I think the midfield should be made the focal point of the Madrid team. With the fantastic 4(Modric-Kroos-Case-Isco) we will define a new era and dominate football for years to come. Also with attention taken away from the attack, our forwards will be able to wreck havoc to opposition teams. All I need is one decent signing to compete with Benzema or serve as a replacement if injury sets in, then we would be simply unstoppable.

Yes, our midfield is solid but the attack still appears worrying to me. If Ronaldo is not on the pitch, does that mean we only have to rely on our midfielders to score goals. We have Barca (a team that knows no difference between Camp Nou and Bernabeu) to play in two legs, and remember our midfield does more marking than dancing with the ball against them. Thus our attack has to be more deadly and convert chances more.

For me, I think Zidane should line up the same starting 11 as he did in the UCL final. Bale should relax so Isco can play cos he's the real deal now.

Bale would not be happy with that development, neither will Flo P seeing his 100m signing on the bench.
