Download root checker from play store, click verify to see if you have root access first. If you don't,then root again.

There are many ways to root Samsung phones. Odin e..t..c

Besides,I used Kingo root to root my s3. Which Samsung phone are you using? State the model too

And some of you should be careful with installing apps that require root permission. Read instructions first. Don't install if you're not rooted. Even if rooted, still follow instructions.

Make sure you have clockwokmod installed or Twrp recovery sha, then use it to back up your ROM so that if your device gets bricked...e..t..c you can safely recover back.

@Godvilla, The link you gave for bluestacks that comes pre-rooted, is it just the normal download, then install--finish. Or there are other processes involved? The file info is not loading, so I couldn't tell.
