justauto:My pleasure. If you can't find what you want out there, we can always help out to pre-order one for you. You have been on this GX thing for well over 4 months.  The prices in Nigeria have been greatly skewed by people playing those kind of games. They will offer cars at ridiculous mileage for unreal amount of money. You can only know if you run the VIN that its either accidented or rolled back. What is it rolled back to? And how much were they asking? (its o.k if you don't wanna answer) A GX470 at 60,000 miles is still good. Those cars will easily go in the excess of 300,000 miles. I just take offense in the rolling back. Who knows what else they are cutting corners on? They might as well exchange a good part on the car for a bad one only for it to last you few months, and they turn around and sell it again to you down the road if you start having problems etc. Will be more than happy to run the VIN for any other ones you find out there. You can also post pics so i can help you evaluate if there's any form of body work on the car. Another hint: Before you start the car, make sure all the dash warning indicators come on (especially the check engine and airbag light). Some people disconnect them to cover the fact that they are not properly replacing genuine parts after the accident or cover major engine problems. Happy hunting. |

ikechu:Sometimes maintenance and service are used interchangeably. But the owners manual should guide you through all what you need to know and do in keeping up your ride. These may include among other things: Regular oil change. Regular transmission oil top off/change. Proper tire inflation. Fuel filter and Air filter change when necessary. Brakes check. Tire rotation. Radiator coolant replacement etc.Like i said, you will have to look at the owners manual to guide you in knowing the appropriate times to do all these things. Chassis lubrication: Some vehicle have grease points at the joints (Ball joints, Axle etc) that needs to be lubricated at regular intervals, some cars don't. Most alignment place can be able to tell if the odyssey has one. The chassis have like a "nipp-le" point to grease these areas. Your mechanic/alignment guy should know. Enjoy your ride. |

Please be aware than inventory changes weekly and this vehicle may/may not be available when you are ready. chitexy_2:All the vehicles you selected are very great choices but they are more effective in different scenario. RAV4 and CRV are very good but the size of these vehicles can be limitations or huge drawback especially if you are a family man. It will be tough packing a family of 4-5 on a long weekend trip in a RAV4 with all luggage and stuff. That leaves the Highlander and Pathfinder for consideration. They both however have different bright spot. The Pathfinder is more rugged than the highlander. So if you live in an area that has a very unforgiven road and terrain, you might have to consider it. It also comes with a very powerful 6 cylinder engine which can tackle any type of obstacle you can ever throw at it. The drawback is that it can be a little thirty. Petrol consumption CAN be a concern. The highlander on the other hand, though not as rugged as the pathfinder, can definitely hold its own without complain. The biggest high point of the highlander is that it comes in both 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine. (At least up till year 2007). For my money, i will strongly consider the 4-cylinder 2004 Highlander. Its like having your cake and eating it at the same time. It shares the same platform and underpinnings as the Toyota Camry and the petrol consumption is almost the same. You however get a high profile and considerable more toughness and durability than the Camry. Though, not the rough and tumble ruggedness of a pathfinder. The highlander is smoother to drive than the Nissan because of the absence of live axle on the rear wheels. Its basically like driving an elevated Camry. So you consider your daily routine and commute to decide which of those you will be leaning towards. For a 2004 Highlander (4-cylinder) with about 100k miles, i checked thru the dealer's inventory and came up with the one below for you. 4 Likes

Just keep driving your car and don't worry. People tend to notice a car more when they buy that car or someone close buys one. What i am trying to say is that as soon as you buy the Villager, you will tend to notice a lot more of it around you. Keep driving. Enjoy. |
