There are associated costs in refining crude outside the country like refining cost, demorrage, transport cost etc and this depletes the foreign researve which puts pressure on the Naira.You are creating employment for the country that refines the crude at the detriment of your local economy.Also you will loose so much in the downstream value chain which involves so many petroleum fractions like AGO,Bitumen, Aviation fuel etc.
I will suggest gvt should fix the refineries,then sale of 60% equity to Nigerians for accountability.

According to NNPC some two years ago, the price of fuel would be 165 naira if it was refined in this country
