The Struggle for the females to see a man to call their own is real. Caroline Danjuma went from being a Billionaires wife, to being the girlfriend of a guy that was one of Davido's hangers on.

And this Juliet Ibrahim went from being the hottest chick everybody wanted, to being the one that is dating a Canary Haircut, who has no visible source of livelihood, but is claiming to be a Musician, even if we have searched from Lagos up to Yobe for his songs and have not found any.

You are right at some point but does not remove from the fact that the men that originally came up with these laws did so out of their own insecurities. No strong confident man will want to create laws that only appeal to them, neglecting the needs of others. Some people need to criticize you in order to drag you down. .... Some people can't function without negativity because bringing down others makes them feel better about themselves. That for me is weakness cause if a person is strong and confident in themselves, they would not feel the need to drag others down.

I don't even have a problem with polygamy as long as its the woman's choice and the woman is allowed to choose to marry multiple men as well. I don't also have a problem with promiscuity as long as the people the person is involved with are informed and allowed to choose to be with the promiscuous person or not.. The problem always arises when there is an imbalance, in this case when one gender is allowed to sleep around and have multiple mates and the other is forbidden or stigmatized for doing same. Religion, culture or not, treat everyone equally, regardless of their gender. We must not swallow everything society tells us. Treat every human being the way you want them to treat you.

Fact is:
A strong man will rise up to the pain in his relationship, face it, and not run into the arms of other women. He will slowly learn that when he is triggered by his wife, he has inner work to do in himself not use many wives as a form of defense.

A weak man will defend himself and blame his girlfriend or wife, marry more wives and keeps blaming everyone and everything. He also thinks that the world owes him something, or that “it” should be easy, and uses any form of oppression to bring other people down while lifting himself up, including marrying numerous women. He wants what he cannot give. He has no respect for himself so makes every effort to disrespect or demean others

There is a reason why weak men can't handle strong women. That’s because weak men lack everything it takes to be a supportive, adoring partner to a woman who knows her worth and her potential
