Naa,I have been using eBay,amazon,Ali Express, alibaba, mobility, etc for over 10 years.I usually use their payment options to avoid loss, and even if there is loss,I can open dispute and make claim.
Just last week I got a Macbook I bought on eBay from $60 and I paid less than #2k for duty.

Hello,
So I bought three used smart phones from eBay.
The phones just came this afternoon via EMS post office.

The office called me and said my items have arrived, but I am gonna pay #41,000 as custom duty. This means I am am average of 13,000 per phone.

This is ridiculously high for a country who does not produce a phone.

It's also very surprising that the phones are even old used phones that reigned in 2006.

Edited.

I just collected them.

2...Hp ipaq h6318,cost is $10 and the duty I paid is #300

First of all, I'm not an Atheist

Secondly, I don't believe in Islam so you can't give me quotes from Koran as prove of God's existence. I'm sure even the Christian folks will disagree with you because you are not explaining your point from the Bible

So you see, Christians have their own version just like Islam and other religions. All of them claim to be right.

I need generally accepted and verified truths, not just beliefs from years of indoctrination into a particular religion
I see,but your rebuttal speaks of a typical atheists.

Well,In Islam,There is only one Almighty God who sent his prophets or Messengers to Mankind to worship him and abide by his laws. The last three were Moses, jesus and Mohammed.

Thanks

Any prove that the " Almighty God" created the universe or created man?
Yeah.I won't wanna waste my time, but from your response,I presume you kinda wanna learn and engage intelligently unlike most arrogant atheists who ends up insulting people when they are connered.

So...
Big bang was discovered in 1920 by a Belgian scientist. Also not long scientist found out that 80% of the cell unit is made up of water.
Well 1,500 years,an illiterate Arab got a revelation.See below:

[Quran 21.30] Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the Earth were meshed together then We ripped them apart? And then We made of water everything living? Would they still not believe?

Following this big explosion, Allah "turned to the sky, and it had been (as) smoke. He said to it and to the earth: 'Come together, willingly or unwillingly.' They said: 'We come (together) in willing obedience" Quran(41:11).

Thus the elements and what was to become the planets and stars began to cool, come together, and form into shape, following the natural laws that Allah established in the universe.

The Qur'an further states that Allah created the sun, the moon, and the planets, each with their own individual courses or orbits as thus below:

"It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon; all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course" Quran (21:33).

Beautiful

This is why I love science

It keeps evolving with new discoveries, providing solutions to human problems unlike religion which is stagnated.
It was the Almighty God who created the Universe and the entire creatures in it.He gave man the knowledge of the science to explore the universe to see his mighty creations as signs.

"And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the living creatures that He has scattered through them: and He has power to gather them together when He wills". {Quran 42:29}

My two antique phones(Hp ipaq glisten and hp ipaq h6300) was shipped from America last two months.Till now,it's showing "Your item departed a transfer airport in CINCI./NRTHRN KENTUCKY, CINCINNATI, UNITED STATES on August 28, 2020 at 2:39 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination"

I also bought a used Uniherzt Titan last 4 weeks from eBay.Till now it's showing
"Origin Airline Carrier Departure/Uplift Cincinnati US... Sept 8th,at 2:22am"

I am tempted to believing, delay may be due to corona or Custom delays.

Whatsoever I don't think this film will see the light of the day.Even though I am not shia, this film should be stopped. If this film gets released, some useless producers may wanna try it on Sunni Muslims.

The governor employed over 5000 teachers including those from SW and SE Nigerians.See the massive infrastructure going on.See the 16 hrs power supply everywhere and yet such hatred.

There they are...Always supporting mediocre performance and their useless sycophants... cheesy

Just don't finish this country before the next election and then hopefully we'll all go into our six separate regions as different countries

@ Those bolded names, Iweala is still very much strong at the World level. During her time, we totally wiped off the debt accrued by northern led leaders and even left money in External reserve. But this evil northern government has finished whatever is remaining and still borrowing to do everything despite the hikes in fuel, power, VAT, closing border, collecting Abachas( northern) stolen loot!!!!

Shame really that you can still defend this government. Sorry is your case undecided
I had responded to a chat that has sentiments in it.And here you are, sliding into my mention.

An assignment for you to go and get the differences btw IMF, world bank and Paris club. When you are done, come back and we take it from there.

Okay?

Well, he's Buharis person, they don't care if their countrymen benefit or not! angry
Most times, you will always have a bad mood if you are always subsumed that you or your region is the best.
If you go a step higher to know more, you should have seen how he help Nigeria. At that level, corruption may not thrive.
Gambari,Anyakou,Iweala were one time big Nigerians at the international Arena.Ask their achievements first to Nigeria before asking that of Mohd Bande.
