I guess you don't know where he is going with that point yet. he was gradually aiming a dig at Osimhen. He has been insisting Boniface can start ahead of Osimhen.
First of all I don't see anything that makes VO comprehensively better than Boniface.

In this regard I ABSOLUTELY see no reason why Boniface can not start a game before VO. That doesn't mean he is better just brings something different.

I don't think the number 9 spot is the exclusive preserve of one player alone which for you is VO.

In the last AFCON I probably would have started at least one game with Moffi because he Moffi brings something different. There were times when VO direct play was too predictable and sometimes you need something different.

He said Lookman no get talent? That's interesting and perhaps recent. As far back as 2022 he considered him a good player. If that's true your 'fair weather' assessment may be correct.
First of all over the years style and presentation become clearly identifiable, of everybody here.

Sometimes you don't need to actually check ✅ the writer before you know who it is.

Do you really think I will use the diction "Lookman no get talent"

This is unnecessary. It is football we are discussing and not much at stake. Please I am a Sharks FC fan, a Port Harcourt guy, I lived near one of Finidi George's houses. One of his first house. His Sharks FC coach, Coach Monday Sinclair lived in the same building block with me. We watched match with Papa a lot. Finidi George is a possession football coach. I have no reason on earth to want him to fail.

Sure thing, he’s helped Huesca to the top flight before he can do it again.
Help keh

They were so grateful that they tried to end his contract well before the season had ended and illegally as well in April.

He went to AFCON even before he left he was already out of favour. He was suspended and banned from club training. He played 19 games all season not sure how many starts.

And you say he helped them get promoted 😳😳

I pray it works out. Any of the top or mid table championship clubs won’t be bad to be honest. Miles better than languishing in lower clubs in the Portuguese top tier
That level is too high for him.

Maybe he should get to English League two other better still let him find relevance in the retirement league of Turkey

Chukwueze has been stellar and was (was) a better performer than lookman and osimehn

You seem to forget in their set chukwueze peaked first and showed his potential but injury and inconsistent showing turned off suitors big time
Dribbling and skills is not the singular attribute of PEAK performance.

So what exactly do you mean he peaked and performed better than Lookman and VO.❓

I'm not a chukwueze fan but in the last 10 matches of the season he has improved.
He even had a match in which two goals were disallowed. He had an assist against inter milan but s5ats won't show it.
He floated a cross into the box 18 which lead to a headed pass the other person converted. His crossing did all the damage.
He is actually playing well l. Chukwueze on his day can look like some orld class freak.
For example in a 3 1 win over lecce, he created a 5 chances and had an assist. That was in April at the end of the season

More to come next season
The problem with your proposition like many here is you look at players in isolation.

So he improved but what did his direct rival do in comparison Pulisic, go backwards.❓

Pulisic played 35 games in Seria A this season and scored 12 goals 🥅

Chukwueze scored 1 goal from 24 games.

Can you see 🙈 how your analysis of progress and improvement is 🥺🥺🥺🤔🤔

No he did not 🚫

Huesca on arrival from Porto B sent him out on loan with great haste.

They valued him so much he was the second to the lowest paid player in the club. He was so good they tried to seel him for €300k Euro 💶 but nobody wanted him.

In desperation they tried to terminate his contract illegally and you think he was pivotal to Huesca progression.

Huesca never got promoted to La Liga so how could he have helped them to get promoted 😳😳

Lookman is not shy...

Some people are reserved or introverts..

Lookman is probably an introvert who likes playing football and lives in a country with hundreds of football academies with a path to been a professional footballer and ended up been a professional footballer..

There were people in your childhood who could have been good footballers but lack of football academies with a path to becoming a professional footballer prevented them from taking football seriously..
Actually Lookman did not get into football ⚽ via the academy route. He was playing Sunday league football ( grassroots) and Charlton Athletic FC needed a local low level team to use for practice.

They then played a game with this local team and one player stood out . His name was Ademola, he then got signed to the academy at age 17.

Shockingly beyond all expectations he was in the first team barely 10 months later. When God opens your road nuttin can block it. Further shocks he had barely been at Charlton for 4 years bought for nothing and sold to Everton for £11 million, great profit for Charlton.

If i understand him well enough I believe he argues that VO is lacking in technical ability, which interestingly I agree with. Still, certainly, most players cannot have it all. What he lacks in that, he makes up for in speed and strength. And I am not sure Osimhen can do much to improve in that aspect. And for most players, if you would be high on technical ability, you should already be quite reasonably high at 25. It may seem inconsequential now, he's in the prime of his strength and speed, but when age forces his strength and speed down, his production may fall significant
It's not HATE to appraise a players attributes and his handicaps.

The work rate of VO is absolutely off the scale phenomenal. He creates his own luck by working harder than anybody else, I don't know for sure but VO probably does more sprint's per match than anybody else in Seria A.

However, outstanding technicality is not his forte.

He has something else that no player has, blind all consuming determination, rage, drive and relentless pressing and desire to score nobody like him.

I think both of them bring something different and complementary to the SE. Don't think 💬 it's a question of who is better.

Osayi is another name that shouldn't start. Also, if Ndidi will be available, its better we play Onyedika or Al Hassan in the Midfield. We don't need a double-pivot rather a b2b player to support Ndidi as 6 and Iwobi as 8 or 10.
Al Hassan has nothing to offer beyond huffing and puffin but never ever blowing the house 🏠 down.

Is this nonsensical notion self birthed because l don't know where you got that from.🤔🤔

Boniface is also a strong runner. His top speed of 32.93 km/h (20.46 m/h) only puts him 161st in the Bundesliga this season, but he is very quick over five yards and, as a result, is particularly agile. Aided by his physicality, his initial pace has regularly helped Leverkusen create goalscoring opportunities.

The 23-year-old is also a talented dribbler and is not afraid to show it. His 53 attempted dribbles are second only to Leroy Sané in the German top flight.

One question ❓Has Luis Enrique mentioned VO by name and specifically said he wants to buy VO❓❓

Newspaper exclusive talk according to you , and what does this exclusive talk say please 🥺

Please show by comparison a exclusive newspaper 📰 talk where Luis Enrique says he wants to buy VO.

What does exclusive mean to you , the report is specific and personal not general. Your own information substantiates the position, Sean Dyche specifically wants Elijah Adebayo.

don't you think adebayo in everton talk is too premature? Counting eggs before they hatch.
First of all there is huge difference.

Sean Dyche has made a public and official request for Everton to buy him, it's t been widely reported.

It's not completely conclusive because Everton may have to battle with other clubs who may also want Adebayo.

That not withstanding, as it stands and depending if Luton are willing to sell , it's now at negotiation and valuation stage. Everton will test the resolve of Luton with 💶💶💶💶.

So it's not just mere newspaper 📰 talk and media speculation.

You can add a bit of common sense, Everton don't have the money 🤑 to buy £100 million striker. And so Elijah would be right in their price and affordability bracket. In addition he exactly the kind of physically imposing striker that Sean Dyche want's at Everton.

Finally, if you're notice I quoted from Goodison news which is not sponsored by the club but heavily linked.

So nonsensical comparison and claims of hypocrisy are just that a load of codswallop and balderdash.

Now tell me one, not two Nigerian origin player in England with such an abysmal mediocrity record of football that ANYBOY has mentioned here.

One of the key indicators of how good a player is , the amount of transfer interest that player generates.

Elijah Adebayo is on the must get list of Everton it seems, coming from Goodison.
