The school has produced professionals in 80s and 90s in various fields like Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering etc. Some are even in overseas. 2 reps members and one senator are currently in the senate. Even senator shehu sani finished from that school. Infact all the teachers in that school used to be foreigners from Pakistan, Ghana, Canada, India, Sudan etc.
LegendHero: Northern governors should rather re-orientate Northerners traveling to the South on the need for them to refrain from using violence as the the first resort during disagreements.
If the Hausa man continue to use stabbing as a scores settling mechanism, they will always have problems with their host.
Lesson learnt for both sides. RIP to the victims and let’s rebuild Sasha market.
I was wondering how the southern guys will kill his fellow Northern Nigerian for an offense committed by someone from republic of Niger.
There 42 generations btw moses and Jesus. Prophet Muhammad was sent 500 years after Jesus. 99% Of the prophets are Jews while about 5 were Arabs. Abraham had two sons(Ishmael and Isaac). The progeny of Ismael are Arabs while the Jews ancestry was from Isaac. The oldest living people on earth are the Jews. Jesus was rejected by the Jews because they did not believed he was the one moses talked about. As such God brought Muhammad saw from amongst the Jews brethren.Christianity is 2015 years old and according to historic evidences Judaism is only 2500 years old. Islam is over 1450 years old.
My dear northerners. Do not travel to south west and south East for now. All Tomato, onion, yam, cow, Ram, Goat and food item suppliers, please remain in Arewa till further notice.
All Yorubas residing in the North, you are adviced to remain in your homes, to avoid reprisal attack from my brothers.
FreeSpirited: will u shut up with your half knowledge....
Oh, so you at least admit I have half the knowledge. You that have the full knowledge, why hiding it? If u really have it, why didn't u educate people? Nonsense!!!
CBN did not ban crypto currency as captioned from the thread. From 99% of the comments, most people assumed that crypto like bitcoin has been banned. What CBN did was to ask the banks etc to close accounts of platforms facilitating the purchase of bitcoin. Before this development, you can buy bitcoin by using your naira to fund your virtual account with these platforms(Roqqu, quidax)using providus bank where they also facilitate your payment with the other party selling the bitcoin. So now, you can only sell bitcoin now but u can't buy. And thats why traders like me are taking the root of p2p transaction but u must trust the other party.
Well, another option is to adopt a cross border platform like Payoneer to buy your bitcoin. Thank me later. You are welcome.
I don't know why the Yoruba and the ibro race hate us hausa-fulani so much. Even a fly that dies must have been killed by a Fulani.Haba!!!! Are u guys born this way with black Heart? Come to the north and see the way we have accommodated, integrated and received you people where you enjoy your livelihood. Know that, a day will surely come, where Nigeria will divide. Usually, he who has never traveled out of his town will always talk as if his town is Indispensable.
I was surprised how an organization will attack smn that wants to spend his money on Nigerians. What came to my mind on cacovid was pure jealousy. I guess they also want him to route the vaccines through them, so they take the credit.
"The question remains: What transactions do the crypto companies do that they are offering a huge amount of returns to investors, at times 200 per cent profit?”
I keep asking the above question too Note: I trade crypto on Binance too.
Godspikin: There is a fixed version that uses electricity. There is also a mobile version that runs on gasoline(pictured above).
Depending on your need and requirements. The Mobile version is most suitable for moving from site to site. The fixed version also has its own advantage.
What is the engine capacity? I mean how many tons of brick or number can be produced per day?
I think these sad story may have been hatched by the bank CEOs. The fintech is unprecedented in the last 3 years and have even left commercial banks stunned from the way Nigerians are accessing micro credit from these tech coys. I downloaded carbon loan app and was amazed to see features like funds transfers, loan request, air time recharge, wallet account etc. Infact the app has a tool where u can even generate your credit report like CRC. These apps will eat deeply into the income the commercial banks are generating from interest on loans. I trade my bitcoin and etherium on Roqqu and Luno but I guess the commercial banks will soon stop relationship with them. For those who fall in my category, you can continue trading and mining by using my favorite platform called Binance
Tajbol4splend: How many divorces do we have in the north yearly? I have really lost count
Stay on the topic of discussion Besides, marriage in the Islamic north is not for better for worse like in other religions even in the face of infidelity .
Two women are getting married and this will reduce immorality and create a decent society and u are calling shameless. I guess you will be happier if you see them in the Hotel selling their body or see them jumping from one man to another.
Eriokanmi: To those who don't believe covid-19 is real. You need to have a rethink for the sake of your loved ones. I felt I should share my experience maybe someone, somewhere would learn and not treat the pandemic with kid gloves.
It all happened on the 26th March, 2020 after my return trip from the South East. Before I embarked on that trip, there had been news about the imminent lockdown all over town as cases increased but I wasn't deterred because of how important the meeting in the S/E was. I searched for a flight to asaba with no luck so I decided that I was going to travel via one of the public transport buses plying that route from Lagos. I booked two of the back seats so I could put my travel bag on one of the seats to avoid my laptop having issues. While I was seated at the back, there was this couple seated in front of me. While the husband wore a face mask, the wife didn't. They looked like those just arriving from a long haul. Their bags occupied the remaining 2 seats at the back right beside mine. The tags seen on those bags showed they were coming from China. Then I didn't really believe covid-19 was around. I almost mocked the guy who wore a face mask because it looked strange to me. They alighted in Onitsha.
In short after my meeting, I went straight to my hotel ordered my meal and slept off. The following day, i left for the meeting venue to carry out another presentation, after which we called it a day. In short, I Ieft for lagos on the 3rd day early momo via the transport company I came with. My client had arranged for a drop off the previous night so the driver took me to Asaba to board the return bus back home. As soon as I boarded the bus, I was feeling uneasy. By the time we got to Benin I was hit by this terrible headache. My eyes were dripping water. I had to plead with the driver to reduce the AC which other passengers weren't comfortable with. On getting to lagos the taxi driver who took me back home could notice I wasn't feeling well. At this point I could hardly breathe deeply. My left lung first seized. I was breathing through my mouth . I turned off the AC completely as I wasn't feeling comfortable anymore with the AC on. The following day, I managed to go to the clinic in the neighbourhood where my temperature was checked. It was abnormally high, my BP too rose abnormally. My BP used to be 115/75 and its been like this for years which was quite ok for my age. This time it rose abnormally. The Dr. gave me injection with some drugs. He asked me to come for 2nd injection the following day, that I could be having flu. I lost my sense of smell. My heart was vibrating, I couldn't return to the hospital the following day because I had no strength to drive. I told wifey not to bother driving me cos I might collapse while in the vehicle the way I was feeling.
We had a little knowledge of covid-19 remedies so my wife went to get ginger, grated it and put inside water. I kept drinking with Vitamin C , as a precaution. On the 3rd day, I became so weak. On sighting the NCDC numbers on channels tv, I quickly picked one of them and called...my voice was apparently faint. I called several times, no response. I now sent one annoying message to one of the numbers....please see the screenshots below for details. I now received a funny and disappointing response. Before then, I had not travelled overseas. My last trip was in June 2019 to Florida. But then, I was on same bus with a couple who returned from China with their luggage stacked beside me.
My wife really tried . She would boil hot water, cover me with the water inside a bowl with tick clothes and ask me to stay inside for minutes. I was feeling weak inside of me and this time, my right lung was weak. My only sickness is malaria I hardly fall sick but this one was something else. From the 4th day, I was getting better and better, we went for vitamin C by thousand and Zinc. As i was recovering, my eldest child picked it. She kept telling me she had lost her sense of smell, as if something rotten was coming down her nostrils, that the smell was unpalatable. She took ill. Within 3 days she had recovered , then my son picked it. He would say dad, I'm weak, I'm not OK this time I guessed it was covid-19, given all the reported symptoms by NCDC but I wasn't so sure. Then my last born picked it, same symptoms then the lockdown was in full force.
Final my wife. I had to drive her to one of the isolation centres. They felt reluctant in testing her. The crowd was much. After I recounted my ordeal, she was reluctantly attended to. She tested positive for the virus. She would be vibrating at night. 2 weeks later she was pronounced fit and tested negative. I heard a near death experience. I was begging God to please give me the 2nd chance to live. I looked at my kids and said God please, not now.
Covid-19 is real my people. Please stay safe.
Thank God you and your family made it. To other people, once you have cold and fever. Then followed by loss of smell and taste, there is every likelihood that u have covid
I just won a bet of 20k. When I saw the headline of this story, I told my friend, that the culprit certainly must come from either SE or SW Nigeria. He disagreed with me that, it may be smn from the North. We played the cards n I won
LordKO: Common sense didn't tell you that mutual sense of right (not what makes one happy) and mutually doing so at all times is the soul of the sacredness of marriage and that once the law makes it obvious that one can wake up one morning and decides to divorce their spouse unjustly, marriage will automatically lose its sacredness. Wherever a court grants a divorce request based on irreconcilable differences, both parties involved wittingly or unwittingly gave their consent to it.
That "marriage is not by force" doesn't encourage self-absorbing and opportunistic acts - as she exhibited. It's the same as freedom; freedom doesn't negate decorum. Leaving shouldn't be at her discretion at this point, but that of the husband; and, of course, granting her the leave will be done after subjecting her to some pains, if I were the husband. It's insanity for one to think that she/he has the right to walk into another's life with a set standard in place, disorganize/wreak them and leave at will scot-free.
I see sense from the Islamic judge ruling. No wonder, marriage has lost sacredness in the western world.
A very weak state. Nothing like investment since 2015, except for persistent hardship from the bad roads all over the state. Let's see wat comes up in 2023 when the next Gov comes from zoneA. I read somewhere that the zone got a private university for themselves.
ozicoblendo: wondering what they went there to do at the first instants
Most went there to hussle for daily bread legitimately. They went there because the condition here is far worse. Its much better to go there and wash plates to earn a living than go to the west to hawk cocaine or hush over peoples money.
