I am deeply disappointed with GTBank on this Innoson case. I just hope Innoson teach them a lesson. Who knows how many of such treatments to other customers of theirs they have got away with. Their legal team is nothing but fraud. Nigerian banks need to be checkmated for their excesses. They lack corporate and ethical cultures. |
Most-watched YouTube music videos of 2017 1. Luis Fonsi - “Despacito (ft. Daddy Yankee)” 2. Ed Sheeran - “Shape Of You” 3. J Balvin & Willy William - “Mi Gente” |
lalasticlala:LMAO...actually apt. |
It's been another year full of more noise from the Nigerian music scene. None of the music released so far worth international recognition. Forget MOBO, it's still an African music award of African standard. Nothing special If you are a music fan - I mean real music, you will agree with me |
But the lady is physically challenged. Will this erudite barrister marry a cripple? |
Authoreety:It's hilarious but factual, sex sells more than food and water combined. The family members tried living with the negative opinions people formed about them especially with our avowed Christianity. Trying to imagine myself in such position. Damn! I can't live with it. |
modik:It's a pity what the occupants and owners of the properties would go through this year end. On the other end, encroaching on government reserved land is not compensable. The baales and land-racketeers in that area should be held accountable. |
We all knew about the laws and rules. They know, we know. It's sad the law enforcers don't care about the laws but what to deliver to the top ranks in order to be in their good books. 'Mr. Know it all' with men of the NPF will put you in more troubles unless you know someone or someone who knows someone. The reality is be a good citizen and satisfy your conscience all the time. The laws only grind the poor and celebrate the rich. That's the way it is, but a day of reckoning will soon come. |
As unpopular as Okotie's F.R.E.S.H party is, they will beat PDP in 2019 if the 2 parties are the only option. Is it Atiku that can Atikulate PDP to AsoRock 2019 or Fayose - the only stomach infrastructure proponent? Obasanjo said he is not doing it again. Who else is in PDP to make a formidable candidate? |
While sympathizing with the affected persons, what needs to be done has to be done to curb disorganized society. Far too many haphazard structures in Lagos. They hinder free movement and engender discomfort. Some are use by hoodlums to harrass others. Most of the owners don't care about the legality and how others feel provided it brings money to their pockets. We all envy Lekki Island and environs, same scene can be replicated on the mainland. #IStandWithOrganisedAndProgressiveSociety |
Afam4eva:Those are projects for the masses. That's what you get from sane leaders. I bet a lot of Nigerians in supposed highbrow and class estates in Lagos still lack the right facilities and would love to relocate to these projects |
SARS fighting back. I stand with #ReformSARS from the rank and files of the NP. |
That;s Ratatouille |
bumi10:I like the last statement. Nigerians rely on speculations and shun facts. If you think EFCC is serving itself and merely witch-hunting, drop your petition |
petra1:@bold, you meant 'he will'. The correct thing is thus: "And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18 |
SalamRushdie:If they don't have fuel, then why are they selling in piecemeal to the consumers? Apparently, the fuel stations have fuel. The marketers deliberately raised rumours of price increment thereby hoarding what they have in an attempt to create scarcity and panic buying in anticipation of selling at abnormal prices to the people. This happens almost every year end. It's a product of our selfishness and greed as a people. |
SalamRushdie: ivandragon:Calm down bros. The report came after the stakeholders' meeting this afternoon. Double check the tweet or the reports elsewhere, you would see where it says "queues expected to thin out completely in the next few days. Come to think of it, the scarcity is consciously created by citizens (like you and I) who feels they are very privileged and see it fit to take advantage of the system to rake millions at the expense of the masses. |
The car looks solid but the design is a turn off |
majamajic:Some of the owners behave like most church general oversees who enrich themselves from donations made by philanthropists for the good of the religious communities. We are incurably greedy and selfish in this part of the world. I find it hard to understand why an acclaimed saviour of young girls could not take care of a young girl living with her as her own child. If the accusation is anything to legit, she should be thoroughly investigated to ascertain she does not trafficked some of those girls |
The just killed the god...LOL, kidding This would have been an exciting addition to the animal conservation house considering its size. This is extreme heartlessness to nature. Killing this croc is not cool |
HeWrites:It calls for concern, but I tell you, I was actually LMAO reading the bold. I couldn't help it. The girl was carried away in closing her deals and ignored all the red flags. |
PointZerom:There is no condemned man. We all have a chance at redemption. You just have to acknowledge your sin and walk in faith. 2 Corinthians 3:9 If the old way, which brings condemnation, was glorious, how much more glorious is the new way, which makes us right with God! |
PointZerom:The thief on the cross was redeemed, remember. That is what grace does Luke 23:39-43 43 Jesus answered him, "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise." |
PointZerom:How many have you seen being punished? There are more churches in Nigeria than the people. The owners are feeding fat, living in affluence on the gullibility of desperate Nigerians. It's all business not service to God and humanity. A business man maximises profit so as to upgrade his lifestyle. Salvation is a flip, even in cheat and sin, you can be redeemed through grace. The truth is moral and social justice will catch up with them all. |
PointZerom:This is why there is a lot of confusion within Nigeria Christendom. We interpret the Bible based on how we feel. So how come upon the trillions of Naira members of Nigerian churches pay as tithe day in day out, 99% of the levites in these churches are still poor beyond redemption, while the...(what are the rich pastors called?) are swimming in opulence? |
PointZerom:Since the salvation of mankind, you are not meant to pay tithe again, instead 'Give, Give and Give The Levites are the poor? Damn! Change your Church or double check your Bible for errors. My friend, Levites were members of the Hebrew tribe of Levi. They assisted priests in the Jewish temple |
NOETHNICITY:Tithe means 'tenth' my friend. Checkout Numbers 18:26 26 “Speak to the Levites and say to them: ‘When you receive from the Israelites the tithe I give you as your inheritance, you must present a tenth of that tithe as the LORD’s offering. It's an abolished practice. |
The rule is simple and must be kept as ruled. God can not be mocked If you must pay tithe, 10% is 10%, you can never under pay or over pay and fan yourself you are the best, rather you incur the wrath. I would rather suggest, you give more to the people in need (they represent God on earth) rather than paying the obnoxious and annulled tithing. However, the man just managed to up his bamboozled strategy. God is watching in HD |
Why would an institution of learning shut down or completely block Youtube on their network? The basic step should have been to blacklist porn and adult related content sites. Blocking Youtube completely is crass. Youtube itself is a necessary evil in information age. Most of our IT engineer in training and experienced ones learnt to set up and configure top-notched IT devices on Youtube. Youtube is fun to learn from. |
