it. Further shocks he had barely been at Charlton for 4 years bought for nothing and sold to Everton for £11 million, great profit for Charlton. |
I wonder who will start looking at Ademola now. That was an astounding performance on the pinnacle of the world 🌍 football ⚽ stage. His value must have gone up Certified BALLER |
benji93:It's not HATE to appraise a players attributes and his handicaps. The work rate of VO is absolutely off the scale phenomenal. He creates his own luck by working harder than anybody else, I don't know for sure but VO probably does more sprint's per match than anybody else in Seria A. However, outstanding technicality is not his forte. He has something else that no player has, blind all consuming determination, rage, drive and relentless pressing and desire to score nobody like him. I think both of them bring something different and complementary to the SE. Don't think 💬 it's a question of who is better.
|
Napoleon55:It's not a dig about VO performances but the emotive if not near FANATICAL favouritism that he gets compared to other players. That's a plain fact. |
ChrisKels:You know your small brain 🧠 funds it difficult to comprehend. Football ⚽ is TIME related and progressive, last season outstanding performer can end up being this seasons biggest flop. Player's don't remain static they either progress or retrogress, that's the nature of football. |
The naked unbridled unrestricted favouritism on this thread is off the scale ⚖️. If this was VO who scored a hat trick in the final of the UEFA cup against the Champions 🏆of the Bundesliga. This thread would be on FIRE 🔥🔥🔥 |
Ademola Lookman is a confirmed and certified BALLER 🎆🎇🎊🎉🎋 Wow 😮 oh WOW 😳 WHAT A PERFORMANCE A hat trick in the final of the UEFA cup absolutely amazing 🤩 |
Napoleon55:When I started talking about Lookman and the SE in 2019 you were not even here . So stop talking nonsense. |
charlesemeka85:I've been talking about him for quite some time . No hype no exaggeration no turning black 🖤 to white 🤍 Dude 😎 is quality personified. |
Danielnino00:And you have made it your life ambition to form a choir singing over hype praises and crass exaggerations about a mediocre Nwakali who hasn't done anything of substance the last 8 years. |
Oasis007:Al Hassan has nothing to offer beyond huffing and puffin but never ever blowing the house 🏠 down. Simply poor quality not 🚫 good enough for the SE. |
TheLoneCitizen:Is this nonsensical notion self birthed because l don't know where you got that from.🤔🤔 Boniface is also a strong runner. His top speed of 32.93 km/h (20.46 m/h) only puts him 161st in the Bundesliga this season, but he is very quick over five yards and, as a result, is particularly agile. Aided by his physicality, his initial pace has regularly helped Leverkusen create goalscoring opportunities. The 23-year-old is also a talented dribbler and is not afraid to show it. His 53 attempted dribbles are second only to Leroy Sané in the German top flight. bundesliga-com. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6a6yw0MzLU8?si=cTT4_uYpDqYAOw3Z It seems 🙈🙈🙈 you don't have eyes 👀 to see . |
Amedino99:You need to go 🔙 back to school 🏫 or ask for a refund, because simple meaning of hypocrisy and double standard, you don't know. You took two players and made a comparison and concluded there was hypocrisy and double standard. Implying that the comparison variables were exactly the same. They are absolutely not 🚫 One has the club manager specifically requesting for Adebayo and another the manager not even the club has specifically mentioned the name VO. I could add I know personally the Stellar football agency representative in the NW. But then you would not 🚫 believe and say I am posturing and telling LIES. With respect your sense of deduction makes you seem like an illiterate. |
Amedino99:One question ❓Has Luis Enrique mentioned VO by name and specifically said he wants to buy VO❓❓ Newspaper exclusive talk according to you , and what does this exclusive talk say please 🥺 Please show by comparison a exclusive newspaper 📰 talk where Luis Enrique says he wants to buy VO. What does exclusive mean to you , the report is specific and personal not general. Your own information substantiates the position, Sean Dyche specifically wants Elijah Adebayo. There is a BIG difference between general newspaper 📰 speculation and when you have personal reference to the Manager Sean Dyche and a reference to what he has said specifically. MAYBE 🤔 it's too much for you to comprehend. Then again your mind is befuddled and blinded with hate , dislike and prejudice. |
ChrisKels:Bigoted hypocrite steeped in delusional blindness now over bloated with your constant eating 😔 of bitter leaf 🌿 soup with stale fish and infested bush meat 🍖. You have a log 🪵 of wood in your eyes 👀 and you are trying to take out the sand ⏳ in some one else's eye 👁️ You are making a comparison of Adebayo transfer to Everton and VO to PSG. Sean Dyche Manager of Everton has come out in the public domain to say he wants Elijah Adebayo that is official and widely reported. Please show where Luis Enrique has specifically made a public demand that PSG buy VO ❓❓❓ |
mostob:Who has and or is predicting doom for VO not seen 🙈 one post to suggest that yet. Unless you have made that claim against VO. |
kennysville:Maybe 🤔 you need to go back 🔙 to school as you lack expression and comprehension. |
Amedino99:First of all there is huge difference. Sean Dyche has made a public and official request for Everton to buy him, it's t been widely reported. It's not completely conclusive because Everton may have to battle with other clubs who may also want Adebayo. That not withstanding, as it stands and depending if Luton are willing to sell , it's now at negotiation and valuation stage. Everton will test the resolve of Luton with 💶💶💶💶. So it's not just mere newspaper 📰 talk and media speculation. You can add a bit of common sense, Everton don't have the money 🤑 to buy £100 million striker. And so Elijah would be right in their price and affordability bracket. In addition he exactly the kind of physically imposing striker that Sean Dyche want's at Everton. Finally, if you're notice I quoted from Goodison news which is not sponsored by the club but heavily linked. So nonsensical comparison and claims of hypocrisy are just that a load of codswallop and balderdash. |
kennysville:First of all nobody is over exaggerating in delusional blindness about any player that is Nigerian origin in England. You are a bigoted hypocrite steeped in crass double standard. Tell me one🥺 Nigerian origin player in the UK that has done nothing beyond youth football ⚽in the past 8 years, that ANYBODY talks about here ❓ He gets into according to you team of the week "severally" whatever that means. That narrative has been never ending even when he was in the poor level Segunda Division. He is so good according to you not one better club had put in a substantive bid for him in 8 years. Arsenal had to beg clubs to take him for free as a favour. Now tell me one, not two Nigerian origin player in England with such an abysmal mediocrity record of football that ANYBOY has mentioned here. The players I have mentioned in the past and I am talking 4 years ago, I have not mentioned because they are not good enough 😕. However, shockingly they are all doing much better than him. Nwakali will not get into English League one, he is that poor. It's an absolute disgraceful disservice to this forum 😞 and to all Nigerian players across Europe 🌍 who are striving for recognition when all we do is Nwakali hype and over hype. We are supposed to be looking at emerging outstanding talented players across Europe in top leagues who can bring values to the SE. Not over hyped historical 😲 never do wells like Nwakali. Some of you typify the Nigerian mentality of recycling dead geriatric criminal corrupt politicians and calling them saints. That's what you are doing with Nwakali. Imagine the arrant nonsensical proposition that he the only midfielder with the skill to pass long ball, utter madness. |
Truidstarr:Nothing in football ⚽ is permanent it's either upwards progression or downwards retrogression. Adebayo looks to be on his way to Everton, if he could score 10 EPL goals 🥅 from 27 matches in very limited team. What will he do in a much better team ❓ ONLY time will tell and we don't what kind of season VO will have next season wherever it may be 🤔 Boniface is likely to remain at Leverkusen and improve. I think the number one slot in the SE is not one players permanent House 🏡. |
Napoleon55:Maybe when he reach football ⚽ menopause 🤪🤪 If after 8 years of MEDIOCRITY you are still talking about bouncing back 🔙. 😧😧😧 In a poor team 😞 with poor players 😔 he was anonymous and inconsequential. He has been finding his level in obscure poor quality relegation teams for 8 years. W |
Napoleon55:Eeeee get the way craze man deh talk who follow am talk deh craze 😧 too. Only the super delusional 🤪 will continue with this non compos mentis narrative about a failed player over 8 years and counting. Now that Chavez has dropped into relegation obscurity maybe 🤔 he will find solace in India or Bangladesh league. |
One of the key indicators of how good a player is , the amount of transfer interest that player generates. Elijah Adebayo is on the must get list of Everton it seems, coming from Goodison.
