Basically it masks your IP when accessing websites but your ISP (glo and co) can track you.

Best way is to subscribe to a paid VPN or use Tor (same principle as VPN but it throws your IP across different locations every few seconds, making it hard for your ISP to know where you even at)

Dark web is like the deep web, difference is you don't have to go far and waste data looking for disturbing stuffs and there are legit sites there too.

There's nothing like privacy once you get a machine or device with access to the internet.

In the west, you drop your security number (google this) amongst other things when buying a new line, the store you buying a phone notes down your IMEI when buying a new phone for future references (for starters, look up phone insurance fraud) which is why some parts have been fighting for IoT.

Even iPhones collect your data, difference is they use it for themselves instead of selling it.

Summary of it is you have dropped some parts of your information unknowingly, starting from birth certificate, school cert, utility bills, etc.
If this government were serious on tracking you, they don't need your crappy IMEI to do this so stop making it look like it's a big deal.

Depends on whose modders' gcam you use.

With an iPhone 11, the difference is negligible until you get to the front camera where the iPhone shines.
Some gcam mods aren't great with front cameras on the G8.
But where the iPhone 11 loses to the G8 is using manual mode (unless you got no experience with DSLR cameras, you'd think it's useless)

Mi 10, I haven't had the opportunity to handle the device so i cannot give any opinions.

The adaptor (charger).

The higher the volt rating, you're most likely to get fast charge.

But do note that some phones don't support it not because of the charger, but because the chip for regulating current that goes into the battery is - for lack of a better word - "defective".

Unless you're using a Pixel, it's not on Playstore.

For device configuration, get a device with a snapdragon SoC from 660 up.
There might be for yours but you'll have to start flashing twrp, magisk and libs to make it work.
