In 1994 to be precise, my cousin and I were asked to prepare Rice n Beans combo for the whole house.

To cut the long story short, the beans was highly undercooked and strong that you would think u were eating rice and stone

When we realised this, we were now tasked with secretly separating the beans from the rice for every plate we dished

Everyone ate 'jollof rice' while my cousin and I tried eating d beans but couldn't and we went to bed hungry!

A colleague of mine asked me a question that threw me off balance today.

nikkygal: I can imagine how you feel about this. I have about 3 very good friends in the US that had fibroid challenges and conceived an average of about 3-6months after the surgery. Having said that, i 've also heard that the kedi product is quite effective for fibroids too....but i only read that on NL sha so i can't testify to it personally.

If you have the means and can afford to go abroad for the surgery, if all else fails, then please don't hesitate...A close friend's sister had her fibroid surgery in the US just a few months ago...hers was really bad, they removed like 14 balls of growth from her uterus.. And i'm aware there's a certain type of technology (robotics) they use in doing this to avoid scarring the uterus (adhesions)..so as not to that create conception problems post-surgery.

Thank you Dear. The reason why i want to do the surgery abroad is beacuse of the technology they use. This robotics thing that reducing adhesion. Because accorrding to my Gynaecologist here in Lagos, he said the position of the largest fibroid is bad, it is sitting on the tubes and kind of blocking it and if they touch it, it will lead to scar tissues which will cause more problems.

Please can you ask your friend where the surgery was done and how much was involved.

Im currently discussing with St John's Health Centre and their bill is on the high side because i dont have insurance.

Now I'm in a dilema.

I work with one of the new generation banks and my monthly take home(NET) is 375,000. I have been toying with the idea of changing my Nokia phone, I have used it for over 5years and it's beginning to give me problems becos I'm fond of dropping my phones easily. The screen is broken and I have changed that screen twice before.

Before I got that Nokia, I had always been a samsung person. Now when I saw the S4, I fell in love with it and decided to get it. On my way to Slot, I met a colleague while in traffic at computer village, we parked and got gisting. I told him I wanted to get an S4, you won't believe this colleague who currently uses an S4 advised me to save my money and get a tecno phantom A+. I hv never heard nor seen the phone before!

I became confused. He was of the opinion that they do the same thing- that if he were to buy now, he will pick Tecno over the S4. I went a step ahead and spoke to one of the engineers at slot and he confirmed that they do the same thing. According to him, the disadvantage of Tecno is that it already has the 'chinko' stigma as can be verified in this thread and it doesn't have warranty unlike the samsung S4.

Now I'm more confused. Please can someone just advise me on the phone to buy stating his/her reasons.

When I was about 17yrs old- I lost my mum. After her burial, my uncle took me. On getting to their house, his wife said she was going to take me to her pastor for prayers. On getting there, the man said he will place me on 7days dry fasting. I refused and walked out. After my uncle's wife made the house unbearable for me, I decided to go on the 'hunger strike' to please them.

I got the shocker of my life when I was told that I will be in the church premises for the duration of the fast! I asked the pastor- who will stay with me, he said 3 other pple will join me. So I stayed back. At about 9pm, the pastor came in and I asked him after the other pple who were meant to join me, and he was like- 'haven't u seen them? God the father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit are here. I was shocked. We prayed that night and he left.

On the 3rd day, he came and after prayers decided to stay back in church. It was that day that I noticed a room opposite the altar. He went in there, after a while he came out and asked me to join him since there was a bed. I hesistated at first but when I thought abt the comfort of a bed against a bench, I obliged and laid down almost at the edge of the bed. After a while, he was like I shld feel free and come closer- I did. Then he asked if I was cold, I said No. I then noticed that he was coming unneccessarily close to me and I kept on shifting away, till he came and put his hands round me to mutter some rubbish. I immediately pushed him away and screamed PASTOR! He now said- there is no problem in Jesus name, and immediately started speaking in 'tongues'

I went back to the auditorium and waited till morning and left. When I got home, I knew my aunt won't believe me so I kept the story to myself. Later the pastor came to the house saying I ran away frm the church. I didn't want to utter a word, because I knew it's just a matter of time. Months later he was exposed and then asked to leave the church. The church in question no be small church ooo, it was Christ Apostolic church.

Another scenerio, was in the catholic church, where a priest told me that he can't have sex with girls without condoms. This arguement came up when I asked him if he wasn't afraid that some girl would get preggers for him.

Recently, someone invited me to a church, and if I open all what I encountered there, then many of you would be amazed at what transpires in some churches.

Back to the matter- I cannot vouch for Pastor Biodun. But all I can say is that I've heard him preach- and can say for sure is he knws his onions when it comes to that. But whether he did what Ese is accusing him of, is totally left for God to decide.

I noticed a lot of pple are hitting on Ese, and I have concluded that majority are COZA members who have come in defense of their pastor without even wondering if their pastor is actually guilty. They forget tht pastor biodun is a MAN and is not infalliable.
