funkybaby:Good to know u got the point "Scold" you meant? ..... that wont be necessary .... The owner of the thread is a moderator, and I know he is intelligent to grasp the point I am driving @.... |
funkybaby: what is this one sayingI am telling YOU that adverts like this even though are quite nice, however, for people like YOU, that's the only thing YOU think of and ignore were YOU are from or how YOUR neighbors feel or think about YOU..... thus blinding the realities that hovers around YOU! Did I hear u say, as far as u are making ur pay "to hell with naija issue" and chop your money? |
if only the title of the thread was tailored along the mindset of ordinary "decent" people. Clearly that's what majority of Nigerians celebrate.. far from reality let alone dealing with the issues therein... NB: this is not to say ur advert is wrong or smthn... but the way its presented. "Behold, the most expensive house in Abuja, Lekki " " watch out the Latest whiteberry ZZ," " Behold the entourage of senator so so and so shopping in Dubai" How I wish our orientation could change just a little... it would be better,......... clapping for fantasies without asking questions. to much wonder to imagine, Nigeria is where you could find the most sophisticated power Generator, Most sophisticated and exotic sports cars... yet, ordinary coil for "I PASS MY NEIGHBOUR GENERATOR" we cant produce. not to talk of designing a cluster meter for a car.. quite Pathetic..... HAPPY SALE INSPIRED! |
@ poster, this is a 3-series not 5-series. pls confirm if its a 323 or 325.... also why is the owner selling? I ask because I am interested. |
lekkie073: I have more than 300 paid cable xhanels accessible free......thanks to dongles....in the real sense, I don't think is that free, there are lots of risks, and initial cost ..... if u are comfortable with d fee, continue paying d subscription and remove urself from those hassles . I really wish d prices reflects d status of d ordinary decent Nigerian. |
I wish the thread would just continue to get more updates... please does anyone know where I can get a mechanic and parts for FORD ? specifically a FOCUS... not new, but tokunbo. dont have issues yet, know new to it and I need to know where I can get support. |
are u still insisting its a 2003 model of ML ? |
Why u wan sell? |
Where was it converted pls' naija or over there? |
buyanythinguk: I have two Nissan Serena that will landed in Lagos this month and two Nissan vanette is in nigeria already one in the east and one in lagos direct from uk for more info contact my representatives in lagos or contact me direct , I wanted #600, 000 for each one,In someone else thread? Or are u together? |
Although u said its negotiable, but I wonder from what price. N59,000,000 is about $340,000 or so, the highest price I have ever come across for this kinda ride and even brand new is not up to $200k USD. Whatz gwan? Or is this the 12mm bullet proof version? |
matson: Can someone help me out:going by d design of the fuel tank, if ur gauge is faulty and caused probably by an over fill, u might be decieved to hear a false click indicating a full tank and hence might wanna end it. I would try to understand the gauge and of course my mpg steadily and manage it thus, especially when I don't trust the electrical personnel to work for me. 85+% of faults found in naija and even in overseas regarding Benz or BMW are electrical wahala.. |
Eyop: AU.HANSON and Others... Can anyone of you comment on a 2007 to 2009 Mercedes CLS 350. I have a friend that is interested in purchasing this vehicle from Germany because it is not available in the United States and it is a V6 Engine. I don't know much about the mechanical aspect of this car and would love to know if there are any issues surrounding this car. Thanksusually, benz rarely mix up standards, if u have used one before, u might get what I mean, however, pls don't expect the "near forever made" kinda ride as d Vbooth , or d regular benz..... |
u mean this bus has a v6 engine type? strange !! |
TRUCKMAN: 2m..na im you dey fear to talk since? ![]() |
source ? |
ninz: Wow...! A million tanx, bro. Most helpful. I guess i'l stay with d 190 for now as I cant afford d luxury of studying the quirks of d C-class for now as a hussling ride. ;-)Are you buying a Tokunbo, I mean a used car, but not in Naija... ? where is your location ?- I ask because of the easy access to parts and competent mechanics/electricians The 3 German choices of cars are ok... but being ur first car, I would advise u review d questions I have just raised. I would prefer a C-class to a 190, because that car wont give u problem if u have a good one and a nice maintenance habit, where it beats the 190 more is on the fuel consumption... remember its ur first car. |
.... in all these things unfortunately we dont manufacture cars... and unless auto makers have stopped selling cars to naija market... I believe Toyota knows some of their corrola, camry and avensis brands do land at our ports for sales... just take a look at their oil requirements, unless otherwise you also want to remind them of Nigeria's average temperature... STICK TO WHAT D MAKER SAYS! |
We have wine sir, wholesales appreciated... pls do get across if u require any, tanks for asking. |
Manufacturers recommends 195/65/15 205/65/15 is ok 195 or 205 = girth/width 65 = thickness or the distance from the rim to the tip or surface of the tyre 15 = the rim size Brand is Michelin, Pirelli, Continental, Bridgestone, Firestone, Dunlop, Toyo, etc |
Lanister: 1.8 for a salvaged car (2005) with over 100 thousand mileage on it? Are u drunk?lol ![]() but Calculux, your asking is over $11,000 , WETIN DEY HAPPEN? no be u be this again wey dey crash price like no man's biz, and I ask again, have you joined the auto cabals of nairaland? Happy sales though... |
what is the evidence that its made in 1998? |
very pathetic... Swift is like DSTV, they are good and too expensive, I have no issue with that, my worry is , both always trying to sweep all competitors away! leaving no room for competition, and doing so at the detriment of a large nos of people is Bad! Swift were loosing heavily to DOPC, I even fear this is not high level arrangee!! |
waow!!, what a fine ride, I like the colour and design... the engine is very neat too, leather interior et al |
it would ve been nice the post was made here- https://www.nairaland.com/520025/mercedes-benz-thread |
Sibrah: No more regional government to help hide flaws of certain people. You forgot to add the various industrial estates that never materialized.its really pathetic, sometimes when I listen to many popular comedians, that often refer to Warri in their jokes, I wonder why they dont talk or joke about the current state of things... |
There was DSC (steel complex), @ Aladja, NNPC, was booming, SHELL, and many multinational companies were there, even the near-bye Bomadi/Burutu shipping repair dockyard was full of activities, NPA, port was relatively full of activities a well, it was a place where live was cool, enjoyable and prospects high, I could even recall the Burutu/Bomadi in the then Bendel state was to be the Apapa port of today.... Within the last 2 & half decades, all has been reduced to nothing, the town turning into a shadow of herself, where and how did all go wrong?...... WARRI, WAFFI, etc, etc..... the future generations need to start asking questions now! |
Just wondering why its not been sold since January.... Cars depreciate, and there is no guarantee it would still retain d price... Just as I have advised many sellers before now... its always wise to review prices and be competitive especially when the period is more than 3months |
its a nice and reliable ride bro... |
