In summary, woman-stoner Ayatollah Buggari is DESTINED for yet another humiliating electoral defeat, followed by a costly and ultimately fruitless series of lawsuits that will effectively bankrupt the ex-tyrant, breaking his tenuous grip on sanity to leave him as little more than another blithering lunatic who walks the streets with his  crusty gluteus maximus exposed beneath filthy rags, wildly shadow-boxing imaginary adversaries, till he is mercifully run over by a garbage truck and sent on his merry way down, down, down to the fiery pits for eternity.

The countries we always make refrence to and we strive to be like in terms of economic development,countries like japan,usa,canada etc. are they being run the same way pdp has been running this country for the past 12years and any time we propose change you people will come up with lame excuses, Ribadu he is too young and inexperienced,Buhari he is too old and rigid, Shekarau he is too reserved excuses and excuses so who in God's name do you guys want?

Telling us that GEJ/Sambo are the best candidates we have is complete crap anybody advocating for PDP either has no conscience or is a beneficiary of the farce and charade that is going on in this country. GEJ has been on the saddle for how many months now what strategic actions have we seen from him, he goes about making promises he cannot deliver. The biggest problem we have in this country right now is corruption and indiscipline. what has GEJ/OBJ/PDP done to address that in the past 12 years?

A few years ago one nobel prize winner said Africans were not intelligent enough to keep up with the rest of the world. Truth is our leaders are a reflection of us. We have a long way to go, in this part of the world common sense is not so common what we have is common stupidity. with some of the replies i am seeing on this thread i weep for this country.

Looking at gen Buharis campaigns across the north i think the man will go down as one of the most loved leaders in history

For the past 12 years every wednesday they hold the FEC meeting awarding contracts worth billions of dollars yet not one problem has been solved.
You need to go to abuja and see how people are milking this country.

For the sake of our children let us vote out OBJ and PDP

1. Resuscitated our refineries,

2. Virtually stamped out Niger Delta militancy with the effective and conscientious implementation of the Amnesty programme,

3. Gave free hand and supported the CBN to deal with the banking crisis such that no bank failed,

4. Revived the textile sector and the manufacturing industry through bail-out funds,

5. Fixed Enugu International Airport,

6. Given latitude (without interference from the Attorney General as was the case under Yar'adua and OBJ) to the EFCC to investigate and prosecute corruption cases without undermining human rights and the rule of law (including a serving Minister of State in his cabinet!),

7. Allowed PDP to lose the gubernatorial election in Anambra State and House of Assembly re-run election in Edo State without interference as was the case under OBJ,

8. Implementing a successful power sector reform roadmap which he initiated such that we have attained 4,000MW for the FIRST TIME IN TEN (10) YEARS and which generation level is still rising,

9. Privatised the first power station,

10.Encouraged and allowed a robust political contest without oppressing his opponents as a true tolerant democrat,

11. Conceived and presented the Sovereign Wealth Fund in place of the illegal and unconstitutional Excess Crude Account which was DEPLETED UNDER YAR'ADUA,

12. Encouraged the passage of the Freedom of Information Bill which OBJ virtually killed,

13. Currently pushing through the Petroleum Industry Bill which will soon be passsed and promises to empower Nigerian entrepreneurs in the oil and gas industry,

14. Successfully checked kidnappings in the South East (particularly Abia State) such that Kelechi Deca and our other Igbo brothers enjoyed the most peaceful, fear-free christmas in 2010,

15. Engaging effectively with all parties in Jos to bring TRUE AND LASTING PEACE TO THE PLATEAU rather than the knee-jerk approach of OBJ who imposed a State of Emergency that failed in resolving the real problem or UYM who allowed his tribal and religious lenses to colour his intervention in the crisis which worsened the distrust in the state.
