I called again anyways to know if they could DHL me another CAQ just in case I don't end up receiving the initial one. The lady suggested they usually do not do that but that I could use a Canadian address (maybe a friend's) to order for the new CAQ. That way, my friend could then scan/send it to me. Since this is the case, I think I might just wait for the scanned copy (which she said will be delivered by friday) before submitting my TRV application

You do not need the hard cover to apply. They must have sent the soft copy to you. Check your mail. If it's not there, check your account.

Thanks Alantobie, but my case is a bit different. My application was the paper application, and so I'm not entitled to the soft copy. They also confirmed this when I called the CAQ office

They apologized for the lateness and promised to send it before Wednesday. If I don't get before then, I should call back on Wednesday. So I hope to get it today. In the meantime, I will continue with my application. I found out I can start my TRV application without the CAQ but will include my payment receipts and documents showing I have applied for it. Then nite in my SOP that it will be emailed to them as soon as I receive it. Thanks.

Hi Nogen, I contacted the CAQ guys and was told my certificate was sent to the Lagos Visa office since June 19 but that mine might take time as a result of the delays from my country's courier service. So they advised I contact the visa office for the best way forward (although she mentioned I could go ahead with my student permit application. But then she wasn't patient enough to explain how.

Do you have any idea what I could do?

Oh oh. You don't speak French? They didn't tell me. I did online and then sent rhe documents via DHL to them. They said I should fax the documents to them. I did that yesterday. Will call on Monday to follow up.

I called back today since I didn't get the certificate. I was told to fax all my documents I initially submitted to them..

Now, my question is how do I fax them? There are phons applications that can help me fax them? Please, if you know one , please let me know. I remember people faxing their documents to IAOS for certificates evaluation. Please help a sister! Thanks.

Thank you Nogen for the contact you sent. It's same with the one I had but I initially thought it was wrong cos it's an automated answering machine (plus it was busy blowing french) I'll try again probably on Monday to hear what they have to say. But in all, this whole CAQ thing is becoming a daunting experience.

A quick one: what exactly did they say happened to the first application? Was urs paper application?? Did you apply from Nigeria

My CAQ application got to their office on May 9th and I still haven't heard anything. My application was paper though

They are most probably batches eg operations (1), operations (2), IT (3) etc. I guess it helps with organisation and stuff

S-8, W-8, R-7.5, L-7. Overall=7.5. Yeah got cam offer (and also nominated for Cam Cwealth shared). About PWC interview, i went there to freestyle cos i knew it was no longer do or die since i had a plan B But surprisingly, it turned out one of my best interviews so far ( cos my confidence level was soo on point). I answered all the questions articulately and we laughed most of the time. So my advice, jst relax and ride with them All the best though

Was d AC conducted by dragnet or NSE?

Dragnet coordinated the AC, conducted d essay writing and Microsoft Office test stages. There were other guys from some other consulting firm who were d panelists for d 5 other stages.

pls on d essay..were u given the topic to write on or u picked urself.

U pick a topic from among 5 or so....then u have 45 mins to TYPE the essay. The topics were basically financial/capital market related.
