2. The Police Character Certificate can be gotten from the SCID head quaters in Alagbon, Lagos. It costs between N3000 - N5000 and takes roughly 3hours for collection. When going, please carry along your international passport and 2 passport photographs.

3. The requirements for getting the birth cert from NPC:
Affidavit from high court(photocopy and original), passport photographs, means of identification, either copy of international passport,drivers license or national I.D. Owners name;Date of birth: Place of birth,Local govt of birth:
and Parents Name, Town, LGA, State of Origin.

@Snugle did you have any contact in High court or Law firm becos i was told is 2k per page. Where did you do your own or who has done it for. 300 naira or less.please we will need contacts here oo. Thanks

Check anywere in ur area,if u c a law firm with a sign board of 'NOTARY PUBLIC' den u can notarize ur stuff dia...2. Check page 219 of dis thread nd u will c wia i posted sumtin concerning police character certificate palava....3. If u'r in lagos u can go to babs animashaun street for surulere...dats were u cn get npc office 2 get ur birth cert done...

VisaOfficer: Four rejections in one year do paint a negative picture. I would wait until your personal circumstances have changed significantly enough that the next officer can see why he or she should issue a visa, in spite of the past refusals.

Actually i'm a graduate of Higher National Diploma (HND) seeking Undergraduate Admission at the age of 30. i believe that can be one of the red flags. But now seeking Post Graduate studies in another country. Hopefully i will do my PhD in US later.

Huzzie: Look for a notary public or high court around you,it shouldn't cost more than #200 naira/page and you should be able to bargain for less depending on the number of docx you want to notarise.
N.B:The amount stated above is the highest I have ever paid, your location would determine a lot because I remember someone on this forum did for about #50/page while another did for way to high amount I think about #2k/page or so.Just bargain well.

Question 2: You still have much time to apply now
Question: Note that most schools in canada required GMAT for MBA.

My brother i went to Cotonou myself to pay the sevis before the 3rd time. and None of the VO ask me about it they only put a pink note on it SEVIS NO SHOW before the interview

i believe my case is Totally different from others here.
my Resume:
i'm a graduate of HND with 3.14 to scale of 4.0, i'm 30+ and i got admission for Undergraduate
1st Attempt Jan 3rd - did not prepare well ( i dont know this forum then)
2nd wrong guy and fake SEVIS Payment (fell into agent hand for SEVIS).
3rd Attempt (aware of the forum) was told by the VO one of the reason is insufficient fund.
4th attempt another wrong guy hand Chinko. it shows that is only GOD that can favour when VO guy interview guys

IS ALL GOOD. PLANNING TO WRITE GRE NOW. i have like 2 university in US now that take HND for Masters but wanna rest for like 2yrs first. probably switch to CANADA then come for my PHD. OBAMALAND Sure!
