In the case that you have already gotten a second opinion from other doctors and the report is still the same, then consider seeing a Psychiatrist with your mum.

I was posted to a state for my nysc in those days, there I met a girl at mammy Market where I always went to eat cos those watery stuffs at the kitchen no dey appeal to me. A guy was asked to give me an interview letter from lagos. Then I was staying with my brother in ibadan. May God punish me if I'm fabricating this story... he was asked to give me the letter in person and he must not return to lagos unless I acknowledge the letter. He didn't meet me at home. My people searched everywhere for me. I went to see an uncle cos boredom wan kill me for house and I was tired of applying for jobs. By the time I came back, my people mobbed me asking where have I gone to? They gave me the number to call cos the guy had gone somewhere but promised to come back later. I called him and he was ranting on phone. I asked him to calm down cos I never remembered if I actually applied to that company. Its been a long time. So, we met and I acknowledged the letter, he now left.

I got the job to the glory of God. One day my boss invited me and said, for some reason I withheld your application after shortlisting. We had employed the first batch some months but I didn't have rest of mind so I asked them to invite you. I was among the few employed. I applied genuinely through guardian newspaper while others came in through man know man. Guardian was the major newspaper where people used to apply for jobs in those days cos there was no Internet.

There I met my wife whom I married as a virgin, a year after, I travelled to America for training and came back, joined another great company . I was changing jobs like shoes before I finally established my own company in which I'm doing very well by God's grace. Its very popular in Nigeria today. There was a colleague of mine who was living with a girl while in school as if they're married. I graduated before him. He had a reference in one cheap course like that. He said she had had several disappointments in her relationship so she went to a herbalist who made incisions in her private part and said whoever met her next would be caught in the Web and bondage and he'd not leave until he married her.

He said that's the reason for all the setbacks he's been having. He prayed for him, asked him to go and fast for 7 days . When he finished, he now warned him never to set his eyes on her again. This guy graduated and served successfully. Today, he's a citizen in the USA. Fear women and sex. Hate it with passion. God bless

How I got into PwC – Job Test, Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) and Interviews

I am writing this piece to inform and guide individuals who are trying to get into PwC. Here is my story:

Not having an Accounting/finance background, I initially thought getting into the big 4 was beyond my reach, irrespective of the fact that it was clearly stated as a criteria that anyone from any course of study is eligible to apply. I saw those getting into these firms as super humans and not in my league. So in my first attempt at PwC, the self-belief was lacking and I wrote the test with self doubt and unsurprisingly I didn't scale through. I later realised that a friend of mine, without an accounting background or prior experience, in the same circumstance as i am scaled through. Then it dawned on me that it was actually possible to get into PwC if my mindset was right.

In my second attempt, I got in. What did I do differently?

The recruitment processes are in 3 stages and usually last for between 5 - 6 months:

1. Proctored Online test (SHL) (the timeline to take the test is usually around 4-5 days and feedback is received 1-2 weeks later)

2. OPQ (Occupational personality questionnaire) (timeline to take the test is around 3-4 days and feedback is received about 2 weeks later)

3. Interview (this spans for about 1 month and feedback is received between 2 weeks to 1 month from the last date of interview)

The aptitude tests are of 2 sections, verbal and numerical and how I was able to navigate through that hurdle was to constantly practice the past questions materials in order to familiarize myself with the question styles and techniques. I made sure I covered the past questions from front to back (The materials I studied with are available at the Job test section of Q and A App, Install the App on Playstore

I also joined WhatsApp study groups where we thrashed out difficult questions too. That really helped put me in great shape for the test.

For the second stage (OPQ), its all about your personality/traits and whether or not, it aligns with that of the firm as well as the Business unit you apply for. How i was able to navigate that was that i combed their websites to know more about the firm, their values, mission and vision. I also reached out to people already working in the firm (especially via LinkedIn) in order to gain more insights about the company, the values and attributes they hold dear. These really helped and it enabled me align my responses to the values of the firm. Consistency in your response also is very important because a question could come in different forms and you have to be consistent with your responses.

For the last stage (interview): When I got to the interview stage.........
