I am an Oruma fan. I was watching Marseille games because of Oruma. I was watching Oruma teaching Nasri how to play ball on the pitch. This one, you can not Google and claim. I followed them because of Oruma. I was watching with Beye in the team before he left.
Oruma's quality never truly appreciated in the SE, top player.

One of his best games for me was against Ghana in the AFCON he was outstanding.

The never ending rivalry on and off the pitch between him and Okocha did not help his career in the SE, in my opinion.

Once again, u denying ur own words like u always do. Did I praise him as a RB for Hull or as a CB for Derby? U forgot u opposed it saying Iorfa was more assured? Lol this guy, u will never change. Something that happened in January this year and u are here talking about a season?
Your blinded prejudice has completely dulled your ability to comprehend.

I have you the underpinning history of my comments with regards to Fikayo Tomori. I could have gone way further back to Brighton and Hove.

Let me repeat hopefully you will be able to understand.

Fikayo Tomori at Hull played as a RB he was not impressive and at that time not good enough for the SE. Comparatively Aina was pure class as a RB for Hill, already being hailed as the best RB in the Championship very early on in the 2017 /18 season.

Fikayo Tomori then goes to Derby County and it's his game but in his preferred position as CB. He had been consistently outstanding over the entire season. Not surprisingly he was voted best player at Derby County 2018/19.

Well before those accolades l made it clear this dude has improved and that was early in the season.

In 2017/18 Dominic Iorfa was clearly ahead of Fikayo Tomori however not anymore.

So what's contentious about my comments past and presenthuh ❓ Or your negative bias has blinded your ability to comprehend simple facts and figures.

Yes you are right but Aina I saw yesterday is better than Collins at LB but at it now with no Ebuehi,a fit Collins should start with Aina as RB.

Hope to see Ebuehi and Aina doing it as RB and LB soon in eagles colour.
I wish Ebuehi all the best but getting back to form after an ACL rebuild injury, is not easy.

He needs a season to get back to full form or at least half a season.

So Ebuehi is out of the picture temporarily.

This guy is an arm chair analyst, I have been watching u. How come u didn't say this when he was dropped, in fact u supported Rohr's decision to drop him, back then. I was the only one who rose up against the injustice though I got a lil backing from Saint forgiveness.

I remember when I said Tomori was the best defender in the championship, u said never, buh suddenly, u turned around to shrine same Tomori asking why he hasn't been approached by the NFF.

Gawd!! U are neither here nor there, u are too erratic man
Where do l start with you.

In the business of football the only thing that is constant is CHANGE. Either for better or worse it's about continous development.

In the the 2017/18 season Fikayo Tomori played as a RB for Hull city. In my opinion at that time he was below average and not good enough for the SE.

Fast forward to 2018/19 season and he played CB for Derby County he moved his game several steps ahead. He went so far ahead that he waa arguably the best CB in the Championship. IMO currently the best Defender yet to play for the SE.

I went to watch him live when they played Hope Akpan's then Burton Albion. Both home and away and Africa other games

But a season is a long time in football so things have changed dramatically.

Once again FALSEHOOD I have been making a lot of comments about how good Aina is and how badly he was treated by the NFF. No be today l deh hail Ola another player l have watched since he was 16.

I think Rohr’s conservative stance is hindering the progress of the team when it comes to developing our lethal nature upfront. If he was more adventurous, he should have started Osimhen ahead of Onuachu with Musa/Onyekuru with Iwobi in the middle and had a good go at the Burundi team from day one. Just like we saw Aina yesterday and Ebuehi in the Argentine game, Rohr has a habit of putting his foot on the brakes in his selection.

We can not know how good Osimhen is if he does not give him a quality chance. Glad Ighalo is back and I hope we take a good lead early in the game for him to give Osimhen a nod. I believe he we will be impressed with Osimhen if given a nod. He offers more movement upfront and will give the midfield and wingers better passing options.
I will conclude with let's wait and see.

Oshimhen is a natural Striker. He's born for it. If he maintains his discipline and keeps working hard, we've got a Monster in making as a No. 9.
Ighalo is considerably far ahead.

In comparison to other Nigerian strikers we have he is a VERY GOOD PROSPECT but only in that context.

But being a monster there is a long way to go.

Shehu did well prior to his Injury. He attempted some Dribbles successfully. He performed better than Awaziem as a RB in the Match, yet we are celebrating his Injury.

Musa was all over the Pitch. He didn't gum himself to the Wing. He's drifting inward to supporting Iwobi, yet we are not satisfied, thus Onyekuru should start ahead of him.

Muss tracked back, supported Aina well on the left Wing, yet he's wasteful in the final third, out of how many chances he attempted..... 3?!

Taiye Taiwo looked a little bit mechanical for me. Played with lots of power and directness.

What we saw yesterday from Aina was a mixture of tactical knowledge, effortless skills, easy running up and down the flanks and utilisation of the midfield as a platform to make his runs. Very similar to Babayaro and Taiwo did not play in such manner.

Nice point but I feel the education at City will play a huge part in propelling him. After that, he can find his way if he does not break in. However, I think Edozie might have the talent to break in due to the buzz about him. Hope to watch him play for City.
There are too many players that clubs buzz about he just one among the many. It's also what smaller clubs do sell thier prospects to bigger clubs.

Sometimes it works most times it doesn't.

These days l think if you are a young player to progress you need to play first football not youth football or yoi will stagnate. It's possible the business of football and branding may get you a lot of £££ bit your football development may suffer.

What gave Ademola Lookman competitive edge and quality is the three seasons as a teenager he played regularly in the championship and league one.

It's much harder to play good quality technical football in the lower league when you are surrounded by carpenoand hatchet men. When you then get to the EPL you will find it much easier and can stand out.

I know city well and a lot if the coaching staff so will not agree with you. That there is any over riding advantage.

komekn, you have any idea about this Samuel Edozie kid?
There are too many Nigerian kids across all the academies in England.

All of them are looking for the next Mbappe VERY SERIOUSLY and the reality is that next Mbappe will not be white. He will be African black origin.

They are fighting over 9/10 year old players. That's the level of interest.

Personally l would not have advised him to go to Manchester city. First of City buys way too many teenage players from across the globe. Opportunity is very limited in the club.

He should have gone to another Championship side but a football playing one like Derby or West Bromwich, Fulham or Swansea. He can easily get lost and forgotten in City.

Scottish Premiership giants Rangers have confirmed the signing of Nigeria-eligible winger Sheyi Ojo on a season-long loan from European champions Liverpool.

Rangers are his fifth loan club following spells with Wigan Athletic, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Fulham, and last season in French Ligue 1 with Stade de Reims.

The Light Blues are managed by Steven Gerrard and Ojo will be hoping to continue his development under the Liverpool legend.

Since making his competitive debut for the Reds against Exeter City, the winger has appeared in 13 official games, scoring one goal.

The 21-year-old was a member of the Young Lions squad that won the 2017 FIFA U20 World Cup, making five appearances, including the final match vs Venezuela.

Former Golden Eaglets invitee Ovie Ejaria and Dream Team VI striker Sadiq Umar spent the first half of last season on loan at Rangers.
It's time for Ojo to move to on and show his quality and start to play regular first team football. Because right now his progress is stunted.

Going to Rangers is step down he should go to the Championship at least.

I guess he is cocooned with comfort of his long term contract at Liverpool that pays him considerably well.

Because he is a black kid then he must be an age cheat. Black mentality.
You see if tjat assumption is founded just on perception then it's clear cut bias, prejudice and therefore racism.

If there have been isolated incidents to form that opinion then that's very unfair to paint every body with the same brush.

However, if over the past three decades there have been numerous players continously caught for age cheating on the African continent. In addition some countries in Africa have even been banned by FIFA from age grade competitions as a result.

It is therefore plausible not improbable that there is a good possibility that the player may have fabricated his age to gain undue advantage. It is not certain but possible unfortunately, particularly if he wasn't born in a country where there is no, AUTOMATIC DATA CAPTURE AT BIRTH.

It's not prejudice but a reflection of past present and continous acts of age cheating across the African continent.

It's essentially the same acts of fraud that bar us Nigerians from certain normal financial transactions.

For instance l find it impossible to pay for a flight ticket to Nigeria over the phone to the airline with my visa or Mastercard. Why, Nigeria is classed as a high risk country for Financial fraud. Would you call that undue prejudice❓

It's the media I blame for making us all believe that men's sex libido is higher and therefore lack control of their sexual activities. They have been making a careless proposition that men generally are potential rapists.
